Meghan pov
I was relaxing in bed when I felt Emmett kiss my neck.
" Mmm. We should get up."
" We got time babe." I sat up and gave him a look.
" We need to get up. Besides I'm willing to bet Ali will be in here any minute bugging me." Emmett kissed my shoulder.
" Still. We could wait just a little bit before getting up." He kissed my neck the way he knew I liked. I hummed in pleasure. Then the door was thrown open and my excitable sister bounced in.
" Come on Meg. Another school day." I rolled my eyes.
" Ali. I know that. And what do you need me for?"
" I just want your opinion. Please." I sighed and fell back.
"Can you give me a minute?"
" Nope. Now up up up." I groaned then muttered.
" Jasper. Get your ass in here before I murder your wife." I heard a chuckle and looked to see my other brother standing there amused.
" Sorry darlin. She was excited." I sat up.
" I haven't noticed." I said sarcastically.
" Alice come on. Leave her be."
" Fine." I chuckled.
" I promise Ali. As soon as I'm dressed we can talk. Deal?"
" Deal." I smiled. Jasper shook his head and took his mate out. I got up and got ready for the day.

I kept my hair down at least partly.

Then I went to where Alice was. She, Rose, and I talked some girl talk for a bit. Then we got ready to go to school.

Us girls rode in one car while the boys rode in the Jeep.

When we got to school we all got out. Emmett slung his arm around my shoulder and whispered in my ear.
" They're staring again." I smirked.
" Let them." He chuckled and then kissed my head. I smiled and turned my head. We shared a kiss.

Classes went well.

During lunch I was sitting very close to Emmett. I always sat with my siblings even though I was a teacher. I was leaning against him and he had his arms wrapped around my waist. Just then Ali looked up and stared at a table. I glanced at her then subtly looked where she was looking. I saw a girl. The new girl. I nearly took in my breath. Impossible. I looked away and Ali put her head down resting on her arms.
" Who are they?" I heard the new girl ask.
"Oh. The Cullens. Dr. and Mrs. Cullen's foster kids. Well five of them are. The blond girl leaning against the big guy is Meghan. She's Dr and Mrs. Cullen's actual daughter. The other two blonds are Jasper and Rosalie Hale. They're Meghan's cousins. Apparently Dr. Cullen took them in when they were very young. The short girl is Alice Cullen. The muscular guy is Emmett and the other guy is Edward Cullen. They're all like together together. Alice and Jasper. Rosalie and Edward. Meghan and Emmett. And they all live together. It's weird."
" Jess. They're not actually related."
" It's still weird. They moved down here two years ago from somewhere in Alaska. Dr and Mrs. Cullen are like super young. They must have had Meghan in high school or something." I scowled and tensed. Emmett noticed and tried to calm me down.
" That's really kind of them to take care of all those kids like that, when they're so young."
" I guess so." Just then Edward made eye contact with the new girl. He scowled. I kicked him and he looked at me. I shook my head. We all got up and threw our food away.

After school we were waiting for Edward. He was tense when he came up. I raised an eyebrow but he ignored me. I rolled my eyes and got in the car.

Two weeks later
Edward had left almost immediately after school two weeks ago. He had been tense. We had figured out the new girl was our shared mate which wasn't good. Rose was completely against bringing her into our world and Jasper was of a similar mind set. Alice and Emmett thought it would be cool to bring her into our world. Edward was fully against it and I was being cautious. Today was the first day Edward was back.

It had been snowing so I dressed more warmly.

In between classes we went to the cafeteria. Alice, Emmett, and Edward had gone in already. Jasper attacked me with snowballs and I got him back and Rose joined in. When we got in I was soaked. Emmett was laughing hard so I shook some water at him. Of course it hit Edward also who playfully glared at me. Alice was laughing hard. I noticed the girl watching us. I looked at her and lay my head on my hands.
"Hmmm. Interesting." I said. Emmett laughed at my behavior. Edward was chuckling. Jasper and Alice were smiling and even Rose held a small smile.
" You have her in your next class. Get her to talk." Alice said. I gave my sister a look.
" Ali......"
" Come on. It will be fun." I raised an eyebrow.
" You didn't."
" Maybe."
" Mary Alice Cullen." I scolded. Alice pouted when I used her full name.
" I couldn't help it."
" Mhmm." She grinned.
" What? I couldn't. She's amazing. And she'll be a good addition." I sighed and stood up.
" I will see you all later." I kissed Emmett quickly then went to my classroom.

Before my next class Bella came in early. I called her over.
" Ms. Swan." She came up.
" Yes ma'am?"
" I wanted to see how you were adjusting? To everything."
" Just fine. It's a bit strange being in such a small town." I smiled.
" Well if there's ever anything you need just tell me. I won't mind helping."
" Thank you. Um actually. Can I ask you something?"
" Of course."
" I'm having trouble in a class and I was wondering if I could get a tutor."
" What class?" She looked down.
" Yours." I chuckled and smiled gently.
" I can help you if you want. And don't be embarrassed. I'm pleased you admit that you're having trouble." She smiled.
" Thank you. And I'd love the help."
" Good. Here is my number and if you want I can pick you up or one of my siblings can." She looked unsure about that comment.
" You're certain about that? They don't seem to like me." I chuckled.
" If you mean Rose and Edward give them time. They just tend to be a little withdrawn." She nodded her head.
" It's almost time for class to begin. Go to your seat. Oh and just call me Meghan during our sessions. Ms. Cullen makes me feel old." I said with a smile. She laughed and nodded.

After school I waited for my siblings. Edward, Rose, and Jasper were outside already. Suddenly we heard tires screeching. I turned to see a car headed to Bella. I froze shocked. Then I saw Edward move. He stopped the car. Oh. No. I rushed over, in human speed, to check on them. We teachers worked on moving the van. Bella was arguing with Edward when I stepped up.
" Bella. I think it best if you go get checked out." I turned to the EMT, who knew me, and spoke to him.
" I'll ride with her to make sure everything is fine." He nodded his head not arguing since he knew I was a teacher. When we made it to the hospital I went to find dad.

I found him talking to a nurse. He noticed me and grew worried. He had gotten even more protective of me since he had turned me. He stopped the conversation and came over.
" Meg. What is it?" I motioned with my head.
" Our shared mate. She was in an accident. Edward saved her from being crushed but you need to check on her." Dad nodded his head and then kissed my head.
" Don't worry. It will be fine." This wasn't going to be pretty.
