- Alpha Hybrid Family (Eventually):

Eve ('Mother') – As the mother of all monsters every alpha will consider her 'mother' even if not directly created by her, tvd universe included, Klaus and Mikael (Mikael being the first of his family to turn) are both Alphas, but they weren't created by Eve, Klaus he was a werewolf before a vampire, and though the werewolf race in tvd was created by The Hollow, and the Originals created by Esther, witches, the witches will have all come from an Alpha created by Eve, an original Alpha witch, unlike most Alphas the Alpha Witch was a female and created her 'children' through birth instead of bite, which is why most witchcraft is in the blood. Klaus, Mikael and Mikaela are the only Alpha's created indirectly because of Eve. And Mikaela is the first female Alpha since the Alpha Witch.

Bio:

Mikaela Winchester (b. January 24, 1979) is a werewolf, former hunter as well as a legacy member of the Men of Letters with her twin brother, Dean and her younger brother Sam. She and her brothers are members of the Winchester and Campbell families. Through her father, Mikaela is the older half-sister of Adam Milligan.

Mikaela, Dean and Sam were raised in the hunting life by their father, after the demon Azazel killed their mother.

When Mikaela was 15, she and Dean snuck out to hunt a werewolf without their father; both bull headed and cocky believing that they were ready. But Mikaela was jumped and bitten before Dean could kill it. He carried her all the way back to the motel where John had yelled at him. John patched her up as best he could, before he offered her a choice; leave or die. Despite Dean's arguments, Mikaela choose to leave. John told her it would have been more of a mercy to kill her, believing that somewhere down the road someone would have too.

Dean at least walked with her to the bus station. He told her to call him; she responded that she wouldn't; that what they had would end the second she got on a bus. That it was for the best that they cut all ties. She was now the monster. She couldn't afford attachments. So she gave him her cell phone and told him goodbye.

Dean hugged his sister one last time and watched her get on a bus, not knowing if he would ever see her again.

After this Mikaela shut herself off to all contact unless absolutely necessary for years whilst she attempted to get a handle on her new species. She lived in a cabin in the middle of nowhere, she taught herself all the basics of necessity. Hunting, skinning, cooking, lumbering. During this time her solitude took it's toll on her mental well-being.

When she felt she had to get back into the real world, when she felt like she had to test herself to make sure the wolf was contained effectively, she took back into hunting. Now using the name Mikaela McCall, she started small, building up her abilities again, relearning how to hunt as a werewolf.

Some point after this Mikaela met Chris Argent who after a hunt had stumbled into a bar for a drink; he and Mikaela got talking, her first real human contact in 7 years, she initially allowed the conversation to test herself. But as time went on she found herself enjoying his company.

A few months later, Chris and Mikaela cross paths again; this time their night ended up in physical relations in the bar's bathroom stalls.

They agreed to a no feelings, physical only relationship. He didn't tell her about his wife; and she didn't tell him about the wolf. After this it became a monthly occurrence, Chris sneaking away from his wife and daughter to spend a weekend with Mikaela. Chris found himself falling more and more in love with Mikaela the long the affair went on. Mikaela will deny any feelings; given that they went into it with a no feelings clause, unfortunately Chris broke this a long time ago and just didn't tell her.

At some point between 2001 and 2007 Mikaela met Isobel Fleming; possibly on a case, Isobel and Mikaela became allies, both using each other's extensive knowledge.

- Evolved Werewolf:

Regarded as a rare occurrence, some werewolves obtain the ability to shift into an actual wolf. These werewolves as those who have achieved a balance between their wolf nature and their humanity that keep them from becoming beasts.

Mikaela is the only know bitten evolved werewolf and this was achieved through sheer force of will whilst she endured her solitude, so determined to take control of her curse.

When a werewolf shifts into this form, they revert to human form without their clothes intact.

For the most part, Mikaela is a level-headed, strong-willed and independent woman. She normally maintains a controlled, almost emotionless persona to keep whatever she is thinking a secret unless she is around people she absolutely trusts. Although she is more than willing to rush into deadly battle, she is not completely fearless. Mikaela made a choice not to let people close to her; both for their protection and for her own. But before this she was known to have a sarcastic sense of humor, which mostly surfaced when she was with Dean. Deep down Mikaela is very smart and very loyal. While tough and at times ruthless, she is still a good person and can be quite heroic in her own right. Just like Dean, Mikaela is an avid fan of classic rock music. Mikaela typically avoids emotional intimacy, preferring to engage with men only as sexual partners. Mikaela is typically ruthless and aggressive when she is hunting, a task which she approaches enthusiastically. But in spite of that, she is capable of acknowledging whenever she's going too far. As Mikaela has aged she has come to despise and resent John to the deepest levels; making her cynical about father's and father-figures. She has really deep daddy issues. The way John treated her has made it difficult for Mikaela to love herself let alone someone else. She above all longs for a family of her own, often finding herself watching children that she comes across. She would never pass her curse on knowingly to a baby so has come to terms that it will never happen for her. Mikaela suffers from bloody nightmares; usually showing her hurting or killing an innocent human being, and as such she rarely sleeps without an abundance of alcohol in her system. This usually escalates if she allows herself to get close to anyone.

After she became a werewolf her temper and anger became noticeably heightened, at first every little thing set her off but over time and through meditation she has learnt how better to control herself.

Powers and abilities:

As a werewolf, Mikaela possesses all powers associated with the species.

Super Strength: Mikaela possesses supernatural strength that makes her far stronger than immortals, Supernatural Hunters and humans. When she is in her wolf form, her powers amplify to a degree that excels that of the non-Original vampires, making her more powerful than non-Original vampires. In wolf form, Mikaela can overpower and kill any non-original vampire with ease.

Super Speed: Mikaela is much faster than immortals, supernatural hunters, and humans. She possesses this ability both in and out of transformation with an animalistic quickness; however, the power is faster at night than in the day, due to the moon's presence, and her speed increases greatly when she is transformed during the full moon.

Super Agility: Mikaela possesses superhuman agility. Either in wolf or even in human form, she can move, jump very high, climb, flip, and run incredibly fast without difficulty or exhaustion. She can also jump down from incredible heights with almost gravity-defying grace.

Super Durability: Mikaela can take far more trauma than humans without nearly as much discomfort or injury, however, not as much as vampires. She can also exert themselves for longer periods without tiring.

Healing Factor: Mikaela possess superhuman regenerative abilities, meaning that if she is physically injured, her body will heal rapidly.

Super Senses: Mikaela has the extremely keen and heightened senses of smell, sight, taste, hearing, and touch inherent in all canines. Because she is supernatural and have powers that exceed her wolf counterparts, she can hear, see, and smell better than that of regular canines.

Lycanthrope Enhancement: Mikaela is able to make her eyes glow when angry or threatened, but only for a short amount of time. When she is furious or forced to defend herself, her anger increases all her power for a short period of time, which allows her to access some of the power of her wolf form to give her an edge.

Full Moon: Mikaela's strength, speed, agility, and all her powers are enhanced to their peak during a full moon.

Night Vision: Mikaela can see with clarity at night.

Advanced Shapeshifting: Some werewolves, typically Alphas (though occasionally Betas and Omegas as well), including Mikaela, can shapeshift into a full wolf, or into a more beast-like monstrous form.

Pain Absorption: Mikaela has the ability to absorb pain from animals, humans, and other creatures through tactile contact. This is usually done by touching the person who is in pain, or the injured body part and drawing the pain into herself, which manifests as Mikaela's veins darkening as her body processes it. Initially, Mikaela can only essentially "take the edge off" of a person's pain level, but with practice, she can eventually learn to take it completely.

Memory Manipulation Ritual: All werewolves technically have the ability to perform a memory-sharing ritual, but it is most commonly performed by Alphas due to the level of control and practice required to avoid harm or death towards the target. By sticking their claws into the back of a person's neck, they can view the person's memories, share their own memories with the target, or even suppress or remove memories entirely. Mikaela has never done this.

Animal Instincts: Mikaela is an apex predators, and, as such, she can assert dominance over other animals such as dogs, cats and deer. She can use this ability to force them to be quiet or leave the area, or to stand down if they are acting aggressively. As a result, these animals can often be frightened by the presence of Mikaela. She also has natural animal instincts that allow her to think as true animals do, though some werewolves are more in-tune with these instincts than others.

Once a Hybrid all Mikaela's werewolf powers become heightened more so, and she also gains:

Immortality: Mikaela stops aging the moment she transitions. She becomes immune to all conventional diseases, toxins, poisons, viruses, illness, infections, and injuries.

Day Walking: Due to her werewolf heritage, Mikaela is immune to the lethal effects that u.v. rays and sunlight have on non-original vampires and original vampires. Allowing her to walk in daylight without the use of a day ring.

Emotional Control: Due to her vampire heritage, Mikaela is able to exert certain control over her own emotions, e.g. She can turn off her humanity.

Enhanced Emotions: Because of her vampiric and werewolf traits, Mikaela experiences emotions more powerfully than humans and non-original vampires. Particularly emotions such as anger, rage, aggression and violence due to her werewolf heritage. Natasha is more prone to violence and rage than non-original vampires. However, emotions such as love, joy, and happiness are intensified for her as well, allowing her to live life more intensely. This ability allows her to feel emotions at their peak regardless of her age.

Mind Compulsion: Mikaela can compel the minds of Humans. She cannot, however, compel original vampires, non-original vampires, Supernatural Hunters, Witches or Werewolves.

Shapeshifting/Transformation Control: Mikaela has the ability to transform into her wolf form at will. She can also perform partial transformations, manifesting single features of her werewolf forms.

No Sire Bond: Unlike the other hybrids, Mikaela does not seem to be sired to the source of her creation, Klaus, whether this is because of her Alpha status or because she isn't the typical type of werewolf remains unknown.

Telepathy: Mikaela has the ability, albeit a weak variant, to enter the minds of others as long as hers is stronger than them. Normally, this ability works in a tactile fashion and Mikaela requires physical contact in order for it to work successfully. Like the physical attributes, mental strength increases with age.

Dream Manipulation: Mikaela can control dreams and subconscious like non-original vampires/original vampires. She can produce and modify dreams, bestow nightmares or lucid dreaming.

Werewolf Bite: Due to her werewolf heritage, Mikaela has venom which is fatal to non-original vampires and she herself is immune to werewolf venom. Mikaela's venom seems to take effect much faster than a normal werewolf venom.

"Like all monsters come from somewhere, right? (...) First of their kind, the ones who create all the others"

Once Mikaela becomes a hybrid she is boosted to Alpha status, it is unknown how or why this occurs. Alphas stand as the fathers, or in Mikaela's case the mother, of their allotted species.

Alpha Roar: Once a hybrid and an alpha, Mikaela will have the ability to roar so powerfully that she can scare away weaker creatures and force Betas and Omegas to submit, to transform into werewolf form, or to return to human form. This roar can also empower the members of her pack, allowing them to fight through serious injuries enough to access their powers, which are often weakened or inaccessible when the werewolf is in extreme pain.

Alpha voice: The Alpha voice is an ability that only Mikaela seems to possess. It is unknown how the Alpha voice works exactly only that it is similar to compulsion; and only works on werewolves and fellow hybrids. Once Mikaela gives an alpha order, this order must be obeyed blindly. The werewolf or hybrid cannot directly disobey commands even if they are in disagreement. This ability, however, cannot influence another alpha or a True Alpha.

Healing Disruption: Once a hybrid and an alpha, Mikaela will possess a mystical energy that causes injuries they inflict on lower-ranking supernatural creatures with accelerated healing abilities to take much longer to heal than a normal wound would.

Infectious bite: As an Alpha Mikaela could turn others into werewolves through a bite; it is possible that she could in theory turn others into hybrid with a bite; but as she is the first of her kind this is unknown (and undecided)

Claws and Fangs: Mikaela has powerful claws and are able to cut through solid walls. Her fangs could tear human flesh and can rip out a human heart right out of their chest cavity. She can also transform just his claws without transforming fully.

Telepathic Link: Like other Alphas Mikaela in theory possess a telepathic link to her 'children', allowing her to track or communicate with them over great distance. She can also learn knowledge her children possess.

Invulnerability: Silver, wolfsbane, vervain, letharia vulpina, mountain ash and powerful tranquilizers cause no harm to Mikaela, even other hybrids seem to have trouble with vervain and wolfsbane, Mikaela's immunity seems to steam from her Alpha status rather then her hybrid one.

Knowledge: When Mikaela was turned into hybrid, and subsequently ascended to Alpha she gained knowledge that the other Alphas seem to have. So Mikaela has knowledge of Purgatory and the location of Purgatory's gateway, as well as the existence of Leviathans, the monster ancestors.

Weaknesses:

Broken Neck: Breaking Mikaela's neck will results in her unconsciousness leaving her vulnerable to attacks.

The Cure: If Mikaela takes the cure, she will revert back to being a werewolf again.

Desiccation: Being completely drained of blood or the heart stopping will cause Mikaela to desiccate due to her vampire side, losing most of her strength and any ability to move. This process can be replicated artificially by magic.

Invitation: Due to her vampire heritage, Mikaela is unable to enter a home without an invitation.

Magic: Mikaela is susceptible to the powers of witchcraft. This is inclusive of mystical objects such as the Starling Necklace, Gilbert Device, Papa Tunde's Blade, Cursed Stake and Dark Objects. It is possible, but equally as unlikely that a Siphoner can also siphon the magic from Mikaela.

Physical Trauma: Minor physical injuries such as gunshots, stab wounds and broken bones will cause Mikaela pain and also slow her down. However, this is momentary as she will heal completely within seconds. It seems physical trauma can hurt her anywhere on the body (ex-eye gauging, drowning).

The Colt: It can kill all but five things in all of Creation including the Alphas as seen with the death of the Alpha Vampire.

Leviathans: They can kill any kind of monster.

Eve: Eve can kill alphas.

Hordes of monsters: A group of three black-eyed demons was able to capture a badly weakened alpha vampire; implying that if outnumbered and weakened then large numbers of other supernatural creatures could be enough to overpower Mikaela.

Decapitation: Like the other Alphas Mikaela would die if decapitated, but given her resilience it would take some force to remove her head.

Piercing Scream: Because of her heightened senses a Banshee's scream can momentarily stun Mikaela.
