I DIDN'T CHOOSE TO MOVE, but my dad started working too much at the hospital and he didn't want me to be alone all the time, so he asked my mom if I could stay with her.

To be fair, it was easy to pack up and leave, I only had a few friends, I honestly didn't care for anything in my room, I didn't have a job yet, and the only thing I did was go to school.

I actually wanted the change. My dad asked me if it was a good idea and I practically jumped at the chance. Of course I would miss him sometimes, but he said I could visit—or just move back—anytime I wanted, so I wasn't too worried about it. Plus, he had Valarie (his girlfriend, who is literally awesome).

I didn't expect much to a change (except for maybe everything). I mean Maine to Ireland, what could go wrong?

The first week was fine, it wasn't till my second day of school when I turned into hallway traffic without looking both ways, that the world began to spin.
