Hana pov
I was sitting at my desk working when I heard yelling from my twin's office.

I sighed and went out to see his newest secretary rushing off with tears in her eyes. I groaned and went to my twin's office which was across from mine. I went in and spoke. "Jungkook." He looked up. "What?" "What did this one do?" He rolled his eyes and spoke. "Does it matter? Incompetent." I sighed and went over. "I love you JK but I swear to God if you do not stop this idiotic behavior you are going to regret it. You can't keep being cold and firing people for no good reason." "Drop it. None of them are good enough." I sighed and put a hand over his. "JK. Let me look for one this time. You give them four months and if it doesn't work then I'll let this go." He sighed and nodded his head. "Okay. Four months and that's it." I nodded and went out. I took a deep breath then decided to go find RM and Suga.

I found them in the main room with a few of the others. I went over and threaded my fingers in Suga's hair. "Okay?" I sighed and scoffed. "Oh just peachy. Do we have a list of secretary possibilities still?" Woo spoke up. "He didn't." "Oh he did." Suga sighed and kissed my hand while RM shook his head. "We made a deal. Four months and if it doesn't work out then the subject is gone." Suga sighed and nodded his head. Hobi looked at me. "You know you can't push." I growled at him and he held up his hands in defense. I put my head over my arms and sighed. Woozi came over and rubbed my back.
"It will get better." I gave him a look. "Tell me how when he never gives anyone a chance."

Two weeks later
I was trying to keep calm. Woozi, Shua, Hoshi, Dino, and I were talking about a new group that was supposed to be debuting but we had a major problem.

"How long have they been like this?" Woozi sighed and spoke. "A while now. I thought with time they'd calm down but apparently not." I sighed and leaned back. "We have to figure out what to do."

Jimin pov
I was terrified. I had a huge interview at Jeon Inc. they are the biggest idol company in Korea, probably the world.

I took a deep breath and walked in. "Hi. I have an interview." The girl looked up. "Name?" "Park Jimin." "Okay. It will be just a few minutes then someone will be right with you." I nodded and sat down. I looked around before someone walked up.

"Hi. Park Jimin?" "Yes sir." "I'm Kim Mingyu. It's nice to meet you. I'll be taking you to the interview." I nodded and followed him. "Nervous?" "Just a lot." He chuckled and spoke. "Working here is more than a job. It's family and that's the easiest way to put it." "Thank you." He nodded and we went in to a room.

"Thanks Mingyu." One of the men said. "No problem RM. Where's Yoongi and Jin?" "They had to do a phone call. Can you go check on them and we'll go ahead and start?" "Yep." The guy walked over to me. "Nice to meet you. I'm Kim Namjoon but I go by RM. usually Hana would be with us but she's a little busy at the moment." He introduced the others with him then we got started. "So. This is your first time at an interview like this?" "Yes. I...um...I haven't had much luck with jobs." Hoseok, who said to call him J-Hope, nodded and spoke. "That's fine. We don't mind training. Warning though the person you're working directly under might be a little difficult at best." "Hey now." Taehgung, V, said. "Sorry but it's true. Anyway. Jungkook is directly in charge of all aspects of the promotions. It's fast paced and likewise he needs someone who can keep up with that." "Okay. I think I understand." "Good. It's a lot but worth it." Just then the door opened. RM looked up and smiled. "Finally you two. What took so long?" "Later."

"Aish. Yoongi you're smoking inside again?" "Drop it Joon." Jin sat down. "What'd we miss?" "Nothing much. Just talking. Everything okay with Hana?" "Later. Let's get back to it."

Hana pov
When I made it back to my office I talked to Jun. "I need a meeting with everyone and I need you there. You always have good ideas." "Sure. Everything okay?" "Not particularly. Where's RM and Suga?" "Still in that interview."

I nodded and spoke. "Okay. I'm gonna go get them." "Okay. Want me to gather everyone?" "Yeah."

I went to the meeting room and walked in. "Hana. There you are." I smiled and went over to RM. "Yeah. Yeah." He took my hand then spoke. "Hana this is Park Jimin." I looked at the omega and smiled. "Hi. I'm sorry but we're gonna have to cut this short. A little issue has come up. Mingyu show him out. We'll be in touch." After Mingyu showed him out RM looked at me. "What's wrong?" "My office. We have a very big problem this time."

Once we got there I settled in. "What's going on Hana." I sighed and spoke. "Our newest group. They aren't ready and at this point we're not sure they'll ever be ready." Everybody was shocked. "They're really that bad?" DK asked. Woozi nodded. "They're awful. They fight all the time. They won't take things seriously and on top of that they disrespect anyone who dares tell them what to do." JK leaned back. "If they're that bad then they need brought down a few pegs. "I agree but how and doesn't change that we have to cancel their debut." We started brainstorming ideas. This was going to take forever.
