(F/n)'s PoV

I had no expression on my face after she told me how she got here. Nobody tells Lizzy she's weak because she is far from it. "Uhh.. So, what does this kid look like?" I asked her totally not planning to kick his ass if I ever see his face. "Well, he has an eye patch around his right eye, a blue eye, dark blue hair and he's pretty short." Sounds like a brat. "That's good to know." I said quietly to myself. Lizzy sighed upsettingly.

"I just love him so much. We've been together since we were kids. He used to smile at me until his estate burned down and he lost his parents. He almost never smiled after that..." Lizzy said with a sad face. Damn... "Elizabeth," I said seriously as she looked up at me with her green eyes. I only call her by her real name when I'm serious. "Even if he doesn't love you, I do. And I always will. I'll always be there for you even when you don't want me to." I took a step towards her.

"As you know, I lost everything when I was nine and I've never wanted to get close to anyone for the fear of losing them too. And now that I'm close to you, I can't help but feel like I need to protect you. The fire in your eyes is something that is so rare in this world and I just want to protect you because.." I hugged her tightly. "You make me feel like I have a family again. You make me smile when I don't want to and you even smile knowing that it may be your last. In my eyes, that is worth protecting." I finished as I held her in my arms like I would to a little sister.

I felt my shoulder getting moist. She was crying, and so was I. "Oh (F/n), I'm so glad you see me as family and I'm so glad you think I'm worth protecting." She said as she cried into my shoulder. "I'll always protect you. Always Elizabeth." After that, we became a lot closer than I would've ever imagined. We were like siblings and I loved her with all my heart. She's my best friend and a family to me.

Back To The Present With The Brat And His Butler

"Elizabeth!!!" I heard someone scream Lizzy's name and I looked back in shock. It's the blue haired brat that broke Lizzy's heart. I saw Elizabeth look at the boy in shock, happiness, and sadness. I then saw a Lurker creep behind her and reach out to grab her. "Elizabeth Focus!!" I screamed as she turned around and quickly pulled out her sword and decapitated the Lurker getting blood on her face and clothes.

"C'mon Elizabeth!! Lets hurry before more show up!" I yelled as I sliced off a Lurker's head and stabbed it with my machete. This went on for about two minutes when I turned around and yelled out to Lizzy. "Elizabeth! Pull out your gun and let's shoot our way through!!" I yelled as I pulled out my gun and shot a Lurker's head. I turned around and yelled catch as I threw one of my guns to the black haired male. "Aim for the head! It's their weak spot if you didn't know!"

We managed to shoot our way through and I called over Mark before more Lurkers showed up. "Get on!!" I yelled as I pulled Lizzy onto Mark and as the black haired male picked up the blue haired boy and jumped on my horse. "C'mon Mark!" I yelled as he began running, jumping on every Lurker that came in his way. I left Jack back at our 'home' and I really hope he's ok.

Meanwhile, Back At (F/n)'s And Lizzy's Temporary Home

Jack's PoV

'Damn owner leaving me behind. I wanted to kick some Walker ass.' I thought as I paced back and fourth guarding Lizzy's and (F/n)'s belongings. I collapsed onto Lizzy's pink backpack in boredom, missing my owner's warmth, Lizzy's petting, and Mark's company. 'I'm really bored.. I wonder what they're up to.' I thought as I laid on my back and looked up at the ceiling.

Ciel's PoV

I was standing there behind Sebastian in shock not believing that the blond haired girl who was killing zombies with no fear apparent in her eyes is Elizabeth. She seemed completely different from when I last saw her, like a whole different person. I then heard the (H/c) haired girl tell Elizabeth to pull out her pistol which shocked me even more when she began shooting the zombies so accurately. Is this really the Elizabeth I know and love?

I heard the (H/c) haired female whistle and pick up Elizabeth hopping onto a horse and then shouting for us to get on. Sebastian picked me up bridal style and jumped onto the female's horse. The female's horse began heading in a random direction away from the zombies. I gripped the book in my arms tightly and looked at the back of Elizabeth's head. 'I wonder what will happen once we reach our destination.' I thought to myself as Sebastian let me properly sit on the horse.

Time Skip To 'Home'

Sebby-Chan's PoV

The whole ride was silent for about half an hour when the (H/c) haired female spoke as she led the horse behind an abandoned building. "We're here. You all have to keep quiet and stand on guard." I made sure I had the gun that the female had given me in my back pocket as we all got off the horse. The female took out a machete and Elizabeth took out her two swords. The (H/c) haired female took out a key from her back pocket and unlocked the door putting a finger to her lips as she let everyone in one by one.

She first let Elizabeth go through, then her horse, then Ciel, and then me, though not before she slapped my butt a bit roughly causing me to look back at her in disbelief as she winked at me with a small smile. 'How unladylike.' I thought as I smirked slightly to myself at her bold behavior. I rejoined with my master as Elizabeth began leading the way to a secure area staying on guard with the other female behind us all.

It was completely silent the entire time until we reached a metal door after walking up two flights of stairs. Elizabeth let the horse in, then me, and then my master. She looked at him with almost no emotion in her eyes, but only a bit of hurt. She then closed the door as the (S/c) colored female entered the room, soon enough being tackled by a dog. 'How did I not sense such a large mutt like that?!' I thought in disbelief. Now that I think about it, I couldn't sense any of the zombies back outside when Ciel got attacked.

'I wonder what's going on with me.' I thought as I heard the short female's laughter as well as Elizabeth's laughter as her dog, I presume, jumped around her and Elizabeth happily. "Aww! Did you miss me and Lizzy? I hope you weren't too bored Jack-A-Boy!" The (H/c) haired female said with a bright smile on her face. 'Jack-A-Boy? What an odd name for a dog.' I thought with my eyebrows raised. Their laughing stopped as Ciel coughed, catching their attention.

"Oh... Errm." the female spoke nervously as she rubbed the large dog's head. "Well this is awkward... I'm (F/n) and I'm guessing you know who this blonde girl is. I believe you're Ciel and you're Sebastian." She said as she pointed to the both of us. "How did you know?" Ciel said a bit shocked but he soon recovered from it. "Lizzy told me about you guys. And I know a bit about you both. You guys are from the 1800s and you're the owner of a company for toys while Sebastian is your faithful butler. Am I correct?" She asked with a small smile.

"Y-yeah.. You're correct. So umm... Where are we?" Ciel questioned causing the female to smirk putting both of us on edge. "You're asking me where you are? Well little boy, welcome to the Apocalypse, where the dead roam the earth. Welcome to the 21st century." (F/n) answered with a wicked grin as we both looked at her in complete shock. 'Well, this will be interesting' I thought to myself.

(HELLLOOOOO!!! I hope you liked this chapter. I'm sorry it's a bit shitty, I tried. I already have six chapters ready for updating and I am currently working on the eleventh chapter. I honestly love writing this fan fiction and I just want to keep writing and find out how my head will put this all together. Also, who wants to have a double update every Friday from now on?)
