You sat on top of the closed toilet seat, feeling like a pile of crap and unable to stop your hands from trembling. You felt another wave of sickness come on and you puked in the sink.

You sat on the floor, your insides aching and your palms all sweaty. You rubbed your forehead and sighed. The morning sickness was driving you crazy, but you couldn't do anything about it other than taking medicines.

You found out you were pregnant four months back but you didn't tell anyone about it. You couldn't tell anyone... especially the dad of the baby.

Two weeks after that night you found out that Castiel had become some so-called 'God' after taking in all the souls in Purgatory. You couldn't believe it when you found out. It disgusted you that he left you and the Winchesters for Crowley and was that selfish to not care about the lives of others.

You were there when he came to you and the Winchesters, threatening to kill you all if you interfered with his plans and actions. He scared you at that point, the way he talked. He meant every word of smiting you.

All the things he said that night months ago about loving you... You concluded that he was probably high on something.

You sighed then got up after feeling a bit better physically, but everything still hurt emotionally. You want to stay in Castiel's arms. You want to feel loved, to feel happy that you were having a baby.

But you felt like crap. Even though it had been four months, you still threw up once in a while.

You had left the Bunker as soon you had come back that day after seeing Cas. Sam, Dean and even Bobby questioned why you were leaving and where to. You said that you were going to Chicago for a case, lying obviously.

They insisted on coming but you told them flatly that you had to do it on your own. Knowing your close relationship with the Angel in the trench coat, they didn't poke into the matter anymore.

You had to protect your baby, from the Winchesters bring vulnerable with you around and also from Castiel maybe even killing you. You didn't want to get rid of the baby so you had to bare the price of staying away and hidden.

You opened the door of the motel bathroom and walked out. You put on a sweater and sat on top of your bed, looking through your phone for anything interesting happening in the world.

When nothing entertained you, you decided to lay down on your bed. You shut your eyes for a moment, taking in the quiet and calm, and the distant sound of cars and trucks driving by.

You rubbed your stomach softly, only elevated a tiny bit. It was something that calmed you, even though your baby hasn't grown as much.

TRING! TRING!

You sat up straight suddenly, surprised at the fact that someone was calling you. You rarely got any calls, only messages occasionally from the Winchesters asking how you were and when you were coming back.

It was Dean calling right now, and you hesitantly picked up your phone.

"Hello?" You said after answering the call. "Hello Elena," Dean said but his voice made you feel odd. It didn't have that same jumpy and cheery tone that he usually has whenever he calls you. Being your brother, you knew something was up.

"Dean? Is it you?" You asked, furrowing your eyebrows with concern. "Yes it is me Elena, your brother Dean," He claimed, his voice sounding like Dean but very... robotic.

You shrugged it off and sighed. "How are you doing? How's Sam?" You asked softly. "I am well, and Sam is too. We are working on a case right now and I thought I should call you," Dean responded.

You coughed a bit then cleared your throat.

"What's wrong? Is something the matter?" Dean asked and you shook your head, even though he couldn't see you. "I uh, I have something to tell you Dean," You took a deep breath, "I'm pregnant... with Castiel's child."

There was silence for longer than you would expect and it creeped you out.

"O-Oh I... I-I see," Dean's voice was shaky, "Congratulations!" You smiled softly, "Thanks Dean. The thing is that Cas doesn't know about it and then he turned into some big shot 'God' and I can't tell him about it. He'll probably kill me."

You were extremely sad about the fact that maybe Cas won't ever know his child. "But you should tell him. I think he would love to hear the news," Dean said and you sighed.

"Yeah, I'll see. Give my love to Sammy okay?" You said and you heard him hum in agreement. "Dean are you-"

He hung up.

You looked at the phone, slightly offended. You rolled your eyes, feeling odd at his behaviour. You set the phone down on your side table and lay back down on the bed.

"I wish I could tell your daddy but I can't," You felt tears in your eyes as you rubbed your belly slowly, "He would love to have you around."

*****

"I will not ask you again. Tell me where Elena is NOW!" Castiel said, the superior tone in his voice was extremely clear.

Sam and Dean looked at each other, while Bobby clenched his fists. "Why would we ever tell you where Elena is?" Sam interrogated firmly. "I have my reasons Winchester," Castiel squinted and stepped infront.

The Winchesters and Bobby moved back a bit out of fear. "If you will not cooperate, I will get the information out of you," He said, an annoying grin on his face.

In a flash, Castiel stood right infront of Dean and placed his hand on his forehead. Dean whimpered in pain, trying to get away from Castiel's grip.

The Angel now 'God' downloaded all of Dean's memories into his mind, trying to look through every single one for Elena.

"Chicago," He mumbled to himself and took his hand away from Dean's forehead. He looked at him for a second and all of sudden disappeared.

Dean gasped for air then looked at Sam and Bobby. "We have to tell her," He rushed to his phone and failed your number.

"Elena you have to-"

BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!

The line was dead.

Dean threw his phone on the table, "Damn it!" He looked to his brother and told him to try calling you.

*****

"Please... let me get one phone call," You requested tiredly, staring at the demons that were torturing you. They had found you at the motel and were determined to get information about Castiel and his whereabouts.

"I told you I don't know where he is! HE DOESN'T LOVE ME!" You yelled, breaking down into tears, "If he did, he wouldn't have followed you and taken all the souls from Purgatory."

You looked at Crowley with anger and all he did was give you the 'I don't give a damn anout your feelings, I'm all business' look.

"Please let me talk to Dean or Sam PLEASE!" You begged but they crushed the phone and threw it to your feet. You couldn't reach it because your hands were tied back to the chair.

"Just... continue this and report to me," Crowley instructed and disappeared. A demon was about to cut your arm but there was a loud SNAP! sound and all of them feel to the floor, dead.

"Elena," A voice said and you turned back to look. You saw Castiel standing there and you attempted to move away but couldn't.

"I'm not here to harm you Elena. I'm here... I'm here to talk," He put his arms out as he turned to stand infront of you, sounding more like the Castiel you love and know.

There was a bright flash and you witnessed Castiel's wings stretch out wide. You looked at them in awe, they looked the same as you had seen four months ago. He knew how much you adore them.

"It's me, it's the same Castiel," He said warmly and touched your head, healing all your wounds. You looked at him hesitantly as he untied the ropes that restrained you.

"I'm here to set everything right," He held your hands and helped you up to your feet, bringing you closer to him by wrapping his wings around your back and pulling you.

He hugged you tightly and you broke down into his chest, sobbing. "I thought I lost you Cas," You cried. His wings wrapped around you tighter, the embrace was cozier than hugging even the softest teddy bear.

Cas placed his hands on your stomach, smiling softly, "I found out about your condition. I have to confess that it was me on the phone... not Dean."

You pulled away, looking at him with disbelief. He had played you, made you believe that your brother was talking. But you couldn't be angry at him, you'd definitely not talk to him if he openly approached you as 'God' Cas.

"I thought I said to-"

Crowley stopped, freaked out by all his Demons on the floor dead and the fact that Castiel stood infront of him, next to you.

Castiel turned around and spread his wings out. "Don't dare hurt Elena and my child anymore," He said seriously and put his hand out. Before Castiel shot a beam of light out, Crowley disappeared. You knew that you had your Cassie back with you.

"I'm so sorry El," He said and brought you closer to him. His wings once again hugged you warmly and protectively, guarding you from anything that would hurt you.

"I thought I would become someone better with all these... souls in me, but I was blind to the fact that I already have everything here," He lifted your chin and smiled, then looked at your stomach, "I have more than I could ever imagine."

Castiel senses your doubts and stepped away. "Don't shut your eyes this time," He said and shut his own eyes. He looked up slightly and light shone from within him.

"In my true form I cannot be affected by the world's biases," His voice echoed, "I love you more than anything and I can't apologise enough for the things I've done that have hurt you. I will keep you and our baby safe for as long as we are together and even beyond, in Heaven Elena. I cannot lie right now, I'm not saying anything false."

The light started to ache your eyes a bit. It was so beautiful that you stared into it, mesmerized completely, which caused your eyes to hurt.

The light faded away gradually, leaving Castiel standing in human form infront of you. You looked at him, tears rolling down your cheeks, then ran into his arms.

You hugged him tightly then placed a kiss on his lips. He had tears in his eyes as well.

"I love you El, don't dare to think different," He kissed your forehead, "My love for you will never change, no matter what I do or what I say, I promise."

You smiled through your tears then caressed his cheek. "We have to fix you up Cas. We need to get 'Castiel the innocent Angel' back," You told, running your fingers through his hair.

"Let's go home. Sam and Dean, and Bobby can help fix me," He said and held your hand, "I have a lot of apologising to do."

You smiled, wrapping your hand around his waist. He touched your head and you were zapped to the Bunker. You felt slightly sick by the teleportation but you became okay eventually.

Cas squeezed your hand and walked into the library with you by his side, "Hello, Dean, Sam and Bobby."
