Annamarie pov
Elijah and I were at the Salvatore house.
" Tonight is the full moon. We should assume that Klaus is prepared to break the curse." Stefan spoke.
" Elena said that the sun and the moon curse is fake? That it's actually just a curse placed on Klaus."
" Klaus is a vampire born of werewolf bloodline. The curse has kept his werewolf aspect from manifesting. But if he breaks it.....he'll be a true hybrid."
" Then why are we letting him break the curse? We can kill him today. With Bonnie."
" Damon....." Stefan said.
" No. Bonnie can't use that much power without dying."
" I'll write her a great eulogy. Or what about little miss witch hybrid over there."
"I can't kill Niklaus. I'm powerful but not enough to kill my brother." Not as I am right now. I added in my head.
" Fine then. We're back to Bonnie."
" It's not an option Damon."
" Alright, how do we break this curse?"
" The ritual itself is relatively straightforward. The ingredients, so to speak, you already know."
" The moon stone."
" A witch will channel the power of the full moon. To release the spell that's bound within the stone. After that, Klaus, being both vampire and werewolf, will sacrifice one of each."
" And where do I fit into it?"
" The final part of the ritual. Klaus must drink the blood of the doppelganger......to the point of your death."
" And that's where you come in."
" This is an elixir that I acquired some 500 years ago for Katerina. It possess mystical properties of resuscitation."
" So I'll be dead."
" And then you won't."
" That's your plan? A magical witch potion with no expiration date? You want to come back to life? What about John's ring?" I spoke.
" Those rings only work on humans. The doppelganger's a supernatural occurrence. Odds are the ring won't work."
" Well I'll take those odds over your elixir. What if it doesn't work, Elena?"
" Then I guess. I'll just be dead." Damon left after that.
" Do we know if Klaus has everything he needs to do this? Does he have a werewolf?" Elijah spoke.
" Klaus has been waiting to break this curse for over a thousand years. If he doesn't already have a werewolf, my guess is by tonight, he will."
" And the other ingredients?" I spoke.
" Klaus doesn't have a vampire. He has hundreds lined up." Elena nodded. Just then Stefan left to go to talk to Damon. Elena went over and picked up the elixir.
" You think he'd understand why I'm willing to do this?"
" Why are you?" Eli asked.
" I'm the key to breaking the curse. Klaus is here because of me. If I don't stop him then he's going to hurt people. It's that simple."
" You know there's a possibility this elixir won't work. I don't want to mislead you."
" I know the chance I'm taking." Just then the front door slammed shut.
" Get out!"
" Jenna. Jenna!"
"Get out!"
" Jenna, put the cross bow down, ok? It's me."
" Stay away from me."

" What's going on?" Elena asked.
" It's me, Elena. I swear, ok? He let me go. Klaus let me go."
" Prove it." Damon said.
" Okay. Uh. The first night you and I spent together Jeremy walked in right as I was about to......."
" It's him."
" Why did he let you go?"
" He wanted me to deliver a message. The sacrifice happens tonight." Eli pulled me close.

We settled in while Damon went off. We heard a tussle upstairs and everyone took off. Eli and I stayed where we were. Damon had fed Elena some of his blood. I sighed and sat down. When Damon came in Eli spoke.
" Well, it sounds like you won't be needing this anymore. Feeding her vampire blood rendered it useless. Tell Elena we'll be back before nightfall. We'll proceed as planned."
" We both know that elixir wouldn't have worked anyway."
" The problem, Damon, you talk a good game but you don't actually know anything. She'll never forgive you. And never for a vampire.......it's a very long time." We left the house.

I changed and then decided to walk around town.

I was looking at things when I heard a voice.
" Now there's my favorite little sister."
" Niklaus." I turned to see my brother in his true form.
" Now. Where have you been little sister? I've been looking for you." I backed up.
" Why? So you can dagger me?"
" You hurt me Anna. I would never hurt you. You know that." I backed up even further.
" No Nik. I won't." He frowned.
" Not even if I said I would release the others." I froze.
"I don't believe you."
" I know. Which is I am adding something. You have my word I won't go after Elijah and I'll even help you get him back."
" Why? Why now?" Nik stepped up and put a hand on my cheek.
" Because sister. I don't want to see you cry. Or upset. Think about it. I'll need your answer by tonight." He flashed away. After he left I went to find Lijah.

Once I had I ran and tackled him in a hug. I buried my face into his chest and sobbed.
" Anna. What is it?"
" Nik. He came to me again." I told my brother everything our brother had said. He sighed.
" Well now we have a better plan. You can distract him a bit sister. Pretend to accept his offer."
" No Eli! He'll go back on his word!! You know that as well as I!" Eli bent down and put his hands on my cheeks.
" Sister. Listen to me. I swear we'll be safe. I'll be safe. But you have to do it."
" Fine. But I swear if anything happens to you Eli I swear I'll get him back."
" I know engill. I know." Eli kissed my forhead.
" It's almost dark. Go." I let tears fall down then I nodded. I got changed then sped away.

Minus earnings and sunglasses and purse

I found my brother. He smiled when he saw me.
" Ah. Sister. I assume you've made the right decision."
" I'll help you. But I want your honest word. All our siblings freedom for my help."
" You have my word. They'll be free. You on the other hand little sister......."
" I know. My freedom for theirs. And this time I swear I'll keep the deal." Nik smiled.
" Good then. Let's go little one." I felt tears slide down but I shook them away. I had to do this for my siblings. Eli didn't know the truth behind the deal Nik and I had made all those years ago. Only Finn knew. And that's why he had been daggered. Because I had broken the deal.

That night Nik and I went to the site. Greta was there already with the three sacrifices. A female wolf, Jenna, and Elena. The ritual began. I looked at Elena and gave her a small smile which she returned. Nik went and sacrificed the wolf first. He tore out her heart. Then he walked over to Jenna. Just then Stefan showed up.
" I'm here to talk."
" Very well, then." Nik sped up and talked to Stefan. Elena looked at me. I held my fingers to my lips and winked. She nodded her head. Nik came down with Stefan. Then he stabbed him in the back then snapped his neck. Jenna sped and bit Greta. Nik stabbed her then tossed her aside. Elena told Jenna to turn it off. Nik went and stabbed Jenna in the heart killing her. All that was left was the sacrifice of the doppelganger. Nik went to Elena and held out his hand. I sped over to Stefan on pretext of keeping him there. I whispered so only he could hear.
"Don't worry. It will be fine." Nik bit Elena and drained her of her blood. Stefan tried to get up but I stopped him. I shook my head. Just then the spell broke. On both me and Nik. I become a full hybrid. Time for some fun. Just then Bonnie came down. She was chanting. Damon killed Greta then took Elena away. Eli went up to Nik.
" Elijah?"
" Hello, brother." Eli reached in and drove his hand into Nik's chest. I felt tears streaming down my cheeks.
" In the name of our family, Niklaus......"
" I didn't bury them at sea!"
" What?"
" Their bodies are safe. If you kill me, you'll never find them. And your precious little sister will die." Just then I felt it. I felt a sharp pain. I bent down screaming. Stefan came over and tried to calm me down. Eli looked at me. I looked at Nik.
" You tricked me."
"Sorry sister. Punishment for last time." I gasped in more pain.
" Elijah. Don't listen to him." Stefan said.
" Elijah. I can take you to them. And I'll have Anna released from the bind. I give you my word.......brother."
" Do it and I'll take you both out." Bonnie said.
" You'll die."
"I don't care."
" I'm sorry." Elijah took Nik and I away.

Once we were far enough away I caught my breath. Eli pulled me to him.
" Relax engill." I buried my face into his chest and cried. He was safe at last.
