Matpat: WELCOME BACK PEOPLE FROM THE BREAK! We are back after our students had the time to rest, and now it's time for one on one battles to prove... the strongest one here... huh...

Mark: let's not get into what's right and wrong here Mat, right now we want to see children fight, WHO'S WITH ME?!

The crowd cheered to Mark

Mat face palmed and sighed picking up a paper

Matpat: says here our first fighters are... oh? A David Baron vs Himiko Toga... I felt like I've heard that name before... David Baron...

Mark: well step on up to the arena. Show us what you've got!

Spiff sat next to Izuku and Ollie, wanting to know more about their time with Scott was like. But then he stopped talking when he heard Baron was up and smiled

Izuku: hey, what's up? You know him?

Spiff: yeah, he came over here from a different state as well, I think he might win with his quirk though not gonna lie

Ollie: what's his quirk?

Spiff: a streamer doesn't reveal another streamers secrets... well technically they do, but he's a good friend

Spiff looked back at the arena and David and Toga stood face to face

Toga had a prick of blood on her fingers that she seemed she was about to drink but waited for the match to start

Mark: GO!

Toga immediately put her hand to her mouth to swallow it, but it felt like time slowed down for her hand

Toga: w-what the?

David: haha~ yeah, I'm sorry, but I've just gotta do this

David grabbed Toga by the back of her shirt and dragged her out of the ring

Toga's hand barely moving in retaliation

Mat: woah! The match barely started and there was a winner. Damn!

Spiff: told ya

Izuku and Ollie's jaws dropped.

Mat: next up is Hitoshi Shinso vs Astral Spiff

Spiff: ah crap, well. Wish me luck boys

Spiff stood up and walked down to the ring facing Shinso

Spiff: so Shinso, we both know each other's quirks... and we know yours doesn't work unless one answers your question... so, I'm gonna be the winner this match

Shinso gritted his teeth but nodded with a sigh

Shinso: doesn't mean I can't try. How about it? No quirks this match?

Spiff: sure thing bud-

Shinso: *sigh* you seriously fell for that? Walk out of the ring please

Spiff started to walk out of the ring but it's as if his legs glitched to walk in place

Shinso: what the?

Shinso stepped closer to Spiff to figure out what's up when he got a grip on his shoulder

Spiff: something you should know, if a person your controlling gets bumped into something else, they snap out of your control... that's why I set up some precautionary glitches that would force my body to bump into something incase you did use your quirk...

Shinso: damnit

Shinso went to push Spiff out of the ring but spiff touched Shinso and made Shinso glitch to the other side of Spiff, falling out of the ring

Spiff: I'm sorry, but we both know both of us couldn't win

Shinso sighed and got up, and shook Spiff's hand

Matpat: the winner of this match was Astral Spiff! Way to go!

Matpat: next up on the tournament is... woah

Mark: what? ... oh, it's Shoto Todoroki vs Katsuki Bakugo, two of the strongest first years in our classes

The crowd cheered loudly for the two fighters

Spiff returned next to Izuku and Ollie

Izuku: oh boy...

Ollie sighed

Spiff: what's the problem? If they are both powerful you should be happy right?

Izuku: yeah... but I kind of have history with him...

Ollie: he used to bully Izuku here when they were younger

Spiff: ahh, I got you, man that's tough

Bakugo and Todoroki stood face to face in the ring, silence filling the once loud cheers of the arena

Mat: GOOO!

Bakugo charged towards Todoroki who blocked with an ice shield

Bakugo responded with an explosion that destroyed that sheild and blasted further towards Todoroki knocking him backwards into an ice slide that Todoroki made to keep him in the ring

Bakugo: your hiding something from me 1-a bastard!

A shout from the stands was heard

Itsuka: COME ON BAKUGO!

Bakugo turned to the orange haired girl to shout

Bakugo: S-SHUT UP-

Ice formed around him and covered him completely in seconds

Todoroki is seen with ice barely on his skin... but enough to show he is not going to be good without using his fire side

Mark: woah! To the count of three, he's out and Todoroki wins! One, two, thre-

The ice surrounding Bakugo shattered

Bakugo: I've heard of you... I've heard you have both fire and ice for a quirk ... so why don't you use it? Huh? Am I not enough of a challenge for you?

Todoroki: I don't use it because it's my father's, I hate that man for ruining my life

Bakugo: oh really? So by him giving birth to you it means the quirk you obtained from both parents are his? Hell no. It just means their now yours! SO BE A MAN AND GO FULL OUT!

Todoroki: wha? My... my quirk?

Fire slowly started to for around Todoroki as Bakugo grinned and charged towards Todoroki doing a howitzer impact.

But as Bakugo got closer... Todoroki's flames went out

Todoroki: I... I can't

Bakugo collided with an icy wall Todoroki quickly made...

But when the smoke cleared Bakugo was the only one to remain in the arena

Mat: Katsuki Bakugo wins!

Ollie: woah... Todoroki lost?

Izuku: and to... Kaachan...

Mat: next up, will be Iida Tenya vs Ochaco Uraraka! Two class 1-a students duking it out!

Izuku turned to see Uraraka stand up but stepped towards her

Izuku: h-hey! Good luck ok

Uraraka gave a smile back

Uraraka: thanks, I'll try my hardest!

Uraraka and Iida walked up to each other in the ring and smiled to each other

Uraraka: don't go easy on me Iida ok

Iida nodded as he started to rev up his engines

Uraraka got into a stance

Mark: Ready... set... wait wait... now go

The two charged, with Iida running faster and was about to rush her out of the ring

But Uraraka touched Iida making him float.

Iida: w-woah, uh...

Uraraka went to throw Iida out of the ring

Iida was about to be out of the rings limits when he activated his engines again and zoomed towards Uraraka basically pushing them both out of the ring

Iida landing on top of Uraraka

Iida: i-i apologize for being in this predicament-

Uraraka: i-its fine, can you get off of me though

Iida quickly got off of her with a light blush on her face

Mark: winner is Tenya Iida!

Iida helped Uraraka up as they both walked off back to the stands

Mat: Aoyama vs Kirishima

(Is up next cause I am already what I normally do for words per chapter, but hey, do your theories on who wins, who is left, and who over all wins... it might not be Izuku this time you know)
