one day hajime and komaeda were in love and happy and they cuddled every night. this was after the events of goodbye despair and they were all vibing on the island. hajime and komaeda had gotten together over a long amount of time that wasn't specified and i won't elaborate on because that time isn't as important as this moment.

anyways. komaeda died from an unspecified event, and hajime was miserable. the person he was closest to on this island was gone. 

in order to add the comfort to this hurt comfort, i'm gonna say that souda gave him a pat n the back and he saw chiaki in a dream. this is hurt/comfort i swear. it's not hurt/no comfort because that gets less clicks.
