I have found out his last name!! I watched a YouTube clip and, it turns out Rowenas' last name is Mcloud so I put two and, two together. Dude his last name is Mcloud!! 😂😂 I just wanted to let my awesome peeps know. Oh btw just wanted to let you know that, that clip is from season 12 so spoliers!!
