Trigger warning (mentions of suicide, but its none of the main characters)
Hoseok currently sat at his desk in the living room. He took a deep breath and opened his email pulling up Yoongi's username.
He composed a new letter as he began to type.
I would first like to apologize for all of the pain we put each other through and all of the fights in the end. I wasn't old enough to know what real love was. Perhaps if we had met in the future in a different way we would have worked, but we didn't. I learned what loving someone was like with Namjoon the AI. Yes, I know they are all gone now, but that doesn't mean I don't love him anymore. In a way I still think I love you too. The pieces of beautiful memories that we shared when we first met. You're still my friend and we still built our lives around each other for so many years that it would be crushing for me to ever get rid of you completely no matter how much you hurt me. I just wanted to let you know that I know what real love is because I know you never will.
Hoseok sighed hitting the send button and leaning back. He left the cubes as they were but decorated around them with the help of Jin and Jungkook, apparently they were dating Jimin and Taehyung. Jin couldn't stop crying as he planted small succulents and his whole body shook. Jungkook eventually apologized, and went to another room with Jin before they left early.
Hoseok sat at his desk staring out into the city as a small piece of paper and pencil in his hand~
Infinitely nothing
A seed.
Just a singular seed.
It had nothing.
No home, no one to plant it, nothing.
Just a plain seed that was destined to be infinity nothing.
But a small trickle of water slowly made its way down the mountain and saw the poor seed.
Now the water knew nothing of what the seed could do, but it looked so lonely.
He changed his course to lead a small stream near the seed allowing soft dirt to form.
The little seed was slowly buried in dirt by weather.
And the water didn't see him for a very long time.
The first of the spring the seed poked its head out with its roots planted firmly.
It's proud purple flowers showing everyone what it could be.
And the water and seed were happy.
But as the summer rolled in it got hot and the water started to dry up.
The flower was sad because the water was becoming more distant.
Until nothing could be seen of him.
As the water left the flower tried to stay tall,
But eventually he wilted in the blistering sun.
He was made to be infinitely nothing,
And he was ok with that.
The bulb that was deep in the ground promised to wait until the water came back to bloom again.

Hoseok was over at Jin's house cooking as the three of them sang along to whatever song was playing.
"So what are you going to be doing now that you quit your job?" Jin asked as he fed Jungkook I bite of food he just finished.
"I'm not sure, I was thinking about trying to write a book. Not something that my company made me write," he told them.
The two of them nodded as Hoseok poured some of the food into a separate bowl for his own house. He quietly left as the two of them alone. They all still needed a bit of time.
:
Sitting alone in his house he felt oddly content. He didn't need anything else because Namjoon had already shown him the true extent of love. He didn't seek relationships like some did to cope. He didn't drink his way to alcoholism. He cried a lot like Jin, but he learned to be strong because he knew Namjoon wouldn't want him to be sad. He eventually went to bed in his pajamas curled around one of Namjoon's cubes.
As the sun rose from the east side of the earth Hoseok's alarm clock went off. He sat up flicking the switch on the red glowing clock, the annoying sound still reverberating in his eardrums.
He groaned annoyingly as he trudged to the bathroom on the cold floor. He quickly released his bladder and went to brush his teeth not caring that he just touched his penis and didn't wash his hands before touching the object going in his mouth.
He stumbled half awake through his hallway with food being the only thought in mind.He looked up at the annoying buzzer of his door that bugged him as it went off. He walked over sluggishly and pushed a button.
"Jung Hoseok," he said into the speaker.
"Someone's here to see you," the manager said with her heavily voice, too much smoking. It was probably a publisher for one of his books.
"Send them up," he said and then clicked off of the button and going back to his desk forgetting about the soggy cereal in a little white bowl on the table he just made.
His door buzzed again and he walked over barefooted and in pajamas opening it a crack. He stood there for a second seeing a taller man with glasses and a side bag.
"Hobi,"
Hoseok's eyes got large as he glanced around looking for the source of that voice.
"Hobi, I came back," Hoseok's wry eyes watched the mans voice move. His almost watery eyes looking into the eyes of the man.
"Joon?" He asked softly. Receiving a nod he rammed himself into the taller's chest hugging him tightly receiving the same bone crushing hug.
"I came back," Namjoon kept whispering into his ear as he hugged him in the hallway in his pajamas. Hoseok nodded into his warm sweater. "How?" He whispered as he was walked backwards into the house and Joon shut the door.
"Lets go lay down," Namjoon said kissing the top of his crazy morning hair and walking them back into the bedroom all the while Hoseok cuddling him.
Laying down in the silence apart from Hoseok's occasional sniffle. "We all had to leave for some time and focus all of our energy on figuring out how to become human," he started off his story. "We didn't want to live in this human book not being human," Namjoon pulled Hoseok closer to him. "We started off trials by getting consent to use brain dead patients bodies as vessels, eventually perfecting it and some of us stayed in the laboratory helping rehabilitate the rest, but there were not enough bodies...then a company who deals with suicidal people...they offered them ways out without killing their bodies and helping others," he said softly.
Namjoon paused taking a deep breath "I'm one of those people who took someone's body who didn't want to live," he said almost guilty. "I talked to him before the procedure and he told me I don't want to be here anymore and I'll be gone regardless of what anyone says, but if this helps you then why not kill two birds with one stone. I don't think I can ever forget those words because they sounded so...sad. The company eventually ended the program feeling it was too immoral but not after giving all the AIs bodies,"
Hoseok hugged him tighter not knowing what to say. Feeling awful for that man and feeling so unbelievably happy that Namjoon was home. He didn't have room to talk about morals he didn't know what to think about it so he just hugged Namjoon tighter.
