Jessica stood there, completely stunned from what Evan just asked her as she smiled.

"Jessica?" Stevie questioned as she poked her in the back.

"Yes!"

"Yes, I'll marry you!" Jessica said as Evan slid the ring on her finger as he stood up to kiss her.

"She said yes!" Evan cheered and so did everyone else.

"What else would I say?"

"I never know with you babe. You can be pretty stubborn."

"Well, I'm not stubborn when it comes to you now."

"So, you're going to marry me?"

"Of course! You know how I am with this kind of attention."

"I know, but we're sharing the same stage with Stevie Nicks."

"Yes I know." Jessica said as her face was still a blushful shade of healthy, glowing red.

"I still have a show to do, but would you like to dedicate a song to Jessica?"

"Every Day." Evan said as Jessica smiled.

Evan held her hand as they exited off to the front of the stage so they could dance as the band started playing.

"This is Every Day." Stevie said as Jessica smiled as Stevie started singing.

"Everyday, I see you." Evan sung to her.

"Everyday, I need you." Jessica sang to him as she knew that was all too true.

Since her and Evan had been together, she finds it unbearable to be alone or by herself, after being single for almost a whole decade, she wanted nothing more than to have Evan, her family, her kids, her grandchildren and everyone who means the most to her by her side.

"I love you Evan." Jessica said as Evan smiled down at her.

"I love too Jessica."

After the concert, Evan and Jessica went back to see Stevie as she signed them a 'Trouble in Shangri La' CD.

Jessica had to go use the restroom, while Evan helped Stevie get everything ready to load onto her tour bus.

"I just want you to know that I love Jess as if she were my own blood sister." Stevie said as Evan looked at her through her mirror.

"I know."

"If you ever find her thinking she's not ever good enough for anyone, which she has and I have seen it before. Play that CD."

"I love her more than anything."

"I know and you seem like the kind of guy who knows what he's doing, but there are a few things you need to promise me."

"Anything."

"Do not lie to her, cheat on her or become an alcoholic. She's been married two times and she needs someone to be there for her when the going gets rough. If she calls you, you pick up the phone." Stevie said

"You don't have to worry about me."

"I'm just telling you how I feel. Just be the one she can say "He gets me through the hardest days when I can't seem to pick up the pieces." That's what she needs, I don't like seeing her depressed and run down."

"Me and you both, but I promise to love her and I do, more than anyone would ever know.''

"Good, now here she comes. Go take her out to eat."

"That's what I plan on doing." Evan said as Jessica came back in.

"Are you ready to go?" Jessica asked him.

"Yes!"

Jessica hugged and kissed Stevie's cheek as they said their goodbyes.

Evan walked her to the passenger side door and opened it for her.

"Thank you darling." Jessica smiled as Evan kissed her as she caressed his cheek and got in to buckle up as he shut her door and went to the driver's side.

"Where shall we go?"

"Anywhere. Maybe we can order fettuccini and breadsticks to go?"

"Sounds great!"

"Plus, I have a bottle of wine chilling and waiting to be opened at home."

"You want to get a little carried away Ms. Lange?"

"I want to be carried away by you, Mr. Peters." Jessica said as she pulled his face forward gently and kissed him as she smiled.

"You want to play something to pass our time away?"

"Sure, but let's do that while I eat a whole bag of breadsticks, because I'm starving."

"The whole bag?"

"Yes. I can also drink a whole bottle of wine if I'm home alone."

"Well, I do love a frivolous woman." Evan said as Jessica started kissing his neck and massaging him through the two layers of fabric between his thighs.

"How about that to add to that list?" Jessica whispered in his ear as he started the engine.

"We need to make this a fast trip and get home. We'll both be sleeping very good tonight." Evan said as Jessica slipped her foot out of her shoe and massaged his already formed erection as Evan moaned.

"Feeling okay over there baby?" Jessica asked as she noticed his slight tensed face.

"Oh yes, but I don't think we'll make it to through the house without going to our bedroom first." Evan said as Jessica smiled.

"I need wine first."

"What about food?"

"Hmm... That too." Jessica said as she could not wait to get home.

They got their food and headed home.

"Hey honey?"

"Yeah."

"Can I ask you something?"

"Sure."

"When it comes to us making love, am I rough on you?"

"No, you're amazing. Why did I say that?" Jessica asked as she fed herself and Evan a breadstick.

"No baby, I just can't help myself sometimes when it comes to making love to you."

"Honey, you are wonderful and hell, I might be the one who instigates when I get too rough."

"No baby, you're beyond perfect." Evan said as Jessica's cheeks blushed a shade of red and pink.

They arrived home as they went into the house as their dogs Jack and Daisy.

"Hello babies, mommy and daddy are home." Jessica bent down to pet them as they licked her face.

"Alright, let's get you some more food and water." Evan said as they followed him as he filled their bowls with food and water.

After they settled down and got into something more comfortable, Evan poured them both a glass of white wine and plated their food.

Their discussion for tonight was whether or not they wanted to have a real wedding or go to the courthouse.

"Would you like to get married at the courthouse or have just a small, intimate wedding?"

"I don't want some big, fancy wedding with toasts and speeches. We get enough of those at dinner parties and award shows."

"I know, so just me, you, the preacher and a witness?"

"Yes. I know people will get upset over us not having a big wedding, but I just hate being the center of attention."

"I know you do, so what do you say if we got married next weekend?" Evan asked as Jessica smiled.

"I love it!" Jessica said

"Where shall we go for our honeymoon?"

"Nowhere. I'm where I want to be, right here with you."

"Or how about a backyard wedding? It's spring and the kids would love it."

"You know what? I'll call my girls, Sarah and Susan."

"Okay, I just want you to be happy."

"And I am baby. I'm happy here in your arms, watching Forensic Files on TV." Jessica said as she looked him in the eyes and kissed him.

Evan held her cheek with his palm as he kissed her again and made sure the dogs were in their beds, because they always tended to watch them make love and it was weird.

It started out as Evan moved Jessica's leg on top of his as he kissed her neck and she moaned.

She took the initiative of taking off his shirt and they stripped out of their clothes as they brought a comforter out of their bedroom to sheild themselves if they needed to.

Jessica straddled Evan with both her legs on each side as his member poked her soft folds as she moaned.

"Are you sure babe?"

"Yes baby, I'm ready."

Evan had always asked if she was sure as he did not want to make her uncomfortable in any way.

His member made its way through her feminine opening as she bounced up a bit and rotated her hips.

"Oh Evan!" Jessica moaned as Evan enjoyed listening to the sweet sound coming off her tongue.

She knew Evan worried about if was hurting her or not, at first, sex was painful, but now, she enjoyed these days and evenings off with Evan.

They climaxed and she tilted her head back in relief.

"Come here baby." Evan said as he rose up to kiss her.

"Not bad for a woman who's getting her practice back from being out of practice for too long."

"Well, too bad for those idiot bastards who can't perform."

"I sometimes still can't believe you are mine."

"I can and I would do anything to make you happy Jess." Evan said as she smiled.

"You make me very happy honey and I'm grateful."

"I can't wait to put all our wedding pictures on Instagram babe."

"Insta what?"

"Oh I forgot, you don't like social media, but babe, I follow accounts just in your honor."

"What is so special about me?"

"Babe, you're the Supreme." Evan said as he smiled and walked into the kitchen.

"That was so long ago and I still can't believe people remember that. Elsa was personally my favorite characters that I played and second was Sister Jude." Jessica said as Evan had an idea.

"I have an idea for Halloween. Wanna hear it?" Evan funnily grinned as he put back on his pajamas along with Jessica.

"Sure."

"Would you like to be my date to Ryan's annual Halloween party?"

"You want me to dress up like Sister Jude, don't you?"

"Oh yes!" Evan nodded as Jessica smiled.

"Okay, then you have to be Kit Walker and after, I want you to show me how I can help you to be a good boy." Jessica said as kissed him and caressed his shaft again.

"Maybe we should have kept our clothes off." Evan said

"Let's go to bed baby and maybe, we'll have the whole weekend and house to ourselves." Jessica said as they walked hand in hand to their bathroom to brush their teeth, use the bathroom and wash their hands

"Or you could come as Joan Crawford?"

"You're into some broads like us?"

"I'm into someone named Jessica and her favorite thing to do is how to shut her fiance up and eat breadsticks."

"I love you." Jessica said as she laid in his arms.

"I love you too sweetheart." Evan said as he kissed her forehead.

They laid there, just enjoying each other's presence and just admiring the peace and silence.

Jessica fell asleep first as Evan admired the way she had this radiant glow to her.

"Thank you God for everything." Evan sent up his prayer as he always prayed to find someone that would be a good fit as his wife one day. He wanted children too, but he was going to take baby steps to get there.

He turned out his lamp and made sure Jessica was okay as she went onto sleep with her in his arms.

Author's Note: So, I need y'all's help. Should they have a backyard wedding, get married at the courthouse, or have a small, intimate ceremony at church? Any suggestions for their wedding would be lovely too because I just got done planning and having one in my other story.
