"Come here please, just stop working and listen to me," You requested and pulled his arm, he sighed and claimed that he was doing something 'extremely important'.

You argued that what you wanted to show was something 'extremely important' too.

You sat Gabriel down on the couch and gave him your phone. "Watch this video, it'll blow your mind!" You started to laugh, "It's so funny, I died of laughter and came back to life!"

He smiled at your expressions and sat cozily on the couch. You sat next to him and hugged onto his arm tightly, you felt nervous. You had a reason of showing this but you weren't sure if he'd get the hint.

He laughed while watching this compilation of questions asked on Yahoo that had spellings of the word 'pregnant' wrong. For you, the hint was super obvious but you were doubtful that he'd understand what you were implying.

He chuckled through it all and burst out laughing at a few parts. You smiled at his reaction, tears stung your eyes a bit. You knew he'd be happy with your news but you just... You didn't feel like telling him directly.

It ended and your heart paced on your chest, you dreaded his reaction. "So... how was it?" You poked at him and he kissed your cheek.

"I..."

You bit your lip and shut your eyes.

"I needed that, that was really funny," He got up and took a deep breath, "Thanks babe!" He started walking away, mumbling, "Pregnanant... that has to be my new favourite-"

"W-wait but aren't you going to ask why I showed it to y-you?" You panicked a bit, you didn't want to lose his attention. He shook his head and frowned, "Um... to cheer me up? I don't know you're always showing me stuff like that."

You internally screamed with frustration. You wanted to know him right now but you didn't want to say the word yourself.

"Yeah but why that video?" You swished your hands around to imply something but he furrowed his eyebrows.

"I really don't know [y/n], why are you acting like this?" He asked and you beat your fist on the kitchen counter loudly and sighed loudly.

He had to know about his baby right now but this was too much frustration for you to handle and you couldn't-

"I'M PREGNANANT GABE!" You said loudly and took in a sharp breath, "Alright fine I didn't think the reveal all the way through, I thought it was obvious but FINE THERE! Now you know!"

He stepped ahead and froze, eyes widened in surprise. "W-What?" He stuttered then snapped my fingers.

"Can I lock in that answer for your question?" He asked and hugged you, "I KNEW IT but I didn't say anything because I wasn't sure-"

"Yeah sure..." You said sarcastically and he poked your sides lightly, making you jerk from being ticklish.

He smiled widely, "I'm a happy guy today! I'm beyond happy, I'm... thrilled! Thank you." He kissed you then hugged you again.

You loved his cosy embrace, you shut your eyes in comfort. "You just have no brains sometimes," You whispered and he laughed.

"Yeah... sometimes."

Now...

You rubbed your forehead and tried to pick up the washcloth that fell on the floor... It seemed so far away from your reach.

"OH for the love of..." You mumbled under your breath. You bent your knees and spread your legs out to bend down with success but you had none of it.

You clenched your fists in irritation, trying for one last time to-

"Woah, let me help!" Gabriel rushed into the kitchen and picked up the cloth that cause you so much annoyance.

You snatched it from him and looked at him with anger. "What? I just helped you, is that wrong?" He raised his hands a bit in defence and you ran a hand through your hair.

You sighed, "I'm sorry I just... I'm feeling pretty useless these days and I can't do anything on my own when before I didn't need to depend on anyone."

He smiled slightly and wrapped his arms around your waist. "And why are you feeling like that exactly? You're still doing stuff and I want to help you," He said while putting a strand of hair behind your ear, "Is it because of your bump? Because in normal days I'd still help you out."

You rested your head on his shoulder,not saying a word. Your bump touched his stomach when he stepped closer to you.

"Maybe it's because of this..." You took his hand and placed it on the side and he shook his head.

"Why? I don't understand it," He moved away and walked into the living room, "What is it with all you women and you feeling useless when you have a big stomach?"

You tilted your head with confusion. "Guys have big stomachs but do we complain about them?" He questioned and you rolled your eyes, "We continue to eat and live carefreely!"

"That's different Gabriel-"

He walked to you with a wide smile on his lips, "Y'all don't seem to understand that you're making life! I mean, the little sucker has got to fit somewhere. It can't be in your ass because how the hell will you sit?!"

He laughed and you chuckled. "Look I'm no one to say this because I don't know how it must be to have a baby growing inside you, though I would LOVE to know, but I think there are other more important things to feel annoyed about than feeling useless, when you're not useless at all," Gabriel told sweetly, "You're making a little person and damn it must be a work out for your body so why not just let someone living with you do the heavy lifting for a few months? I mean, I'm asking you to sit down when you should be the one asking me instead, to help you out."

You pulled him into a hug, you loved his embrace because it alone could always make you feel better.

He kissed your head then you felt him flinch a bit in surprise. "It's okay... It's the baby," You whisper and he smirks.

"See? The baby agrees."

You pulled away and squinted your eyes at him.

"What? I can read minds sweetheart, in case you forgot."

You rolled your eyes and laughed, slapping his arm playfully.

"And I'm reading your mind right now and you'd like to have some peach ice tea," He started to move away but you grabbed his shirt and pulled him to you so that you could kiss him quickly.

He winked at you then went into the kitchen to make you the drink you were sort of craving for, while your trwyched your legs across the couch and switched on the TV to watch a movie.
