First POV
"Well I don't care!"
"Well once I knew a bitch who actually gave a shit!"
"Well that's not me anymore so..."
"clearly."
She slammed the door and walked away.
Louis sat on my bed waiting to understand what happened.
I walked into my room and sat next to him as the tears rolled out.
"Well that was eventful." He scoffed
I sighed, nodded and then rested my head on his shoulder.
"Do you want to talk about it?" He asked quietly, kissing my forehead.
I nodded and looked down at my white sheets as to figure out where to start.
"I'm angry."
"Well duh, but..." he saw my sad eyes and I could see his heart shatter through his eyes "nevermind, go on."
"I'm angry because I feel like my feelings aren't valid. Every time something happens it's my job to just suck it up and never talk back. It's my job to be the mattress that everyone else can fall on but it hurts to be the mattress." The tears threatened to spill even more. "I'm tired of being Ms quiet, I'm tired of sacrificing my feelings for the sake of others but I do it because I'm scared. I'm scared that my feelings will be the end of a friendship or a relationship or anything in between. I'm scared that what I will say when I'm expressing myself will hurt someone and I can't be that cause. I'm terrified into myself and it's so exhausting." My voice broke and Louis jumped to hug me.
"Your feelings are nothing short of absolutely important. You're a human too and you can't help what you're feeling. And the fact that you're scared to show what you feel is something you need to work on but it's okay."
Louis held me in his arms and I inhaled his cologne.
Louis always seemed to calm me.
His scent was my happy place, like sniffing straight endorphins.
"You are so warm." I smiled and nuzzled into him.
Louis laughed and laid down.
I scooted into him and buried my head into his chest.
"I'll sacrifice my night for you bub."
He rubbed my arm and threw a blanket around me.
He wiped my still damp eyes and I looked up at him.
"Why don't you take a nap? I'll wake you up in a little bit."
"Alright."
"Goodnight beauty."
"Goodnight Lou."
