Star Pov
I stare at myself in the mirror and sigh and groan, this isn't me I'm not fit to be Queen "Star we are ready for you" I nod and walked down my large hallway to the throne room where all eyes were on me 'All rise as the princess enters' everyone stood and I started to panic I looked for comfort but I forgot he's not here...

Flashback*
"Marco! Come on I want the sprinkle donuts!" I yell as I see him running trying to catch up "You know...we could've took my car...the donut shop is pretty far" I pay his back and he rolls his eyes

"But what's the fun in that? We be in a car and just sit and be still and not enjoy the day, we have the summer heat and seeing random faces as we walk and act free"

he chuckled and pull me into a side hug "Oh Star what am I gonna do with you" I blush and look back at him as we broke apart, I giggled and he looked like he blushed and tried to hide it

"Star we're almost there" I nod and as we got there Marco got us the delicious treats "Still can't believe you did that?" As Marco played with my hair "What? Cut my hair short? I wasn't going to be a chicken and bail out" he chuckles

"I can see that, your pretty cute with that hairstyle" I blushed and pushed him slightly "Shut up Marco" he laughs as we get home I see my parents carriage and I felt my body go numb and Marco notices and stands in front of me

"Star what's going on?" I ignore him and walk instead the Diaz home and see my parents sitting with Marcos and I stood at the entrance and Marco came in afterwards "Star, there you are go and get packed, your done being on earth, it's time to go home and do your duties as Queen"

my mother said and wanted to cry but not because of her because Marco and I won't ever see each other again "But..I'm not 18! I still have 2 months before I turn please let me stay" she moved her head up and closed her eyes

"No..it's final I'll be waiting" she walked by us and dad looked at me "Sorry Star darling, but it's the rules, go on then and get your stuff" he walked out and I fan upstairs with Marco fast behind "Star wait!" As I reach for my door he grabbed my wrist and I look at him with tears escaping my eyes "Star.." I ran into him and held tight and cried "Marco..I'm going to miss you"

I say barely audible but he heard and I felt his tears as it fell on my cheek "Me too.." as I turned my room the way it was and my suitcase I came in and I sat on the old bed and Marco came and sat by me "This is it Marco..I'll never see you again..I just wanted to tell you..when I first met you I knew that we've become friends in no time, look at us now practically adults and waiting for our future"

he chuckles a bit and sighs "Star..when I met you I thought you were just a weird and crazy person but after spend almost 4 yrs with you, I realized I ..I.." he blushed and I looked at him, as I made him face me he looked at me surprised "what?" "I fell for you.."....
End of flashback*

'Bow down to the queen of Mewni, Star butterfly' everyone clapped and cheered and I had a fake smile and as I walked down I noticed a lot of Prince's holding out their hand and I was uneasy about it.. I still had what Marco said in my head 'I fell for you'

'Care to dance?' A prince asked and I kindly declined, I began walking around looking for a place to be alone without a guy asking me to dance when I'm not interested, as I excited the ballroom I heard a sound 'Psst' I look and see a guy stand in the corner and I just ignored the stupid jester and walked towards him,

as I got closer I took a better look and when I saw who it was I ran towards him and he spun me around "Marco! Oh my gosh! How did you get here? You look so handsome.." he chuckles and looks at me and fixes my crown "I asked your parents if I could come to your queen party, they said yes and they knew you wouldn't be happy.."

boy was he right "They actually let you come, that's weird but who cares, your here with me!" I wrapped my arms around him and held tight and felt my heartbeat it was fast as I looked up at him "Is that all you came to do?" He blushed and shakes his head "You forgot this" I raised an eyebrow "Forget what?"

He leaned in and kissed me and I was surprised he did that as he stopped I was still in shock and began to laugh "Star what's so funny" I jump on him making us fall and he groans and looks at me "You kissed your best friend who's a Queen..I love you Marco" he smiles and fixes my crown "Love you too Star"
