Prevailing Past
Several millennia ago, there was a land far far away from the Airentines and Aquarils Which was occupied by a tribe of people who remained an Existron while others advanced to a Province.
They were one with the Soil and it listened to them, they would call upon the land and it would mold into fantastical shelters and mystical beings, outsiders called them lithore, and were a part of the Ethenio Tribe Existron, they were prosperous as a tribe, with a monarch who made almost all of the citizens happy and satisfied, but there was a group of people who seek further advancement for Ethenio, they wanted it to become a province. Having neglected by the rule time in time, they were restless and optimistic, they formed a rebellion and called themselves the Uprisers, influencing, conspiring and rioting to convey their ideals, it was an innocent thought to improve the community they lived in, but the steps to reach the goal, were..., Not acceptable.
One morning an administrative committee was held to address the uprising that was dividing Ethenio.
The hall was filled with groups of people clustered in different locations around an ovel shaped table, they all indulged in chit chats and small talks waiting for their monarch, everyone were noticably barefoot and covered themselves in soft brightly coloured silk vails, with sleeveless white woolen garment and white trousers.
One group talked about the merits of having such Uprisings, which will potentially open up an opportunity for a democratic rule.
Another group blamed the supreme province for injecting 'head over clouds' dreams into youth.
Another lot despised Airentines, claiming as the superior race of mages were indeed lithores, for which everyone cheered collectively.
The cheers were Silenced as the Chief entered the hall, he was accompanied by a new group of people, the chief took his seat at the end of the table and gestured everyone to do the same, the new group held their head down the whole time.
"Hail our foothold, hail the provider, and all hail Ethenio"
The chief said and the chairmen repeated.
The chief took a deep breath and said,
"This here is the head of the revolutionaries known as the Uprisers, Sethu"
A number of them raised from their seats enraged, the Uprisers remaind calm.
The hall was long and narrow with several windows alongside each wall, the end of the hall, behind the chief's seat was two black stone status of armoured soldiers, each with a spike and a shield.
The head of those two statues tilted downwards with a threatening stare, making all settled down, the Chief tried again.
"As I was saying, this young man here is a brave revolutionary, and I want you all to listen to what he has to say" the chief said.
The boy stepped forward while everyone else murmured, he was encouraged by one or two claps from the far end of the table.
He cleared his throat and began
"A very good morning one and all" he paused and continued,
"Imagine a province, spanning across hundreds of sectors, A portal gate station which can get you to the very edge of the expanding multiverse, any point in time, The Provincial Towers overlooking the entire residential sectors, A city having every magical division headquarters in existence, all contained within stronghold walls, prison Abyss, Speciality prisons, Defence teams, Attack teams, and the God forged warrior who protects it all, A combat master" He he painted a picture, everyone listened in complete silence imagining the description.
He received a confidence boost by some more, he resumed
"That's not all, there's much more we don't know of, much more to learn, to adapt, haven't you ever wished to teleport, it is possible, we just have to reach out, we can be a province too one day, collaboration is what we need, and tha...
"We certainly don't need Airentine endorsements, and we are quite satisfied as an Existron"
A person cuts in on Sethu.
"I second that, your so called collaboration is nothing more than an opportunity for those "flying bastards" to take control over us"
Another man from the far left said,
"But we could use the defence and security they provide, we won't need to loose any lithore life during battle"
"Why don't YOU go over their and beg"
"Beg?, Have some maturity, this could be an unification with more to gain and nothing to loose"
"Unification you say... stop kidding yourself, it's an annexed at this point, we are totally not willing to do this"
" The unification that you are suggesting should benifit both parties, what do you think we can offer that they already don't have?"
"Can you just Stop glorifying them, have some pride in who you are"
Opinions were thrown around the hall, which increased more and more, tension in the room
The statue on the right throw it's spear at the at the table, it pierced and was planted deep and firm in the middle of the committee, blasting splinters of the table everywhere.
The spear turned to dust and reformed itself back to the statue's hand.
Nerve on the chief's forehead was about to pop.
"I am the one who makes the decision here, you lot will sit there and agree, that's the only point of you. Am I clear?"
Everyone was sweating and quiet understandably.
"AM. I. CLEAR?" He shouted
"Yes m'lord" they said
The committee was dispersed indecisive.

"Wait wait, Stop, skip forward to when the chief fucks"
Prem said, as he slouched on the table looking at anatomy books with a magnifying glass.
"That's a play on history Prem, you ape ass" Shanth yelled.
Everyone else in the library looked at him accompanied by some 'shushers'
Shanth turned towards Dheer who read the book so far and said
"Why are we here anyway?, This place is cryptic and unsettling"
"What's wrong with history books having profanity, it's part of the fun isn't it?" Prem reasoned totally off with the subject matter
"Geez I don't know guys, what would be the punishment for stealing the knight's sword, A palace horse, and paring down a 1300 year old tree" Dheer asked sarcastically.
"Ok that was on me, but the horse was definitely Prem, I told him not to spank it..."
Shanth went on and on, actually they quietly quarreled, but Dheer's attention had shifted, the pages of the book in front of him flipped rapidly to a random page, a name on the first paragraph caught his eye, Simha, the chief's basterd, that name was extremely familiar to him, the description of the person, much like in his dream.
"My prince?"
Dheer was disturbed, he looked around, Shanth and Prem were standing stiff facing someone in complete copper armour with silver accents, they were being yelled at.
"My prince, her highness summons you" a maid said,
"Umm, can you just ask that gaurd to leave them alone"
"That's no gaurd ma lord, it's sir Ashwa"
"Ugh, what is with this guy?" Dheer said and approached them
"Well?, Who was it?" Ashwa asked very seriously, he was in his armour chimed with every little movement, making clear that it was made of no ordinary metal. He held the helmet in his hand and continued scolding.
Prem and shanth both pointed at each other.
Dheer walked in front of them, hands behind his back, Ashwa placed his helmet down on the floor left to his feet immediately
"Sir Ashwa"
"My prince"
"Should you be making a scene in the Atheneum vicinity?"
"Thats fair, I shouldn't have, pardon me"
Dheer lifted his head up and glanced at his friends with a smirk.
"But, Should you..., be shaving down sacred cemetery vegetation, that of your grandmother's I might add" he said mockingly
Dheer's smirk faded, he now realised why his mother has called for him, he glanced at the maid and she nodded, he sunk his head down and sighed.
"It was me, let them go" he said
"They shall go nowhere, I want a report on Provincial history of Grandelmar, and The Battle of burning Waters, within daybreak. Thats for my sword " he said to them and they left with hanging heads
"as for you my prince, I shall escort you to her highness's chambers myself"
Ashwa said as he turned on his heels towards Dheer.
Dheer carried the historic play with him, as he departed with Ashwa, they existed the library into a corridor, the roof of which stretched into darkness, upheld by huge pillars made of soft touch white marble, the left side of the hall was wall, with windows into the library, the right side was the view of the entire Terrotrophe, buildings and residences approximately of the same height and some occasional taller towers scattered, in the far east side was a roundabout having an enormous statue of a man, uplifting a sword while his right foot is on a dead body of an elf, the City scape spanned till the exterior wall far front into the horizon, shining in the midday light, one of the beautiful views the palace grounds offer.
"Intrested in the history are we?" Ashwa asked
"You dare not ask a report from me sir Ashwa" he said
"Perhaps not, but I'm impressed, thats the most accurate depiction yet, I love that play, hope you finish it"
"The knight is also a scholar apparently" Dheer Said
"I'm not the one holding a book" he replied.
Dheer did not respond, but Ashwa was expecting,
They took a turn after passing the long hallway balcony, They walked further in past a double door into a chamber that had a rectangular pool, which almost covered the entirety of the hall's floor. boundries of the pool was covered by grab-hold railings, the light source was coming from within the waters emitting shimmers of blue light all around, the cealing of the room extended far above, they walked up to the pool, Ashwa pulled out his sward and inserted it into a slit on the ground and twisted, the railing infront of them lowered and squares of stones rised up from the water making a path in front of them, the path lead to a centerpiece in the middle of the pool which was metalic, they stood on it.
"Where are the sharks?" Dheer asked
"They don't surface that often" he replied
The centerpiece platform elevated above towards the cealing, after a certain hight, there were doors on the walls all around, Which were of the same size and height, all shut. The platform turned upside down while both of them stood intact and firm on it, gravity was still acting upon them, pulling down their hear, clothes and bodyweight, they landed on the sealing surface, the platform clicked into its pit which corrected the gravity, now the cealing felt like actual ground, there was an upside down door right ahead of them, as they approached the door it opened loudly to a Gigantic and luxurious bedroom complete with eccentric furniture works and a chandelier, it had a balcony where the view was inverted, the City of Terrotrophe was in the sky and the clouds were beneath. A breathtaking view to behold.
The queen stood at the balcony gazing with a glass of drink in her hand. Dheer and Ashwa entered the premise distracting her watch.
"Mother" Dheer announced their presence
"Leave us" she said
Ashwa walked out after a bow
"Is he gone"
"He's gone" Dheer informed.
"I promised my mother-in-law to entertain your grandchildren under the very tree you cut down today" she said very slowly.
"I can explain" dheer began reasoning.
She turned and walked inside the room, she approached Dheer after placing the wine glass on the bureau, she had an unreadable expression, Dheer was scared a little she held Dheer's shoulder and shook him.
"486 years I've taken care of that wreched tree, and finally the. Burden is lifted" she said as she smiled at the end.
Dheer exhaled.
"Your dad wouldn't be pleased though"
"Well, that's for when the next time I see him, which is almost never these days"
"Well he's pretty busy lately, which brings me to the reason I summoned you"
"And that is..?"
"This" she said showing an extravagant piece of garment, a perl white suit with indistinguishable layers of clothing.
"Ew" He said softly under his breath while keep a smile
She heard it and pulled her head back with a frown
"How dare you?"
"Im sorry but white?, WHITE ?, You should've known"
He said while he walked around a tabel. He placed the book on it and sunk into a chair and asked.
"What's the occasion anyway?"
"Tis fine, your brother could fit into it after a few trims"
"Mother?"
"What?"
"Why the dressup?"
"Oh that? So. The supreme province is sending their associates" she said while folding the suit.
"Airentines?"
"No, Lithores"
"The Deserters?, Why?, What is father thinking?"
"He's negotiating a treaty"
"On what grounds, this is ridiculous!, those people abandoned us"
"Dheer!, Stop raising your voice"
He looked away picking up the book, there was silence for a while.
She came close to the table and pulled a chair next to him,
"May I sit with you?"
Dheer, Flipped pages without responding, she sat down next to him regardless and said.
"The only person I trust in this world is my husband. and if he believes in something, I do too, blindly"
"But mother, isn't this suspicious in the slightest?" He asked.
Suddenly a bird flew in through the balcony and sat on the table, The queen looked into its eye and shifted the point of view one with the bird, she saw a chariot pulled by horses entering the Wall gate.
She closed her eyes and the bird flew away.
"What is it?"
"Father's home"
She said and opened the door which is now leading outside the palace.
"We'll talk later" she said as she walked away.
Dheer remaind in his chair for a while looking at the book. the history, in front of him, his heart was not at ease, he stood up and followed his mother unwillingly.
