Note: I like the idea that Bill has taken her under his wing. But to get them there, she can't be in Storybrooke. In my mind, she wanted to explore. To adventure beyond the town border, which Regina fought her on, trying to protect her. But she went and crossed the border anyway. Losing her memories. Wandering around. Lost. Confused. Maybe attacked by werewolves or real wolves (I don't think there are any in Maine though) or hit by a car....and that's when Bill finds her.

- I'd feel bad for Henry if it was too long, and I feel like I want him to be excited to see her again if she goes by to Storybrooke, so I would say she's been gone only a couple of years max before the beginning of season one.

- If she and Eric go to Storybrooke, I think I want it to be during OUAT season one. So, the events of True Blood occur before that. If I can work out the timelines because even the True Blood wiki seems confused on the matter. (I might just have to make it up)

Bio:

Born in the Enchanted Forest 25 years before the Dark Curse enveloped it, Dahlia is the daughter of Cora Mills and Rumplestiltskin, the younger half-sister of Zelena, Regina, and Baelfire/Neal Cassidy, and both the adopted and biological aunt of Henry Mills.

After the Curse, Dahlia was given a rather idyllic life in Storybrooke. A loft apartment and a job working at Mr Gold's Pawnbroker & Antiquities Store. But like the rest of the residents, Dahlia was left with no memory of her life before Storybrooke and believes the lie she lives in. She had a girlfriend, Bluebelle before she left Storybrooke.

- Bluebelle is actually a figment of Dahlia's imagination and not someone anyone else in Storybrooke can see. Regina and Rumplestiltskin will theorise that this was a side effect of the curse and Dahlia's chaos magic. And Bluebell is the part of her that was trying to break free. When she left Storybrooke, Bluebell disappeared, but she will reappear when she returns.

Personality:

Since her young age, Dahlia has developed a tendency toward escapism. She would often engulf herself in the imaginary worlds as a way to shelter herself from the world around her, this continued in the 'real world' too. In Storybrooke, she often indulged in sitcoms and this continued after she left the town behind.

Dahlia prefers to fight directly for what she believes in. She has a passionate nature and willingness to engage in violence to achieve her goals and defend the people that she loves and cares for, basically, she is willing and determined to do whatever she has to do to protect those that she loves.

Dahlia does carry a bad temper, that Regina, Rumplestiltskin and Bill have all admitted to. Her anger can lead her to become rather vengeful when she feels like she's been wronged, or if someone has hurt someone she loves.

At the heart of her, Dahlia is a deeply compassionate, level-headed, sarcastic, determined, cunning, passionate, intelligent, brave and loyal young woman.

Dahlia possesses an incredible sense of self and strong willpower, enabling her to resist psychological torture effectively.

Similarly, Dahlia has a fierce sense of independence. An ardent feminist who believed in the advancement of women in society. She had no qualms over confronting anyone who demeans any female.

Powers:

- Psionics: These powers manifest as a luminescent vapor or mist of red hue emanating from her hands and body, resembling the natural Chaos Magic Dahlia was born with.

These powers manifest themselves as reddish, glowing energy currents and mist-like shapes from her hands. When using her telepathic abilities, Dahlia's irises glow a dark red color. When using her telekinetic abilities, her irises glow a bright red color. Dahlia's powers are reliant on movement and focus, which means her enemies or opponents can stop her from using her powers by disrupting her focus or restricting her movements. Dahlia's powers are magical in nature.

- Psionic Energy Manipulation: Dahlia can project energy blasts, streams, waves and bolts of her own psionic and telekinetic energy, allowing her to hit, push/pull or blow away her targets, potentially exerting enough force to destroy them. This energy manifests in any shape or form, outlining her telekinetic spheres of influence, as the energy is visible in a reddish color. When her energy hits a target, she can use her telekinesis to inflict further damage.

- Sometimes, Dahlia will lose control of her powers due to emotional turmoil.

Telekinesis: Dahlia has the ability to move, levitate and otherwise manipulate objects using her psionic energy in a remote manner without the need for her energy to first be projected from her hands. She uses this energy to affect and control molecules and particles, allowing her to fully control matter and energy. Dahlia started training this power by moving bottles of nail polish in her bedroom. Her telekinesis is powerful enough to break bones and tear muscles. Dahlia is able to use her telekinesis to organize the dishes in her kitchen, use it to help herself handle all the kitchen items while preparing a dinner, rebuild part of a house, break the glass of a large window, and even hurl a car.

- Telekinetic Healing: Dahlia has displayed great degrees of precision with her telekinesis, such as when she used it to heal by telekinetically repairing a body on a molecular level.

- Disintegration: Dahlia is capable of using her energy in such an acute telekinetic way that she is able to completely disintegrate objects on a molecular level.

- Force-field Generation: Dahlia is able to create a highly durable barrier of energy that she can shape and conform as needed. She uses it to grab and break apart targets, protect others from enemy fire, contain a target or to cover and deflect attacks from enemies. Like any physical barriers, the barrier can be broken with extreme brute force. Dahlia will learn to project her energy around herself, constructing a close-to-the-body psionic armour to protect herself from extreme impacts, such as falls from great heights or blows from superhumanly strong combatants, increasing her durability to a significant degree.

- Flight: Dahlia is able to use this power to move through the air and simulate flight, in order to hover and safely float back to the ground. The use of this power manifests as a blast of psionic energy expelled from her hands onto the ground to propel herself up in the air, with a second blast used to slow her momentum as she approaches ground allowing her to land safely. It operates more like an enhanced leap, thanks to the force of gravity pushing her down.

Telepathy: Dahlia can read minds, communicate telepathically, and experience the memories and thoughts of others. Dahlia can scan a person's brain and finds any information she needs, including memories. She can also telepathically communicate with others and even influence non-sentiments, such as animals.

- Mental Manipulation: Dahlia is able to deploy a form of mental manipulation, often as a type of illusory hypnosis, using the same neuro-electric interface that is the basis of her telepathic powers. This power can be hypnotic in nature, placing he victim in a sort of trance while she viewed their memories. When using her power, her irises sometimes glow a dark reddish color, especially when she concentrates it on specific targets. When this ability is in use, Dahlia's reddish energy takes a more mist-like form, floating into the head of the victim in the form of neurons. The effects also distort the victim's iris coloration, causing them to shine a dark reddish color. This also allows her to control other people's actions. Dahlia's mental power is even strong enough to reverse the effects of compulsion. She can also manipulate the memory, thoughts, actions, emotions, and senses of others at will, as well as to induce sleep or pain and create illusions without any difficulty. Dahlia can also elicit fear or emotional pain in a person in the form of nightmarish hallucinations that could stun and weaken even an individual. These visions can depict things that a person fears, regrets, or general disturbances, though the nature of it is not up to Dahlia. She is able to know what her victim is seeing and be inside the vision with them.

- Cloaking: Rather than allowing light waves to pass through her, Dahlia can make herself invisible by a trick of the mind.

- Mental Detection: Dahlia is able to sense where nearby people are.

- Mind Control: Dahlia is able to manipulate the minds of others to get them to do what she wants them to do. She does not like using this ability to make people do what she wants them to do all the time.

- Mental Link: Dahlia has the ability to develop a mental link with any person which remains as a connection to that individual as seen with Damon and Ally.

- Mnemokinesis: Dahlia can manipulate the memories individuals. She can erase, restore, or even implant false memories into a person's mind. She once threatened Damon by telling him that she could make him believe he was a six-year-old girl. Also, aside from erasing memories, Dahlia has the ability to restore memories as well.

- Amnesia Inducement: Dahlia had the ability to cause loss of particular memories and amnesia in another person or group of people.

- Pathokinesis: Dahlia can sense the feelings of others and alter them according to her will. With it, Dahlia can resolve a tense situation peacefully or, make people coexist more easily. It can also be used to enlighten someone's mood; it will be described as a subtle ability, and is very useful in resolving conflict. Dahlia can also manipulate the level of intensity people feel emotions, as shown when she calmed Jeremy so much that he fell asleep. She can also detect hostility and use it to her advantage. This power can work potently through a mental shield because it physically changes the emotions i.e. manipulating endorphins, adrenaline and pheromones instead of providing a false alarm to the mind. With practice, there is possibility that she can overload her targets with emotions in an offensive manner, such as inducing overwhelming fear in the target until they suffer from cardiac arrest. Certain manipulations require intense concentration.

- Chaos Magic Manipulation: Able to harness Chaos Magic, Dahlia is the realisation of the myth of the Scarlet Witch, a being capable of spontaneous creation. Her magic is primarily composed of the same red energy as her psionic powers.

- Expert Combatant: Dahlia is originally a poor fighter, having no combat skills or formal training. However, she will develop fighting style in which she would infuse her psionic energy into her hands to greatly enhance her hand-to-hand combat skills and allow her to parry attacks from bladed weapons without suffering any harm due to her psionic energy protecting her hands from damage.

- Capabilities:

The Darkhold contains infinite knowledge; not only does it have a full chapter on the Scarlet Witch myth, but it also contains numerous spells, recipes, curses, and runes. When the pages are blank they can be read when they enter in contact with the reader, the dark book reads the readers and adapts to them showing them the information they look for, featuring instructions to make their desires come true, written in a language only the reader would fully understand.

Witches such as Peter Pan, Dahlia Mills, Regina Mills, Cora Mills, and Rumplestiltskin/Mr Gold appear to have access to all of the book's content.

The secondary ability of the book is to corrupt the reader's mind and create a dangerous obsession over the Darkhold. A person who has used the Darkhold for a long time may not want others to even touch it. Even a brief skim through the book can corrupt the reader's mind. The Darkhold can even corrupt people who have yet to read it.
