A couple r seen searching for a girl.

Woman :doll where r u? Come out beta. Now mumma is tired.

A small girl around 8 years is seen sitting behind sofa n giggling.

Man :princess come ...

His words r incomplete as they listen a bang on door getting it open. Couple gets shocked.

Man:who r u?

Goons comes in n starts beating that man. While woman pleads them to leave him. Den one goon points a gun towards them n shoots both.

Couple:ahh....

Girl(shouts):no..

A girl gets up suddenly from her sleep sweating n shivering badly.

Listening her shout a couple comes to her room n asks

Lady:shona..wt happened beta my did u shout like that?

[yes guys she is our swara]

Swara :no response

Lady holds her shoulder n shakes her bringing back her to sense. Seeing her mother she hugs her tightly.

Man (concern) :again u got that dream ha.

Swara(departs from her mom) n nodes.

Lady (carees her hair n makes her sleep) :its k shona. It's just a dream. Dont get panic. U sleep. Tmr is ur first day at Clg na. Now sleep.

Couple makes her sleep n goes out. Immediately after going out lady starts crying. Man hugs her n consoles her saying

Man:sujatha don't cry. If u only be like this then who will console our Swara ha.

Sujatha (while crying) :how ram. How can I console myself when I'm seeing my daughter like this. It's been years she is getting these dreams n all.but we r not able to do anything. Plz ram do something. I can't see my shona like this plz.

Ram:wt do u think Sujji. I also can't c get like this. U also know ki we showed her to all experienced doctors but all in vain. But Dont worry sujatha. I won't let anything happen to shona. I promise she will be fine soon.

After consoling her both goes to there room n sleeps.

Next morning

Sunrays falls on Swara's face making her wake up. She thinks about dream n gets restless. She gets ready n goes down n behaves as normal as she don't want to make her parents sad .

Swara(fake smile) :gud mrng mom. Mrng dad.

Sujam (sujatha n ram) :mrng beta

Swara:mom do fast. Otherwise that khaddos will come n will start his lecture

Sujatha (fake anger) :shona.

"Acha tho mai khaddos hu"a voice comes from main door.

All turns n sees n boy with  cream pant n white shirt having black  jacket standing there crossing his hands around his well built body with a serious look to swara

Swara(smiles): Arey narnav (person glares) amm. I mean arnav .come na. Looking handsome ha

Yes guys he is arnav. ARNAV SIGHANIA :swaras bestie.

Arnav(coming inside) :stop buttering me shona n come let's go. It's getting late for Clg.

Swara(murmurs):huh. Mrng mrng only in khaddos mood.

Sujam listens this n smiles. Whiles arnav stares her angrily.

Arnav:swara..

Swara(giving tight smile) :kk. Let's go.

Sujatha:but shona. Breakfast??

Shona(holding arnav hand n while dragging him) :no mom. I'll do in canteen. Bye. Love u both.

Sujam(smiles):bye.love u too .

College

A big car comes into college  n enters the parking lot. A boy wearing  cream pant, white shirt n blue jacket with silky hair falling on his forehead n with a sweet smile on his lips. All girls starts looking at him n trying to get his attention but alas. He didn't care anyone. From other side a girl comes down wearing a pink n orange color suit with open hair. All boys keeps looking at her. She moves to the boy n says

Girl(little angry) :sanky y r all girls looking at u like they will eat u ha

Sanky(smiles n holds her by shoulder) :khusi. Dont get jealous yar. They r looking like that bcoz I'm handsome

Khusi (smiles) :ha ha. Right.

Both smiles n leaves from there. As soon as they leave another cones comes n arnav, swara comes out from the car.

All boys gets stunned seeing Swara n girls feel jealous of her. Swara is wearing a green top n white long skirt with open hair n beautiful smile on her face. Both leaves from there.

Arnav:shona .c this is ur class. If u want anything call me. After class come to canteen. I'll be there n...

Swara:uffo narnav. I'm not kid . I can handle myself. Now bye my narnav sweety .....n runs from there.

Arnav shakes his head in disbelief n goes from there smilingly.

Swara class

Swara goes inside n sees a girl simply sitting at last bench .she smiles n goes sits beside her

Swara(forwards hand to her) :hi Im Swara. Swara singhania

Girl(shocked,

smiles n shakes hand) :hi. I'm khusi. Khusi Maheshwari

Swara:wow khusi. Means happy. Nice name

Khusi smiles seeing her. They talk for sometime n becomes friends soon. Later class gets over n both heads to canteen.

Khusi gets a call. So she excuses herself n asks her to move on. Swara nodes n starts going to canteen but gets dashed by a person. Before she could fall person holds her by her waist .swara closes her eyes in fear. Person gets mesmerised seeing her. Sensing not falling down n a hand around her she opens her eyes n sees person who is smiling seeing her.

Swara releases herself n sees person angrily.

Person:cant u see n walk

Swara :excuse me. First of all its u who did mistake. Who told u to walk while using phone.

Person:thats non of ur business k

They keeps on fighting. Then only khusi comes n gets shocked seeing them fighting .

Khusi:swara..sanky.

Both turns n sees her. Khusi comes near them.

Khusi :y r u 2 fighting.?

Swasan(union):Do u know him/her....again stares each other.

Khusi(smiles):ya.sanky this is Swara my new friend n Swara this is sanky. I mean sanskar.. Sanskar Maheshwari. My brother

Swara :brother??

Sanskar :ha brother. Do u have any problem

Swara stares him angrily n tries to answer. Then only arnav comas there.

Arnav :shona .

swara turns n sees him. Arnav comes there n sees all.

Arnav :shona wt happened?  N Sanky wt r u doing here. How much time should I wait for you.

Sanky:vo I was cmg  only but this stupid girl dashed me .

Swara:how dare u to call me stupid ha.

Aranav:guys calm down. N Sanky this is Swara. My friend about whom I told u today mrng .(turns towards Swara) n shona this is sanskar. My best friend.

Swara (murmurs) :huh same to same. Ek dam khadoos.

Khusi giggles listening this while sanarn r giving her a glare.

Swara:wt??now stop that looks n arnav come. I'm starving...n starts dragging him

Arnav smiles n follows her. Sankhu also goes inside. Later all introduce themselves but swasan r still giving glare to each other .later all goes back to their classes.

Like this days passes. Arshi starts feeling for each other .One day arnav proposes her n she accepts.

Othereside swasan also becomes close with their cute nok jok daily .Both feels happy when they are with each other. Swara's parents n arnav observes this n r happy for swara.

One day all 4 goes to Sanky house. Sanky mother likes Swara alot n wishes to make her DIL of her house. All sits in hall n r seeing an old album.

Khusi(showing a photo) :swara see this. This is me n this is bhai.

Swara starts laughing seeing it as Sanky is in girly attire. She teases sanskar. Both starts running in whole mansion. All smiles seeing them.

Just den arnav sees a pic n asks ap(sankhu mom)

Arnav:aunty who is this??

Ap(seeing photo n gets sad) :this is my brother's family beta n she is my brothers daughter.

Arnav shock

Arnav :now where r they?

Ap(teary eyes) :they r not in this world beta. They all died in an accident long back.

Arnav gets shocked n confused. He continuosly stares that photo n thinks.

Arnav (in mind) :how can this is possible? N that girl.. No first I need to talk to them n later decide it.

He comes back to sense by tap on shoulder. He turns n sees khusi. She asks wts the matter in sign language. He says as nothing n smiles. She also smiles.

Later swaarn goes back to their home.

Next day arnav doesn't go to Clg as he want to know the truth. After swara going to Clg he comes to her house.

Hall

Ram:wts the matter arnav? U r looking tensed? Is everything k?

Arnav :uncle aunty I need to ask u something about swara. Can I?

Sujatha:u no need to ask permission beta. Ur like our son. Infact ur more than that. U cared for swara more than like a brother. U have all rights to talk about swara. Ask now.

Arnav (taking a long breath) :Is Swara really ur daughter?

Sujram gets shocked listening this.

Ram:y r u asking like that n that too suddenly

Arnav :uncle I have a reason. I'll tell that bur first tell me is she really ur daughter

Sujatha (crying) :no beta. She is not my own daughter. We got her when we went to a marriage at dehradun.

Flash back

After attending marriage when we r coming back .Suddenly a girl came infront of our car n met with an accident. We got shocked.. came out n saw her. She is breathing. We took her to our hospital then.Doctor said ki due to severe blood loss she lost her memory . Later we informed about her on police station but no one came. So we thought to adopt her .

Flash back ends

Sujatha (crying) :like that she became our daughter. But we never make her feel like that beta. Infact she is my daughter only. My own daughter.

Arnav feels sad n tears comes from his eyes. Ram consoles sujatha.

Ram:but beta.... Before he complete they hears a vase breaking sound.They turn around n gets shocked seeing Swara n Sankhu. Swara is looking like she lost everything n Sankhu r holding her not letting her to fall.

Arnav, Sujram runs to her. Sujatha hugs her n says

Sujatha :beta plz forgive me. I know I did wrong by not telling truth to u but believe me beta I'm just afraid of loosing u. That's y didn't tell it.

Swara(relising from hug) :no mom. I believe you. I know wt u n dad did is for my betterment only. But I'm just sad feeling ki I'm not ur daughter.

Ram(hugs her) :no beta. Ur our daughter only. Dont say that again. Otherwise papa will get angry n will Katti with u.... N gives n fake angry pout.

All smiles seeing this. Swara smiles n hugs her parents.

Swara :love u mom n dad.

Sujram:love u too beta.

Ram(facing arnav) :but arnav beta. Y did u ask suddenly whether she is our daughter  n wts the reason u asked us this.

Arnav:uncle first come n sit. I'll say everything.

Everyone gets settle in sofa.

Arnav :actually uncle I know na yesterday we went to Sankhu house there..... He tells her wt happened

Arnav:n uncle that girl is non other than Swara only.

All gets shocked listening this.

Sankhu :wt??

Sanky:but how is this possible Swara n her parents died in an accident long back.

Khusi :ya our mamu daughter name is Swara only. That's y i got shocked listening Swara name first.
Sanskar :arnav it's impossible yar. They all died in an accident long back. It maybe just a coincidence.

Arnav :but sanskar think na. How can all be coincidence. There Swara getting disappeared. Here uncle, aunty getting shona on that day only n that too at same place dehradun. How can all be just a coincidence. No yar there is something which we r missing.

Ram:ya arnav is right. N I think those nightmares which Swara get maybe of their own parents only.

Swara is seen listening all this. She gets into thinking n tries to remember their faces.

Sujatha :but how can we be sure ki both Swara's r same.

Swara:ek raasta hai. (to sanskar) sanky can u take me to their house. Maybe by seeing them I can remember anything .

Ram:ya u r right. Let's do one thing. Let's all go there.

All agrees n leaves

Dehradun

After some hours journey all reaches swaras house which is looking old now. Ap n dp feels happy ki Swara is only their brother daughter.

Ap gives key to her n asks her to open. Swara hand shivers to open. Sanky holds her hand n assures her through eyes ki everything will be OK. All notice this n smiles seeing there bonding.

Swara gains some strength n opens the gate n enters inside. She sees garden area n remembers how how she n father used to play n her mother used to feed her food. She smiles with teary eyes remembering it. She moves n enters the hall where they all used to play hide n seek. She remembers the scene where she hidded behind sofa n her parents searching her, suddenly loud noises coming, some goons beating her dad n suddenly THUS.

swara(shouts):maa

All gets turned listening her shout n runs to her.

Sujatha (cupping her face) :shona. Beta wt happened? Y did u shout?

Swara :no response

Sujatha (panics) :shona. Say something na.

But no response. All that images starts running into her mind.She catches her hand n faints

All(shouts):swara /shona.

Sanky immediately lifts her n all moves to hospital.

Hospital

Doctor checks n says ki she is taking so much of stress which is not good for health. If this happens she may go into depression. So take care.

All gets shocked n doesn't know wt to do. All goes inside n sees Swara struggling n saying something

Swara(gets up) :no..

Sanky immediately sits beside her n hugs her. Swara also hugs her back. Sanky consoles her by rubbing her back.

Sanky:swara it's k. No need to remember it. Dont take stress. Relax.. Relax (realese hug n cups her face) swara y to remember that past which is lost somewhere. U have ur parents now na. So don't take stress

Swara(while sobbing):They killed my parents. He.. He killed my parents infront of me .

All gets shocked.

Ap:killed.no beta. They died in an accident.

Swara:no aunty. He killed my parents. I saw with my eyes. I remember everything now.....n says all wt happened that day.

Swara (sobbing) :he killed my parents for just winning a case. How can he do that..... N crys hugging sanskar.

Arnav(comes to her) :but shona. How can this happen. If this much happened y don't anyone know about that.

Swara :i don't know but I only know one thing that he killed my father n mother.

Arnav:who shona. Do u know him. Did u remember his name ?

Swara :......

Sanskar(cupping her face) :swara u just say who is he n I promise I'll get him punished for his deeds.

Arnav:ha shona. I too promise

Swara(hesitates):Rajnath Singhania

All gets double shock.

Arnav(shocked to the core) :wt?? Shona do u know wt r u saying .No this can't happen. My father can't do anything like that.

Swara:im telling truth arnav. I still remember him saying

"u have to pay for messing with me. me.. This Rajnath Singhania  n the result for messing with me is THUS"

Swara (cry) :im saying truth only arnav. Believe me arnav.

Arnav don't know how to react. Khusi holds his shoulder for support.

Swara :k arnav u don't believe me na. Fine. Then I'll prove u that he is murder of my parents n u have to help me in that.

Arnav looks at her.

Swara(wiping her tears) :i have a plan..... N says something. All agrees .

Next day

Arnav house

Arnav n his dad r seen drinking tea. Arnav is still thinking about swara words n her plan. After completing tea when his dad tries to stand but stumbles as he starts feeling dizzy .
Arnav sees this n thinks about swaras plan giving Rajnath drowsy pills n make him reveal truth. He comes back to his sense n goes near his dad n

Arnav:dad wt happened

Rajnath :don't know beta. suddenly feeling dizzy .

Arnav:u sit here n take rest dad. Dad can I ask to something

Rajnath:ofcourse beta. No need to ask permission  ask

Arnav :Do u know any body name Shekhar Mehra.

Rajnath gets shocked

Rajnath(laughing like mad as medicine starts it's effect) :ya. I know. How can I forget the person I killed.

Arnav(shocked):wt? Wt r u saying dad?

Rajnath:truth. Truth beta. U know he is really a nice person n good lawyer of that time . He always stands with truth. This weakness of standing with truth only killed him. Infact his whole family. Arnav gets shocked listening bitter truth about his father.

After 1 hour.

Rajnath gains his sense n opens his eyes n gets shocked seeing police there.

Inspector :u r under arrest Mr Singhania

Rajnath (shocked n angry) :wt? Do u know with whom it talking inspector .

Swara:culprit of my parents  .who killed my parents infront of my eyes

Rajnath :wt?? Ur parents?

Swara:yes parents. I'm daughter of shekar Mehra. Whom u killed 12 years back.

Rajnath shock.

Rajnath :wt r u talking? I didn't kill anyone. I don't know anyone named shekar Mehra

Sanskar:acha then wts this Mr. Singhania..... n shows him a video where everything is recorded while he is saying truth.

Rajnath shock. He don't understand wts happening. He looks at arnav who is seeing him with hatred.

Rajnath (to arnav) :no beta. This is not true. U believe me na..... tries to catch his hand but he jerks off.

Arnav:how can u do this dad. U killed two innocent people n mad a child parentless. Thank god ki Ram uncle n sujatha aunty got her. If not don't know wt would had happen to her. How can u do this with a small Child dad. Dont u remember u too have a child .chi.. I hate u dad. I just hate u. Inspector take him.

Rajnath gets shattered seeing his son hatred towards him. He silently goes with police. Arnav falls on sofa with this n cries. Khusi goes n hugs him n consoles him. He too hugs her back.

Khusi:its k arnav. U did right only. U stood at truth side. No need to cry. Relax.

Sanskar to divert the mood says

Sanskar :arey. Kuch tho sharam Karo khusi. Ur hugging a person infront of ur  brother.

Arshi listens this, release the hug n composes n shyly smiles. N goes from there

Swasan laughs

Sanskar (to swara):i hope now ur k. U got justice for ur parents.

Swara smiles.

Sanskar :swara today I want to say something. I don't know when, how I'm started feeling for u. But one thing is sure this heart is nothing without u. It feels happy when u r with me. Ur smile gives me happiness n ur cry makes my heart bleed. I don't know those cheesy lines. I just want to say ki I LOVE YOU SWARA. I really love u. Will u marry me?

Swara is ooverwhelmedby his confession n immediately hugs him n says

Swara:i love u too sanskar. N yes I'll marry u.

Sanskar smiles n hugs her back.
They break their hug listening claps sound.. turns n sees all family.

Ram(to dp) :i think we should make these 4 married as soon as possible. Wts say dp ji.

Dp:ya ur right. So Chalo. Let's start the marriage preparation .

Swasan n Arshi smiles seeing each other. Screen freezes on their happy faces.
