Trying to keep my emotions under control I take in a deep breath and let it out slowly
Repeating the process several times like Boone taught me to do when I have the feeling of a panic attack coming on which is the way I am feeling right now

" Raven she's starting to feel a Panic Attack coming Pick her up and sit on the couch with her Rub her back gently until she stops the breathing technique " Boone says

I'm lifted up and carried over to a couch
Once Raven sits down I tuck my Arms underneath me

I slowly come out of the panic attack and feel extremely sleepy

It didn't take me but a few minutes and my eyes closed I was snuggled between Corey and Raven
