Dani's P.O.V.

As we were leaving the Emporium, Kev had a joint and passed it around the car to Don, Mitch, Pink, and me.

As Pink took the joint I kept thinking how sexy he looked. He caught me staring and smirked before he exhaled it he pulled me closer to him and opened his mouth so the smoke could enter my mouth. I inhaled it and kissed his lips. I have never felt so alive like this before.

"Could you two cut that out? It making us sick man." Don said to us. We couldn't help but laugh and passed the joint to Mitch.

We arrived at a neighborhood and the boys decided to empty out the trash cans and hit the mailboxes with them. I didn't participate because I think it's stupid. The guys were laughing their heads off as we approached the store to get more beer.

"Do any of y'all have money?" Kev asked. We all shook our heads. Don and Mitch decided to steal it which I didn't approve of. I rolled my eyes as Don and Mitch went in and took a six pack.

All of a sudden a man came out the car with a gun in his hand. I screamed and jumped into Pink's lap. I was so scared I had no idea why he was there.

"What are you doing here punk? Did you steal the beer?" The man yelled as he pointed the gun at Kev.

"Give the beer back man!" Kev said to Don.

"I paid for the beer man!" Don replied back which was bullshit.

I was so scared that I started crying. Pink kissed my forehead. "Everything's gonna be okay Dandelion. I won't let anyone hurt you." he said as he wiped my tears.

"Did you know that breaking mailboxes is a federal offense? I already called the police so I suggest you to get out of the car slowly." He man said as he lifted the safety of the gun which caused me to cry even more.

"Just put the car in drive man!" Pink said as arms wrapped around my waist tightly.

Don probably did the smartest thing he has ever done. He actually listened to Pink and put the car in drive and Kev revved the gas. The man chased after us and shot the gun.

"OH SHIT GET DOWN!" Pink said and covered himself over me so I wouldn't get hit. Luckily he missed and none of us got hurt. Don and Kev laughed their heads off.

When we got back to the Emporium, Kev and Don told everyone the story and everyone thought Don was a hero.

"So how about that keg party at the moon tower tonight?" Pink asked Wooderson.

"Yeah man I'll get the kegs and the babes." Wooderson said with a smirk as he checked out a girl's ass as she walked by. I swore I saw Pink take a look but I didn't make a big deal out of it.

As Wooderson left to get the keg, Pink and I decided to head on and find a place for the two of us.
