Jon sighed as he took a deep breath. He began to nervously play with his fingers.

"What's wrong, beloved?" Damian sent a questioning look towards his boyfriend, Jon Kent. They had been dating for about a month now. Each had never been more in love.

Since they realized that their fathers would disapprove, they decided to keep their relationship a secret. Damian reached out for his hand and slowly intertwined their fingers, helping relax Jon.

"It's nothing."

"I know that something is wrong Jon."

"I already told you, it's nothing."

"Please, your lying skills are pathetic. I am, after all, Damian Wayne, son of-"

"Batman, heir to the demon throne, I know," teased Jon, pissing Damian off.

"Are you mocking my title, Kent?"

"So what if I am, Wayne?"

"I am thinking of a million different ways I could kill you right now."

"Awww, you know you love me Damian."

"I hate you," grumbled Damian, knowing what Jon said was true. Before he could react, Jon used his super speed to lean in and peck his boyfriend's cheek. This caused Damian to blush. "Kent-"

"Yah, yah, I know what you said, no doing anything like that, unless we know that we're in private," grumbled Jon. He really hated that they had to keep their relationship a secret. But it was, he decided, better than being torn away from Damian by his, most likely, homophobic parents.

"I wasn't going to say that. I was going to say, you missed." Jon's smile grew wide as Damian stood on his tiptoes to kiss him. After they broke apart, Jon frowned again.

"What is it?"

"Fine. It's just that um...I don't wanna keep this a secret anymore..."

Damian slowly looked at him and nodded. "Me either."

Jon smiled as they kissed again. It was decided, they were finally going to make their relationship official.

It was dinner at the Wayne's. The Kent's had also joined them, for a reason they did not yet know.

"That blueberry pie was truly amazing Lois," complemented Bruce.

"Thanks, does anyone want seconds?"

"Me!"

"Yes!"

"Of course!"

Dick, Tim, and Jason shot glares at each other, as Bruce glared at them for not having proper manners.

"It's alright, there's plenty for all," chuckled Clark. He began to cut up the pie into pieces and gave it to the three oldest batboys. "Jon? Damian?"

They both nodded their head "no"; neither were in the mood for more food. They were sitting next to each other, and had finally built up enough courage to come out.

"So, not trying to sound rude or anything Bruce, but, why did you invite us over?"

"Well, ask Damian. He was the one who told me that we all needed to have a dinner together."

Everyone turned to Damian as Alfred walked into the room. He was curious of what had been going on.

"Well, demon spawn?"

Damian looked at Jon with uncertainty,  but Jon gave him a smile, reassuring him. "The truth is that-" Jon cut him off by grabbing his hand.

"Me and Damian are dating!"

Bruce did one of those really cliche water spits as Clark choked on his food. Alfred had a smirk on, because Alfred knows everything. Lois gave her son a curious look. The three batboys stared at each other, and then Damian.

An awkward silence filled the room.

Jon put on a nervous smile as Damian glared at his father, waiting for his response.

Dick was the first to speak up. "That's really great little D'!"

He glared at his brother's, waiting for them to speak up.

"Your gay? That's cool." Dick elbowed Jason, hoping for better response. "I mean-I hope you to live a happy life and fuck and stuff." Jon's face went red as Tim awkwardly laughed. "He means to say that, we are really proud of you guys for coming out to us first thing."

"Actually, we have been lovers for about a month," admitted Damian. Bruce kept his stoic face as Clark fidgeted with his hands.

"Mom? Dad?"

"Well, your father and I approve 100%, because no matter what, you will always be our son," reassured Lois.

"Your mother is absolutely right, we are giving you all our support."

Jon let out a sigh of relief as everyone stared at Bruce. "Father?"

"Sorry. I just need to process all this." Bruce abruptly stood up and walked out the room, leaving everyone is shock.

"I knew that we shouldn't have done this, father will disapprove and he'll take me away from you and-"

"Shhh, Damian. Your father will understand. And no matter what, I'll always love you." They both ignored everyone in the room and kissed. Jason and Tim pretended to be gagging and throwing up, but were secretly proud that their demon spawn had found somebody to complete him. Dick smiled; he was ecstatic that his youngest brother had found love. Clark and Lois smiled, they were happy knowing that Jon trusted them enough to admit that he was in a homosexual relationship. Alfred smiled, happy that Damian had finally opened his heart to someone.

However, Alfred was concerned of what his son would say. He had no idea whether Bruce was going to approve or disapprove.

Bruce was furiously typing away on his bat-computer, in the Batcave. Whenever Bruce didn't know how to react to something, he drowned himself in his work. He was currently working on trying to locate Penguin, even though Penguin hadn't done anything wrong, so far. He just felt like beating the crap out of Penguin's henchmen.

"Ahem, Master Bruce?"

Bruce didn't look up and grunted in achknowlegemet.

"I think it is time you go visit Master Damian and his new, ahem, boyfriend."

Bruce looked up with anger. "What do I do?"

"What do you mean by that?"

"What do I do about Damian and Jon?"

"I think that you should go up to your son and tell him that you'll love him no  matter what, wether he likes males or females."

Bruce looked around the room before nodding his head. He walked out the room, and suddenly stopped. "Thanks, Alfred."

"Anytime, Master Wayne."

Bruce walked up to the dining room as everyone stared at him. "Can I speak to Jon and Damian, alone, please?"

Jon and Damian looked at each other before walking to the next room down with Bruce. The stopped as Bruce stared at them.

"You can't keep me and Damian apart Mr.Wayne! It's true love! We're going to run away if you do," threatened Jon, trying to look intimidating. Damian smiled at how cute his boyfriend was sometimes.

"But he is speaking the truth father. We will leave if you disapprove of our relationship." Damian bat-glared at his father.

"Relax both of you. I just didn't know how to react back at dinner, but know I do." He looked at Jon. "Jon, your like a son to me, and I couldn't be more happy in Damian's taste in guys. I know that you won't do Damian wrong." He then turned to Damian. "And Damian, you are my son, my one true son. No matter what you do, I will always love you, just remember that."

Damian and Jon smiled. "Group hug!"

Jon pulled Damian and Bruce in for a hug as both the Wayne's grumbled. Bruce was secretly happy that Jon and Damian had gotten together. He didn't want Damian to end up like him, dark and lonely. He wanted Damian to find a light in his life, someone to keep Damian bright. He now knew that Jon would be that person. The person that Damian would love, forever.

Damian grumbled and protested, but in secret, he loved Jon's hugs. They made him feel safe and protected, from the rest of the world. Damian had never been shown love, until he had met his father and brothers.

Now, he was experiencing a new kind of love. A kind that made him want to never let go.
