Prompt; "I've got you."

It had to be thundering outside, what had made heaven so loud in such an unholy time or manner? You hated thunder storms, how loud they were and that you could get hit by the lightening. You hated how it rumbled as if it was a warning that it will kill you. You had tightly wrapped your covers around you, crying silently as you can see from your window the lightening dancing.

"Darling? I'm here."

Balthazar, your best friend. The only person who knew you had a fear of thunderstorms had come to your rescue, although not able to get rid of the weather that mother nature has provided he was able to comfort you and keep you calm through the storm, letting you know that he would be by your side not letting you face your fears alone

"Bal..." You cried as you peeked out of the covers, eyes puffy and tears threatening to fall.

"Oh darling." Balthazar spoke softly as he closes the blinds and climbing into the bed with you.

You cried onto his chest as he wrapped his arms around you, his chin on top of your head. You clung onto his shirt as it tightens every time you would hear a bang.

"Don't let me go, Bal." You said looking up at the angel.

He looked at your teary eyes and kissed your forehead.

"I've got you. I'll never let you go."
