~Chapter 38~

"Mmmmm." I mumbled as I rolled over in bed. I felt something warm against my flesh and cuddled up next to it. Slowly opening my eyes I realised what it was. "Wahhh!" I yelled as I tried to stand up, slipping on the bed sheets and falling out of bed.

"Hmmm?" Yawned Rin as he sat up sleepily. Stretching.

"Why are you in my bed?!" I demanded.

"What do you mean. I've been sleeping here all night."

"But so have I..." There was an odd pause as we realised we'd both been sleeping together without even realising it. Rin coughed awkwardly and looked away.

"Um. You might want to put some clothes on." He hinted as his ears went red.

I looked down at my night gown. It was only covering the top half of my body, showing off my underwear. I quickly grabbed a blanket and wrapped myself up. When I went to look at Rin again I noticed for the first time how strongly built his body was. Though he seemed small his abs were amazing.

"Gah!" I hit myself in the head. Annoyed with myself. "Don't turn around until I put on my armour on." I ordered and opened up the panel with my armour in it. Luckily that still worked. "I'm getting some breakfast." I said before leaving Rin and walking down the hallway and down the stairs. Heading towards the kitchen.

"Morning." Said Nymph cheerfully as she bit into some buttered bread.

"Mmm." I mumbled and went for an apple.

"The Commander guy said that he had some quests for us to complete." She said conversationally.

"What like?" I sat down at the table next to her.

"Like I need to go down to the port and help fish using Pixie."

"Sounds a bit low rank."

"Its fine." There was a scream from upstairs. Me and Nymph ran upstairs still eating and knocked on Phoebe's door.

"Everything alright?" I asked cautiously. She yanked open the door and pulled me in. Setting me in front of her wardrobe.

"I-In there." She stammered. Pointing at the wardrobe. Perplexed I opened one of the doors. Instantly regretted it and closed it again.

"I had a feeling I hadn't seen the last of him." I said stiffly.

"What? I wanna see!" Complained Nymph as she reached for the handle. I quickly pulled her away.

"What you all doing crowding 'round a wardrobe?" Asked Dena as she walked in.

"Dena. Think you could so something about this wardrobe? Like. Teleport it." I asked hopefully.

"Sure thing." She waved her hand and the wardrobe vanished.

"Where did you send it?" Asked Nymph as she waddled around in the space the wardrobe used to be.

"Out back." She said before walking out the room again. Showing no more interest to talk.

Phoebe had to sit down and catch her breath. Going on about never being able to see Jacob again. Nymph left for her fishing trip with Pixie while the rest of us stayed cooped up in the house.

"I'm bored." Moaned Vivian as she skulked into the kitchen.

"Draw a picture or something." Said Rin as he continued to try and stack all the cups in the cupboard.

"I'm not 4." She said in annoyance. "...I'm gonna go draw a picture. But not because you suggested it!" She marched back out the kitchen and upstairs.

""There all done." Said Amanda triumphantly as she finished plaiting my hair.

"Thanks." I stood up and admired it in the mirror. The atmosphere had been filled with boredom for most of the morning. Until we all heard yet another scream.

We rushed upstairs to find Vivian in a crumpled heap outside her room.

"Vivian you okay?" Asked Amanda as she prodded her in the face. I shifted her out the way and carefully opened the door. My face went pale and I slammed it again.

"Don't go in there." I croaked. "It's that creep from earlier." What I didn't mention was the fact that he was stark naked and lying Vivian's bed, striking a confident pose.

"What's all the fuss about this time?" Droaned Dena as she came up to us. Amanda and Rin were fanning Vivian with their hands.

"Perfect timing. Do you think you could get rid of the intruder in Vivian's bed?" I whispered hastily to her. She nodded and snapped her fingers. From inside the room there was a scream and a splash. I opened the door to find Callum gone. "What did you do?" I asked curiously.

"Set him on fire. Then he jumped into the pond outside."

Me and Rin played with an old set of cards in the hallway. Bored to death. Nymph had come back from her job holding up some fish for our dinner. But besides that nothing else had really happened. Until there was a knock on the door.

I stood and to the complaints of Rin knocked over the card tower. I went and opened the door. Next to my feet was a large flat box with a ribbon tied around it. I carefully bent down and undid it, opening the box. I stared speechless at the assortment off lace and ribbons.

"What's this?" Asked Amanda as she picked up a pair of purple panties and a matching bra.

"Let's see." Said Vivian excitedly. Grabbing a pair of green and black underwear before I could stop her.

"Hey this pair has my name on it." Said Nymph as she picked up some pink panties.

Coldly I picked up a small card which lay at the top of the box. It said:

To my beautiful angelic dragons

I am unfortunately unable to pay you any more fun visits due to my, condition. So I hope you will accept this gift from my shop. May it create fun memories for your future.

"I might actually wear this." Said Phoebe holding a bra against her chest.

I crumpled up the card and spun around. Then realised Rin had been watching, mouth gaping open as he watched the frilly underwear. I grabbed the box, snatched up everyone's lingerie and rushed into the house. Throwing the box of underwear into the fire. It erupted in a rainbow of fiery colours. I dusted off my hands triumphantly.

"Well that ends that then."
