It's been a week since the prefectural, and of course, I won and will be competing for Regional for both individual and team category. Unfortunately, Sayaka wasn't able to grab a spot for individual.

I found out the reason of their unusual self last time, Rio and Sayaka were attacked by students from Moriyama. They needed to change their bow's string as well because theirs were tampered.

I'll make those cowards pay!

"Dear, I know you just returned from your school activity, but, aren't you too relax?" I turned on the side and blinked fast as my mom worriedly looked at me

"Hmmm?"

"Don't tell me you are like this every weekend?"

I looked at my mom as she pointed me out. Well, after our morning school activity, I went home straight. Changed to my comfortable pajamas, and tshirt, even eating a delicious ice cream, holding my nintendo switch

"Do you want to walk Go-chan? Or find a friend or boyfriend to have a productive weekend?"

I removed the ice cream from my mouth and looked at my mom in disbelief

"Mom, actually this is one of my best weekends so far for me. I can relax by myself"

"You already did your laundry, cleaned your room, so call a friend, or get a boyfriend, a lover, that guy you confessed to. Hang out with him."

I turned to Dad, who was busy on his laptop on the side couch, looking at us already

"Dad, did you hear mom? Are you okay with that?"

"She's saying that you need to enjoy your youth. Though, having a boyfriend... have it later of your high school. Oh but, staying inside might be a good one still, there are lots getting sick these days, so you should be careful"

I wanted to tell them that so far this weekend is the only weekend that I could really relax, really relax.

As I was to retort, my phone rang and I just answered it

"Hello?"

"Young lady?"

I stopped and checked the caller ID, in which it was an unknown number, but this voice...

"Kari-san?"

"Yes, my apologies for calling you. But, are you in your house at the moment?"

"Yes, I am. Is something wrong?" I asked since somehow his voice sound so anxious

"Uhm, is it okay if I pick you up? I could only ask you at the moment"

...

Gosh, mom's jinx.

"Do I need to get dressed or casual is okay? Sorry, I got traumatized from last time"

"Casual is okay. I will explain in person the reason. I don't want to rush you, but I am already outside your apartment"

"... yeah... I feel rushed though. But okay, wait. I'll be there in 5-10 minutes"

"Thank you so much, young lady"

The call ended and I hurriedly stood up and looked at mom

"See, you jinx my peaceful Saturday" I pouted as I finished my ice cream "I'm going out."

"Have fun and take care~ don't stay too late though"

Gosh, mom telling me to go out but also telling me not to stay late."

I only washed my face, brushed my teeth, and changed into my blue jersey pants and printed shirt.

As I went out, Kari-san immediately bowed down

"My apologies for showing myself here, young lady. However, you are the only one I can think of"

"It's okay. But can you enlighten me why?"

"Yes, but I am sure you know what to do if someone is sick, right?"

Someone is sick?

"Yeah, I know"

"Then, is it okay if I ask you to teach me how? Or, can you come to at least look at the situation?"

Someone's sick... and this anxious sound.

"Don't tell me... Akashi is sick?" His silence answered it "seriously?"

"Yes, actually, he and Ken"

"I have more questions to ask, but first, let's go buy the stuffs we need for the two of them"

"Yes, thank you. I will pay for them"

He opened the door on the back seat and let me in.

We went to the nearby convenient store and Kari-san got a cart and just followed me everywhere, not questioning why I am getting them.

"So, uhm, can I ask questions?" I asked Kari-san as we were on our way already to gosh Akashi's place

"Yes, of course"

"Why you didn't bring them to the hospital? Or how about the maids, or other servants of Akashi? Lastly, why you couldn't look after them. Ah, but if you can't answer them, it's fine"

Well, he looked like he was having hard time answering the questions after all

"No, just... I don't know where I should start." He chuckled but it was so dry "first of to why I couldn't look after them, I didn't know how. It's mostly me that Ken looks after since I get sick easily. So looking after someone who is sick, I have no idea at all"

"..."

"And to why I didn't bring them to the hospital, nor couldn't tell the other servants, it was because the young master will get mad. Last spring, the young master had a spring pollen allergy, or should I say every spring he has one. Ken wasn't here that time even the other servants hadn't arrived yet, and we just arrived here in Kyoto. I didn't know anything. I couldn't call Ken since he was on a plane that time. I called the main house and ask what should I do... but that was a huge mistake"

"Let me guess" I sighed and chuckled dryly "everyone was so worried? That they sent ambulance or first aid responder?"

"Indeed.. they sent ambulance, first aid responders, even a doctor the main butler knows. The young master was surprised when all of them arrived. He was standing with a mask on."

Surely, Kari-san called them and he was so crying, and yeah, devastated to what he should do. The others thought that something bad happened to Akashi.

"What did Akashi say after?"

"Well, he showed that he was okay and just having a spring pollen allergy. They just told him what to do and gave him medicines, but after that, he got mad at me. It was scary. So he ordered me that even if he is sick, never and absolutely don't call or tell anyone"

"If I was in that situation, I would also tell you that" I commented "but then, in the end you call me"

"Since young lady doesn't know anyone that is connected to the young master. Jiro-sama came this morning but I told him that young master was away. If they find out, there would be a chance that they would tell their family. But I really don't know what to do, and I could only think of you, and could ask you to keep this as a secret"

"So this is a confidential request. Well, as long as Akashi won't find out, all will go well, right?"

"Yes, besides, even if young master's find out, he'll be okay with it since it's the young lady"

"I doubt" I laughed

Not long after we arrived to... uhm, house? Mansion? Akashi lives with his servants... in this huge house...

Kari-san got what we bought then he led me where Ken-san first then to Akashi. But I also asked him to wear mask first so he won't catch the flu. Akashi looked so vulnerable right now. He looks so kind, and harmless

"They're surely have fever" I got the thermometer from Akashi, who was hardly breathing, and sweating "he and Ken-san." I showed Kari-san the result and both of the were both 38 degrees "So Kari-san, first of all, please wipe their sweats, then change their clothes to more comfortable ones. After changing, put this on their forehead" I gave the fever patch to him "ah, also let them wear mask as well, okay?"

"Eh? I can wipe and change Ken's, I'll let young lady to do it for the young master"

"Absolutely not" I smiled and patted his back "while you are doing that, I'll cook their food and prepare their medicines. I will also take down notes what you can do. Also, to prevent if ever they wake up, right?"

Kari-san complied to my reason, since he would be in trouble if Akashi found out.

I went to the kitchen and started cooking, while waiting to boil, I was writing what Kari-san should do; like what time they should drink their medicines, what he should put on the honey lemon tea, if he should change their clothes, the fever patch, and more things to do if you are looking after sick person.

Kari-san returned and told me that he already wipe their sweat off and even changed their clothes. I told him to bring their foods and medicines to their room, in which he went to bring Ken-san first then Akashi's.

As I was cooking another soup that Kari-san could just heat up later tonight, I flinched when suddenly someone coughed behind me.

"I knew it"

"K-ken-san..."

"I thought it was weird that Kari knows what to do" he again coughed and his hoarse voice was far from the usual dignified Ken-san

"My apologies for being here. Also, please don't get mad at Kari-san. He is just worried of you and Akashi. He could only ask me since he couldn't ask anyone who has closed contact with Akashi family. Don't worry, I won't tell anyone. So please, don't get mad at Kari-san, or like don't tell him you know that I'm here, and don't tell Akashi as well"

He sighed and his eyes were indeed pale "I am not mad or anything. I just felt weird that he wanted to change my clothes, then even brought food and medicine. That Kari, who couldn't cook food"

Kari-san couldn't cook food. That's rare for a butler

"He is so worried of you two. So please Ken-san, return to your room and rest so that you can recover fast."

He stared at me and I heard him sighed "(f/n)-sama is really a dangerous woman to the current Seijurou-sama"

"Eh?"

"However, I couldn't say that it's a bad thing. We never know what will happen to the future." He bowed down and I could see from his eyes that they soften "thank you for looking after us. I'll leave the rest to you and Kari"

"Y-yes, leave it to us. So please have a rest. Eat first, drink your medicine, and have lots of sleep"

He nodded and just left. I just hope he really won't tell them. Somehow, as expected from Kari-san's twin brother, he knew that something wasn't right.

Also, for some reason, I feel like Akashi would know eventually.

"The two of them eat their lunch, and took their medicine as well. Right now, they are sleeping, and they seemed looked better" even though Kari-san was wearing a mask, I could see from his eyes, he was smiling. "Thank you so much, young lady"

"You are welcome. I am glad I can help." I handed the notes I wrote and explained things to him. I made my notes easy anyways so he won't do anything much. Even wrote the correct time they should drink their medicine.

"Thank you so much. I am ashamed that I couldn't even do simple things, like cooking and even looking after the young master and my brother while they are sick"

"But that doesn't mean you can't do other things. All of us have weakness, and I am sure you have area of expertise. So don't be ashamed, Kari-san"

Ahh, his eyes really could tell lots

"Thank you so much. I am glad that the young master has a special friend like you, someone who loves him and cares for him"

"You know after all" I chuckled dryly and somehow embarrassed that Akashi's butler knew about it

"Because I am sure that the young master feels the same as well. His current one is still learning about it."

"We don't know" I smiled then again reminded him lots of things "anyways, I'm leaving now. It will be bad if I stay longer. Since both of them are still sleeping, I should go home now."

"Let me send you home."

"It's okay. I can go home by myself-"

"Please let me send you home. I selfishly requested this, and even asking you to keep it confidential. The two of them are sleeping anyways, so at least I need to make sure that you will return home safely"

I feel like I couldn't object anymore and so I complied. I told Kari-san to message me if ever he had questions or need something to do. If it would get bad, jusg forget about Akashi's order and bring them to the hospital.

Well, fortunately, that night, I received Kari-san's message that their fever went down and they were getting better.

~next day~

In order for Akashi not to get suspicious that I knew he got sick, I still message him as usual.

Kari-san just message me this morning that both of them had recover, but since they were coughing still, they were wearing mask and he also gave them the honey lemon tea.

I just hope that he won't get into trouble.

~in Akashi's place~

"And? You are saying that you look after us yesterday? I am thankful but who are you joking?" Akashi asked as he was sitting on his bed looking at Kari, standing straight with his head down "who did you call and inform my situation?"

"Eeto..."

"He didn't call anyone, Seijurou-sama. I was telling Kari what he should do yesterday, and I was surprised that he was able to do it"

Kari looked at Ken and he knew right away, Ken knew that Kari called someone and he was hiding it as well.

Akashi sighed and stood up to get the bowl of soup he ate the night before "then, make sure to answer my next question." He looked at them and showed the bowl "I only had a fever, but I didn't lose my taste bud, how come (f/n)'s soup was here?"

...

"How can you explain? It's no doubt this soup was made by her, so how can you explain it?"

"Sorry Kari, (f/n)-sama, I tried to hide it but to think that Seijurou-sama knew (f/n)-sama well, especially based from her soup, it was surprising" Ken sighed then coughed as he looked at Akashi "but Seijurou-sama, Kari requested (f/n)-sama because she isn't connected to anyone in your family. She also promised not to tell anyone about what happened. Kari was just worried and didn't know how to look after us, and thus (f/n)-sama was the perfect person to ask instead of bringing you to the hospital and result for an exaggerated emergency situation"

"My apologies, young master. You asked me not to show myself to the young lady, but seeing you and Ken's situation yesterday, I could only think of her"

"For now, I'll let it slide. Next time, don't try to hide things if you can't hide it" Akashi looked at them then ordered them to leave.

He sighed then sat down again as he got his phone and saw the usual morning message sent by (f/n)

"Now, that woman saw me in such state. But I need to reward her for looking after us."
