SUMMARY: Years ago, the world saw its end, the people having to watch the dead rise from the grave and tear their loved ones apart. However, years before that, Brody watched his own life end, over and over again, and had to wake up and begin again in the morning. For years, he's been through the unthinkable, just to survive. But he doesn't want to survive. As a matter of fact, he's tried numerous times to die, but somehow, he lives. And he has no idea why.

While scavenging for food, Brody comes across a man, the only living person he has seen since a he crossed paths with a group of vicious men. Not sure if they can trust one another, they keep their guards up. However, this man, known by his friends as "Jesus", sees we Be has been out in the living dead's world for far too long and needs somewhere and someone, so he brings him to his home. The Hilltop Colony.

Being inside tall walls is different from being out there in what the world is now, and Brody isn't sure I'd he wants to stay in this community. These people live as if nothing is happening just outside the walls, and he doesn't want to end up that way. When he finds out, though, that the group terrorizing these people are the same ones who attacked him on the road, he wants to shed their blood. He wants to bathe in it. He wants to kill them all, and with Jesus' help, he he able to do just that and get the vengeance   been wanting to taste so badly.

ADDITIONAL INFO: Brody had a sibling, but they were attacked by the Saviors on the road, ending in him being beaten and his sibling's death. Brody is prone to covering himself in blood and walking I the dead, which is one thing Jesus first sees sees doing, which makes him know that the man is a brave survivor. They are very flirty with each other, but Brody has major trust issues, so their their relationship should be kind of slow paced. He wants to do nothing more than avenge his sibling. He has a very troubled past, where (possibly) he and his former boyfriend were selling drugs, his boyfriend overdosed, and he was arrested arrested imprisoned for a while, etc.
