Celia has always proved to WICKED that she's a strong girl. Physically and mentally. She became the first to ever go into the Glade and she was even one of the first few Gladers there. Celia felt a mixture of emotions when she arrived in the box. The two main ones she felt were scared and confused.

For some reason she stuck by Gally's side. There was just something about him that seemed familiar to her and she didn't want to lose that feeling since she couldn't remember anything else beside her name. Years past since she has been in the Glade, becoming close with each of the Gladers. The four boys who became very important to her are, Gally, Minho, Newt, and Chuck. And when Thomas came he got on the list of important people to her.

Then Teresa showed up and everything changed. When the Grievers got into the Glade, at the end before it stopped, Celia was taken. After not seeing her for a few days that made Teresa and the boys think that she was dead which broke their hearts since Celia was an important member of the Glade. Celia was taken by WICKED and they kept her for who knows how long. Celia even basically begged them to let her make a video for her friends just to let them know how much they cared about her.

She lost track of the days she's been there because each day she was forced to do different experiments and tests just so that WICKED could find a cure. Suddenly, WICKED was broke into. Gally saved her with the help of a group of people who went by the name of The Right Arm. Since then Celia has been with The Right Arm and even got into a relationship with Gally after the two realized their feelings for each other. Celia never thought that she would see her old friends until she and Gally spots their old friends outside of the walls of WICKED.
