Y/ns eyes shot open when she realized what date had finally come.
She jumped out of bed and grabbed her suitcases that had been packed since she told Louis that she'd be coming to see him.
Y/n ran down the stairs and to the kitchen where she threw open the cupboards.
She grabbed a bowl, a spoon, milk and cereal and she opened the Skype page.
She let the time ring while she poured her quick breakfast.
Soon the tone stopped and she looked up to see her "it's complicated" looking back at her.
"Guess what day it is!!" She shouted with her mouth full.
Louis smiled in half contained excitement as he saw her bounce up and down in joy.
"I'm so excited. I can hardly wait!" Louis smiled.
"Well I just wanted to call you to see if you were awake!" She smiled.
"How could I not be? Even though I only got like four hours of sleep, I couldn't be tired even if I wanted to."
"I know. I'm like a kick of coffee! I'll keep you up for hours!!" She laughed as she joked about herself.
"How long will it be?"
"I'll be there by four."
"Okay so not too long. It's already 11."
"Yeah I gotta go! I actually need to catch my flight in order to make it there, believe it or not!"
Louis rolled his eyes and waved goodbye. She waved and smiled back until Louis popped away and was left as an icon on a screen.
Y/n got up and got dressed.
She put her shoes on and got into the car.
Her mom drove her to the airport and let her off.
The check in was long and boring as it always is.
She sat by the departure section three, and waited to board. Her flight was only three hours long so she just brought a book and music to do while she flew.
The plane soon boarded and she got into her seat.
The whole safety thing was done and gone before she even remembered why she was taking the trip.
Her stomach flipped and turned as she thought of everything that could happen when she'd see him in real life.
They could become official.
They always labelled themselves as "it's complicated" because they really haven't met before in real life.
They always saw each other on screen and heard each other through speakers.
Y/n wondered how different it would be.

Louis also wondered the same as he sat on his couch waiting for his doorbell to ring.
Louis's heart pounded out of his chest.
Yes, he was more nervous than excited, but none the less he wanted to see her.

Y/ns plane landed safely and her heart pumped more then ever.
She exited the plane and grabbed her luggage.
She got into her Uber that she ordered and gave the driver Louis's address.
"We will be there in 5 minutes, Miss." the driver reminded.
Now y/n was really starting to get nervous.
He pulled into a driveway and y/n almost panicked.
She questioned telling the driver to turn around and take her back to the airport, but she didn't.
"Here you are!" The driver smiled.
"Thank you!"
She got out and got her bags.
Y/ns heart and stomach did double time the closer and closer she got.
She shakily rang the doorbell and inside Louis was freaking out.

"What if she hates me? What if we are awkward together? What if I don't look as good as I think?!" Louis looked at himself in the mirror by the front door and smiled. "Nah, still hot as always."
Louis was snapped back into reality when the doorbell ran again. He jumped and walked to the door.
Louis took a deep breath before opening it.

Y/n took a deep breath before the door opened on cue.
"H-hi." She said breathily as she looked up toward Louis's eyes.
"H-hey." He smiled back.
Y/n felt tears pricking her eyes.
"It's... so good to see you." Louis opened the door and he wrapped his arms around her.
Louis couldn't help but think of what she feels like.
She's so soft... and warm
Oh my she smells good
Louis almost drooled at the feeling of them together.
Y/n felt weak.
Her knees almost buckled.
She had to grab on for dear life.
They separated and he took her inside.
"So this is the famous kitchen that I see on screen!" Y/n joked.
"So you're more excited about the kitchen than me?"
"Well..." y/n joked, shrugging her shoulders slightly.
"Hey!" Louis laughed.
She giggled and looked at him. He turned to her and looked down.
He slowly and lightly grabbed for her hand.
"You know... I Uh... I kinda nerded out for this whole thing... and I Uh... I guess I never realized how nervous I'd be with you standing in front of me." He stuttered looking up into her eyes as he finished his confession.
Y/n almost turned to jelly. She so badly wanted to melt into a pile of goop on the floor.
"I just really... really hope you like me in real life as much as you do on screen." He slightly mumbled.
Y/n grabbed his hand back and put the other one on his cheek.
"I couldn't be more of a mess then I am right now. You know how hard it is for me to keep my knees from giving out right now?" She laughed.
Louis cracked a smile that broke some of his worry.
"So don't feel alone. Because I'm so nervous too." She reassured.
"Good."
She looked up at him and he looked down at her.
For a minute they both just looked at each other.
Smiling and watching the gleam in their loving eyes shimmer.
They knew from that moment that nothing would ever change.
They would forever be nervous to mess up around each other.
They would forever be in love.
They would forever know that they can trust each other
And they will forever know, that no matter if they were halfway around the world from each other, they would always be closest at heart.
