Annamarie pov
I nodded at Felix and he shoved Bonnie into the portal. Soon a body was dropped in. I sped over and brushed his hair from his face. My mate. Suddenly he woke up with a gasp. I smiled and spoke.
"You're awake." He looked at me then grinned. He sat up and put a hand on my cheek.
"Hello darling." I smiled and spoke.
"Hi." I helped him up and Nik spoke.
"Anna. Why don't you go and get to know your mate? We can handle this?" I smiled and nodded.
"Just save some for me." I pulled my mate away and to my bedroom.

We got in and I kissed him deeply. I felt a little of magic drain and knew he was a siphoner. I pulled away and saw the look of hesitancy in his eyes. He was scared of rejection. I put a hand on his cheek and spoke.
"It's okay. I know what you are and don't care." He looked shocked then smiled.
"You're perfect." I chuckled and spoke.
"And I don't even know your name." He smiled and kissed me before pulling away.
"Kai. Malachi Parker." I smiled and spoke.
"Annamarie Mikaelson." He chuckled and spoke.
"Of course my mate is a Mikaelson." I smirked and spoke.
"That a bad thing love?" He smirked back and spoke.
"Not even a little bit." I threw him on the bed and got on top of him. Kai put his hands on my waist and rubbed it.
"You are so sexy darling." I smiled and put my hands on his shoulders.
"Not such a bad looker yourself." He smirked and spoke.
"I know." Kai kissed my neck and I put my hands underneath his shirt. I took it off then we went back to kissing. Kai pulled away and took my dress off. I smiled and flipped my hair back. We kissed again before I ended up on bottom. Kai sat up a little and traced my curves with his fingers. Then he took my underwear and bra off. I moaned when his hand went down to my private area. After a bit he removed his hand and entered me. We moved together then both reached our limit.

Afterwards we lay in bed. I kept my head on his chest and we held hands. He kissed my head and spoke.
"You're perfect darling." I smiled and kissed his hand. Finally I had my true mate with me.

Four weeks later
I was relaxing in the garden with Kai when my phone rang. I sped and picked it up.

"Lijah. What's wrong?" He sighed and chuckled softly.
"It's good to hear your voice sister. But you are right. We do have a problem." Lijah went on to explain everything including that Nik had gotten a werewolf pregnant somehow. I sighed at the end.
"I'll be right there. Don't worry Lijah. Nothing will harm this family." He chuckled and spoke.
"Thank you sister. And I'm sorry to interrupt your time with your mate."
"It's fine Lijah. Family above all. Always and forever."
"Always and forever sweet Anna."

Once I hung up Kai kissed my cheek.
"Let's go. You need to see them." I smiled and spoke.
"Thank you." He nodded and kissed my nose. I laughed and kissed Kai. I changed then packed.

The next night we finally landed in New Orleans. I was exhausted and ready to crash. First things first though. Family time.

I pulled up to the family mansion and got out.

Kai got out and whistled.
"Wow. This is some house." I snorted.
"Yep. The bigger the better." He chuckled and took my hand. I smiled and squeezed his. I went over and opened the door.

I walked in and went over to the piano. I smiled and glided my fingers against the keys. Kai spoke.
"You play?" I nodded my head.
"Lijah learned first then taught me. I loved playing the piano."
"And she was amazing at it." I grinned and turned to see Lijah there. I ran over and hugged him. He held me close and kissed my head. I grinned and pulled away.
"I missed you." He chuckled and kissed my cheek.
"I missed you also sister." I went over and took Kai's hand.
"Lijah. This is Kai Parker, my mate. Kai this is one of my older brothers Elijah." Eli smiled and spoke.
"It's nice to meet you Mr. Parker." Kai nervously took Eli's hand. I giggled and shook my head. Eli smiled then turned serious.
"We have a big problem." I stared at him and spoke.
"What is it Eli?" He sighed and sat down.
"Niklaus has managed to get a werewolf pregnant as I told you. Now these witches have put a hex on the girl and demanded that we help them rid themselves of Marcel." I froze shocked.
"He's alive?!" Eli nodded his head and I sighed. Kai put a hand on my hip and rubbed it soothingly. I smiled and patted his hand.

We went in and Kai talked with Rebekah and Nik while Lijah introduced me to Hayley.

Later I was relaxing in the bath when Kai came in.
"Your siblings seem interesting." I smiled and spoke.
"They are." Kai came over and kissed my neck. I smiled and spoke.
"Something wrong?"
"Mmm. No. Just admiring my beautiful girl." I smiled and brushed my fingers against his cheek. We kissed deeply then I spoke.
"Join me?" Kai grinned and spoke.
"Of course." He got undressed and got in. I smiled and moved into his lap. We kissed then I pulled away.
"Kai. Would ever want to be a vampire?" He looked at me then brushed my cheek softly.
"I think I would love to join you in immortal life." I smiled and spoke.
"Good. Cause becoming a vampire wouldn't get rid of your magic. In fact it would make it stronger." I put my hands on his shoulders and rubbed them.
"And. It would be nice to have someone else like me." He chuckled and kissed me deeply. I put my hands on his waist and spoke.
"We should get dressed." Kai smiled and nudged my neck.
"You sure you want to?" I grinned and spoke.
"As much as I would love to stay in here I have a old pupil to see." Kai chuckled and kissed me softly.
"Mind if I tag along?"
"Never."
