Being the Winchester's younger adopted sister was... interesting. Being 10 years younger than Sam, in your 20's, they found you 'the baby of the family', not allowing you to hunt. The trained you for many hours a day, combat, shooting, research, and other things you had to memorize such as devil traps and exorcisms. It was tiring work, but if they went through it all, so could you.

"Sammmm. I know how to kill all these things. You two quiz me on this every month since I was like 13!" You sighed, exasperated.

"Well we don't know if you forgot how to kill these things." Dean replied.

"I will if you don't start taking me on hunts." You argued.

"Dean," Sam said.

"Yeah, yeah I know you have told me." He shrugged Sam off.

"What?" You asked.

"Well there may be a small case near by." Sam said. "A ghost, from what we believe is a ghost, had been terrorizing a library. Dean and I discussed it, we thought it might be a good experience for you to come along."

"Thank you thank you thank you!" You hugged both of your brothers.

"But! There are rules. First off, " Dean stated, you groaned.

"You can't kill the ghost dead again."

"Dean that sentence made no sense." Sam whispered.

"Shuddup." Dean hissed. "Only Sam and I can do that. Secondly, we are calling Cas over and he will be with you the entire time. You are not allowed to leave him, not even for a second. You hear me?" Dean warned.

"Yeah, yeah don't leave your boyfriend. Got it. When do we leave?" You asked excitedly.

"(Y/N) he is not.. my.. " Dean just looked at you funny. "Whatever."

"We are leaving in a few hours, go get packed." Sam said.

You nodded and ran up the stairs to your room in the bunker. Finally those damn boys were treating you like a grown woman.

~Time Skip brought to you by KUROSAKI ICHIGO! I HAVE WATCHED 366 EPISODES, 4 MOVIES, AND TWO OVAS OF BLEACH AND I'M STILL CRYING. WHY DID IT END. ICHI-BABY COME BACK TO ME. I WANT TO TOUCH YOUR HAIR. AND YOUR MUSCLES. FUCK. JUST SHOOT ME NOW.~

You sat in the back of the Impala with Cas, who just stared out of the window. You knew Cas, he came around often, and you two had nice conversations too. You were happy he was the one going with you.

"We are here, and try not to ruin the books too much, okay?" Sam said, hopping out of the car.

"Nerd." Dean said.

"Jerk."

"Bitch!"

"Cmon Cas, lets leave them and maybe they won't notice." You said, sneaking out of the Impala with Cas in tow.

"(Y/N), maybe we shoul-"

"Hold it right there you two." Dean yelled.

"Told you (Y/N)." Cas said.

"Shut up Cas. What is it Dean?" (WHAT IS IT EREN!?)

"We go in together, then split up, got it?" Dean said.

"Fine, let's go Cas." You grabbed his trenchcoat.

You didn't realize the library was this huge. It had four levels, a crap ton of corridors, and just as many books as there was in Hogwarts.

"Well shit." You said in a hushed tone.

"Cas, (Y/N), take the bottom two floors." Sam ordered. "Dean and I got the top two."

Cas nodded his head and grabbed your hand.

"Jeez Cas, slow down." You complained.

"(Y/N), you are acting quite foolish on this hunt. It is my duty to keep you safe, and you are giving me an incredibly hard time. Please just follow me, and don't get hurt." Cas demanded.

"Okay, sorry Cas." You scratched the back of your head.

You two walked through the two floors, finding nothing but dusty old books and cobwebs.

"People must not visit this place often." You commented, flashing your light at the shelves.

Cas just shrugged, waving his flashlight around. Suddenly, a large row of books came crashing down on top of you and Cas. You popped your head out of the leather bound book pile.

"Cas? Cas!" You hissed.

"Yes?" He surfaced a few feet from you.

"Okay good I thought you got knocked out... what?" You noticed Cas focused on something behind you.

"(Y/N) Run towards me!" Cas yelled. You turned to find the ghost, sadistically smiling behind you.

"Shit!" You scrambled to your feet, just before the ghost could grab you. You hurled your body at Cas, who caught you easily and set you back down. The ghost had dissapeared, but was sure to repaper.

"We must tell Dean." Cas pulled out a ancient flip phone and dialed Dean's number. "Dean, the ghost is on level two. (Y/N) is fine, just hurry and find the body. It was male, wearing blue overalls and seemed to be in his teens. Tell that to Sam so he can find out who it is, I think he may have died here."

"Cas, I think it's in front of us." You pointed at the ghost, who crept towards you.

"Shoot it, you know how to use that shotgun right?' Cas asked.

"Of course." You said, aiming and pulling the trigger. The sound rung through the halls, you were pretty sure the Winchesters could hear it too.

"We just have to keep it busy Cas, until the boys-" You gasped and dropped your shotgun. You saw fingers poking out from your gut. So you turned around and saw the ghost with half his arms shoved through your midsection. He yanked it out and watched you drop to the floor, waving goodbye as he vanished into thin air.

Your breaths had begun to shorten as you saw the floor around you turn a crimson red. Your vision blurred, but the shape of an angel entered your line of sight.

"(Y/N)!" Cas screamed, he dashed to your side, picking up your body. "(Y/N)!" (Y/N)" It seemed that was the only thing he could scream.

"Kill that thing, okay? And you three boys stay alive. I don't want to see any of you for a long time, got it?" You ordered. A trickle of blood ran down from your lips and onto Cas's hand as he cupped your face.

"I had to keep you safe, and I failed." Cas whimpered.

"Cas..." You trailed off, and the only thing you saw was a man in a black suit.

"(Y/N)!" Cas wailed. He felt so helpless, with not enough angel juice to heal you, he really was just a baby in a trenchcoat. All he could was cry and scream for your return that would never come.

~

The man in the black suit told you that you had to go with him. Why? You weren't dead, surely, Cas would've saved you.

"I don't want to." You would reply.

"But it is your destiny."

Then it clicked. "Your a reaper, aren't you!"

"Now that you have figured it out, please come with me."

"Where are we going?"

"The place in which you would go when you died. No, I'm not allowed to say." He held out his arm.

You grabbed his arm absentmindedly. Not even thinking of trying to escape his grasp.

The next thing you knew, you where tied up in a bloody cage. clothes torn, ankles shackled in iron cuffs, the ear splitting cries echoed. You sat up groggily, forcing your eyes awake.

"Looks like the chicky is up." A masculine voice said, opening your cell door. he unlocked your chains and roughly put you on your feet.

"Who are you?" You asked.

"A demon." He replied. "Here to give you your daily torture." He smiled and pushed you forward, down the hall into another room.

"Oh, I'm in Hell." You said sarcastically. You really didn't realize you where dead. You thought it was just a dream, after you had passed out from all the blood loss in the library. You had thought Cas had saved you, and you were back in your bunker room, resting comfortably, but this was all too real.

"Wait!" You stopped dead in your tracks. "I really am in Hell!"

"Now your catching on. Crowley made it a thing that since your kinda a sibling of the Winchester's, ya hadta come down here for the rest of eternity." He shrugged, strapping you down onto a bloody slab of wood, tying you down. "And he picked me to torture you, I can't wait to get started." he picked up a knife, slashing your arm.

This went on for what seemed like a millennia. You wanted to get out, everyday your body would be fresh, no scars, cuts or bruises. Some days he would break ever bone in your body, other days he would carve sentences into your skin. Or he would cut off body parts and sew them back on. It was a never ending cycle. You began to go insane, calling out Cas's, or Sam's or Dean's name over and over again.

"(Y/N), I'm here." A soft, yet gruff voice said. The voice opened up your cell door.

"Who is it?" You asked. It didn't sound like the demon.

"It's me, Castiel."

"That's impossible. He can't get down here, not in his state." You replied, curling back up in your corner.

"It's really me, please trust me. Take my hand." The voice said.

You stared harder at the blurry shape before it came into view. It really was Castiel, there was no mistaking it. The trenchcoat, baby blues, chocolate hair.

"C-Cas?" You choked, tearing spilling down your cheeks.

"I don't have much time, please come with me."

"I can't stand, He broke my legs today, I'm sorry Cas. Just go back home to Sam and Dean." You held your head down.

A soft touch wrapped around your legs and back, picking you up off the moldy floor. Cas ripped off your cuffs and ran with you out of the cell and out of that hall. He unfolded his torn wings, the feathers were sparsely hanging on. You gave Cas a pained expression, his wings almost gone.

"How did you get done here? Like this? Why?" You asked.

"I had help from my friends, but it was the fact that I needed to get you back, to us, to me." Cas shot up in the air, things clawing at both of you for trying to escape, Cas was not giving an inch though. He kept fighting for you, as you held on tightly. You felt a searing pain where Cas's hands were touching your body. You didn't care, you saw a light at the top of all the darkness, and you knew you where home.

~

You opened your eyes, a bright light peeking through your eyelids. You felt the soft fabric of blankets on your skin. Cas, Sam, and Dean peering down at you.

"Hey boys." You called out. "Good to see you again."

"You were gone down there for 3 months (Y/N). Sorry It took us so long to get you back." Dean informed you, a grimace on his lips.

"I'm here, alive and well. I don't give a damn about how long I was in there. You got me back right, that's all that really matters." You reassured Dean, patting his head.

"(Y/N0, please just rest, we won't be leaving for a long time." Sam told you. You nodded.

"Cas, thank you. For doing that for me. I know it must have hurt, and I'm truly sorry for that." You told Cas, your eyes avoiding his gaze.

"All that matters is that you are here and alive, that we got you back. You even said so yourself." Cas smiled.

"Yeah I guess so." You grinned back.

"(Y/N), do you have any hand prints on your body, anywhere?" Dean asked

"I don't know, why?"

"Just check."

You began to roll your your shoulder sleeves up, and you noticed a large, raised pink hand print on your left shoulder. You remembered Cas did carry you bridal style, so you lifted up your left pants leg and saw another hand mark on your thigh.

"Yeah, I got two." You said.

"So Cas, there's one on her thigh, that doesn't reassure me something didn't happen down there." Dean took a step towards his friend, who squinted his eyes in confusion.

"What are you talking about Dean? I rescued her from Hell, we had no time to do other things, demons were surrounding us and-" Cas defended himself.

"Okay Cas, I think you got it there." You stopped him. "And Dean, nothing happened, trust me. That's just the way he picked me up and got me out."

"Yeah yeah whatever." Dean rolled his eyes.

"Dean be nice." Sam and Cas said in unison.

"Shuddup!"
