~I woke up next to the light of my sunshine and I giggle as I make tiny circles on his cheeks, he would twitch and move until I kiss his lips and he wakes up to me kissing me 'You are always doing that' I laugh and he gets on top of me and chuckles and i blush at how close our bodies are 'Because I love my soon to be husband..so what are you going to do about it?'

I smirked and I saw his smile and lean down and kiss me slow and soft and kissed down my neck making me giggle at how ticklish it felt 'Come on..stop it's tickles!' We end up in a fit of laughter and he moves off of me and stands up and stretch his arms out 'What do we do today?' I blow my hair out of my face and shrug 'my mother probably want me to be a proper bride..you on the other hand'

as I stand and wrap my arms around his waist 'Are going to be with my dad' he raised an eyebrow 'For what exactly?' I shrug and walk let go of his waist slowly I smirk and he picks me up and put me on his shoulder and spins me around 'No! Marco stop!' I say hitting his back and he kept smacking my butt each time I hit his back hard 'Not until you say sorry'

I laugh and sigh 'I'm sorry Marco, for hitting you' he dropped me on the bed and I held on to him and brought him close to my face..'Star..wake up' I gave him a weird look 'I am up silly' he backs up and the light in the room gets dark and light is on me and the bed 'Marco? This isn't funny anymore' as I held myself on the bed and looked around but nothing but darkness

'Star..he's not real' I looked frantically trying to get the chance to see if anything changes, but nothing but cold 'Who said that?' I say backing up on my bed frame and I look for anyone 'Glossaryck!' I yell and I see a pink glow coming closer 'You called' I grabbed him and looked at him 'What's happening! I was just having the best time and then this! What's going on and where's Marco?'

He chuckles and pry out of my hand 'Oh yeah, it's not real' he simply said and I just shake my head 'What? Not real?' He chuckles and floats under my face 'You princess dreamt the whole thing, it's been 2 years since you last saw Marco, and I tell you this every time you have this dream, you did not marry him, he's not here and your Queen'

I thought that was a blow to my head 'None of this is real?' I had a tear run down my face and it disappeared 'Sorry, I'll wake you up' as he snapped my fingers it was a bright flash..~

I woke up in my bedroom in Mewni with my pillow soaked from my tears and I see glossaryck patting my head 'There, there you'll be happy when you find your prince' I move away from him and get dressed and held to the family table,

as I take a seat I see mother and father talking and finally noticed me "Good morning dear, how did you sleep?" I stay silent and put my head down "Star your mother spoke to you"

I sigh and wiped my face "Can I not talk about it, and excuse me I wish to be alone, sorry" I moved away and walked out the table and went to my garden and sat on the swing, I looked at the castle and noticed my parents looking at me through the window and I ignored it,

it's been 2 years and I still have those dreams of me and Marco, it's more like nightmares, even though I'm Queen I still feel alone, all the Prince's I've met never really caught my attention, don't get me wrong they were alright looking and capable but they weren't Marco,

they can't be kind and loving or understanding like Marco is to me when I need someone there for me, I never noticed not one Prince even cared if I was okay, I groan just thinking of them..the only one that kept my interest was Nico, he was kind and charming and there for me but not the way Marco was with me..

I move off my swing and walk around and see butterflies fly around and I smile when they land on my hand, as I move my hand them fly up higher and I wish I was free and able to do whatever "Star..a word" I look and see my father and he holds my hand as we enter the castle to my sitting area "What's is it dad?"

He clears his throat and sighs "I know you don't want to marry any of the Prince's we suggested for you, and we understand it's because of that Marco fellow" I blushed just hearing his name "I'm sorry I can't stop thinking of him" I said truthfully

"We understand but you have to choose someone eventually, you need an heir to continue our legacy" I cross my arms and face away "Sorry..but I'm not in the mood to talk, excuse me" I walked away from him and go to my room and jump on my bed and yell into my pillow 'Stressful day?'

I threw a pillow at glossaryck and he moved out of the way quickly 'Nice aim, come on Princess you know the day was coming and your parents want you to be in charge with someone by your side' I ignore him and face away "I don't need anyone, unless it's Marco" a tear rolled down my cheek wetting my sheets..

As I stayed in my room all day I decide to go to dinner, I was starving since I lost my appetite this morning 'Are you okay?' I walked by glossaryck and walked to our dinning room and sat down "Hello darling, feeling better?" I nod "Good, now we have lots to discuss" I tuned mother and father out and just went in my mind and thought of us

'Star..I know your never going to see me again but I want you to know I love you and I know your going to be a great Queen, take this so you can remember me' I open my eyes quick and slam my hands on the table causing my parents to look at me odd "Star?" I shake the thoughts "Sorry..I'm sorry"

I say and I looked down at my hands and open to find Marco's necklace he gave me, I always have it with me as it makes me strong or confident but all it has been doing is giving me dreams of us together..

"Star, are you feeling okay?" Mother asked and I shake my head "I'm sorry, but I'll never feel okay if the person I love isn't here with me, I know that Marco is a human and isn't from this world but I rather be happy if he's by my side, if you want your legacy to keep going then let me be with him"

I say as I hold myself up on the table "Go" father said and mother looked angry "River?" He looked at me and her "Our daughter is right moon, she's unhappy because she's not with the guy she loves and it happens to be with that Marco fellow" a smile started to form on my fave "But River, what would people say?"

"Let them say what they want, it's time for a change" I walked towards my dad and hugged him "Thanks daddy" he kissed my cheek "Go on, go find him" I run to my room and change into my normal earth clothing and cut towards the Diaz household, I smile as the house still looks the same, as I knock I heard a familiar voice 'I got it mom!'

I could feel my heart race as the door creak open and saw him there, looking at me as he's seeing my ghost "Star..is that really you?" I nod slowly and he embraces me with a tight hug and I couldn't help but cry in his arms "I've missed you so much" as he held on me and I pulled his hoodie as I put my head deeper in his chest "Me..too"

as I tried to stop crying and we entered his house and sat on his couch "What are you doing here?" I smiled and held his hand "I want you to come with me and rule mewni by my side" he smiles but it fades "Wait, you want me to leave here to rule Mewni with you?" I nod, wasn't I clear?

"Will I be able to see my parents?" I nod "Yes I'll give you my dimension scissors, Marco please come with me I'm miserable without you by my side, all the Prince's I've met are okay but they aren't you, I have dreams that me and you are together but I wake up crying because I realized its not real"

I began to tear up and he held my cheek "Star to be honest, I have dreams with you by my side ever since you left 2 years ago, I thought since you left I was going to be okay but I wasn't, I stayed in my room for almost a year because I couldn't bare to keep my life going because you were gone" I blushed and attacked him with a kiss that we fell on the floor and when we stopped we saw legs and we looked up and saw his parents "Hi..Mr and Mrs Diaz"

they had bright smiles on their faces and we stood up and they gave me a hug "Star, how we missed you" I smiled and looked back at Marco "Me too, I was just talking with Marco about it" they looked at his direction "Did you tell her?" I looked confused "No, I was thanks for ruining it"

"Tell me what?" He chuckles and gets down on one knee "I kept thinking when you left that you will be back to find me and tell me how much I mean to you, but it took longer then expected and I wanted to do this with you"

I felt my heart flutter "Star butterfly, Queen of Mewni, will you do me the honor and marry me?" I looked down at the box that had a beautiful ring, it was twinkling in the light and smiled "Yes! Of course I will!" He slid the ring and kissed me and spun us around

"Yay! Now we have a chance if having grandkids" we looked at his mom and they walked out the room "That's not weird at all" I laughed "My parents want a heir too, so ready for what it takes?" As I held out my hand for him to take "Bring it on" I cut back home and looked at Marco

"Next stop..Happiness" we jumped and made it home and I was in the throne room as look around I see my parents and they walk near us "Star..your Queen outfit" I nodded and changed "Sorry forgot" she nods and looks at Marco and I held his hand in mines "Hello Marco boy, my you have quite the shoulders, and that beard, it's coming in quite nicely" he chuckles and smiles and father walks with him "I'm proud of you dear" I looked at my mother confused

"Why?" She smiles and doesn't look at me "You finally get your happy ending, and I'm sorry for pushing you so hard, we aren't going to live forever" I nod "I know, and I guess your right..I did get my happy ending.."
