Okay so I don't know much about Remerged_Dekuran but what I do know is a Good Character design. Now I did try to color the character in the same Super Saiyan God form but... I suck at coloring in paper and is the reason why I do Digital drawing and Coloring cause I'm better at it. But still I hope you like this drawing I try my best on drawing the way Dekuran looks in in that "Dragonball GT: Super RP" image of the cover. 

Maybe one day Ill do a digital version of this drawing if I ever have time and don't have any other Drawing ideas that I want to work on.
