SUMMARY: Alexandria Safe Zone was formed just as the world went to shit and the dead began to come back to life and eat the living. The James family was one of the community's first residents, having already lived so close to it and being close friends with the Monroes. Johnathan and Karen James were very protective over their daughters, Evelyn and Eleanor, and knew that keeping them inside the safe zone's walls would be the best way to keep them safe and make them think that life was still the same as it was before the world got turned upside down and humans became the prey.

However, Ellie knew that her parents were oblivious to the new world order, and she needed to know how to defend herself and wanted to know what it is like to be out there in the dead'a world. When a group from the outside is taken in, Ellie is immediately intrigued by the teenage boy who looks just as lost as her. With his help, she learns to not only use weapons, but how to love.

It's time for the Alexandrians to experience the new world outside of the walls, and Eleanor is ready, but she has no idea how hard this new world really is.

ADDITIONAL INFO: Eleanor has been very sheltered and doesn't know anything about surviving. Her and Noah meet at Deanna's party, where she asks about how it is outside the walls, and it basically ends up with him agreeing to help teach her. She is actually in a sort of arranged relationship with Aiden Monroe because her parents are best friends with Deanna and Reg, while her older sister, Evelyn, is dating Nicholas, but Ellie can't stand either boy. Her parents don't approve of her being around the "savages". The episode when Noah dies should be Ellie's first run, and she sees it happen, being in the same spot as Nicholas, and when he pushes himself out, he pulls her with him, but she turns around and stands in front of the door, dropping down, screaming and crying at seeing her boyfriend getting torn apart. Stretch out the timeline a bit more than in the show before Noah's death (considering the show time skipped a number of days). She could possibly end up in a relationship with someone else a while after dealing with Noah's death (he is her first love), and members of her family. At least one of her family members should die when the wolves come and wall collapses.
