~Chapter 52~

"Where do you think Nymph and Phoebes stall is?" I asked Amanda as we both strolled past countless other stalls selling sweets, face paints, cakes and other random things. It was the day of the school fate and me and Amanda were browsing through for anything interesting. Vivian and Dena were off somewhere else spending money and so far I luckily hadn't seen Ikuto either.

"Hey that's a big line over there!" Amanda pointed out a small booth with a huge queue waiting eagerly for their turn. Oddly enough they were all male.

"Let's investigate." I proposed as I grabbed Amanda's wrist and strolled over to the booth. The sign next to it said:

One Kiss £3

Two Kisses £4

Three Kisses £5

Snog £10

Tongue £20

As I stared at the sign wondering what sluts came up with this idea someone called out my name.

"Hey Astria." Nymphs' head appeared from behind the tarp.

"N-Nymph?!" I said appalled. "You're running this booth?!"

"And Phoebe." She added.

"Sounds like fun. Mind if I join in?" Said Amanda excitedly.

"Sure thing." Amanda quickly rushed past Nymph into the small tent.

"B-But these prices! You're swindling these poor guys out of their money!" I stammered.

"Naah. They seem more than happy to hand it over." She said passively.

I heard a murmur come from the crowd of men and something about a big breasted blonde reached my ears. I looked at the guys disapprovingly and then caught sight of Ikuto amongst them.

"Ikuto?!" I marched over to him leaving Nymph to get back to her booth.

"Oh. Hey Astria." He said casually. Hands in his pockets and smiling innocently.

"Don't hey me! Why the hell are you queuing up with these guys?!" I fumed.

"To get a kiss from Nymph and Phoebe. I even heard Amanda's joined them nowww-" I grabbed him by the collar and pulled him out of the queue, much to the excitement of most of the guys.

"Heck no you're getting a kiss from them!" For the rest of the fate I dragged Ikuto around with me, keeping a close eye on him. Making sure he didn't get himself into trouble. Secretly though I guess it was kinda fun. Especially when he did hoop toss and won me a Minecraft creeper plushie.

As it reached about eight o'clock and the fate was coming to an end I decided it was time to go home.

"I'm going to go find everyone." I said as I finished off my stick of candyfloss. "See you later." As I turned around to leave, Nymph appeared next to me. "Oh Nymph. Great timing, can you help me-"

"That can wait! The fireworks are about to begin and Dena found us a great spot! You come too Ikuto." She signalled to him.

"Hold on a sec." I protested as I was dragged along by Nymph. Closely followed by an amused Ikuto.

"Up here!" She lead me up a flight of stairs in the main school building which I had never been up before and opened the door to the roof.

"Are you sure-" As the door opened I spotted seven other figures already waiting for us. Vivian, Amanda and Phoebe were there with Alex, Ash, Takuto and Jacob. As we walked over to the railings the first firework went off. It exploded into a shower of blue dust which quickly faded as the second rocket was shot up. "Wow..." I breathed in as the fireworks continued. Lighting up the dark sky. "Hey Nymph where's De-" I looked over at Nymph. Who was on her tip toes as she made out with Ash.

I slowly looked over at everyone else. Phoebe and Jacob had been lost from the beginning it seemed as they continued to engulf one another. Vivian and Takuto had their fingers intertwined as they kissed each other passionately. Amanda was bent over the railing as she and Alex made out.

Going pale I slowly turned my head to look at Ikuto. He gave me a winning smile and leaned in to my face. My heart stopped as he got closer and closer. Our lips on the verge of making contact. Then finally.

"Nope!" I put my hand on his face and stopped him in his tracks. "We're not even dating and you think you can steal a kiss from me?" I said disapprovingly.

"Fine." He said exasperated. "But lets at least make something of the moment." He said eagerly.

"Like what?" I asked suspiciously. Folding my arms.

"Go steady with me."

"No." I shot him down immediately.

"Please."

"No."

"Please."

"No."

"Pretty pretty please?"

"Noooooo!"

"Pleeaaaassssseeeeee?"

"God dammit fine! Just stop asking already!" I said finally giving in. He smiled pleasantly. "Just no making out. It's too early in the relationship."

"Fine. I can wait." He leaned over and kissed my ear lobe. My face flushed red as I jolted back. He chuckled and turned back to watch the remaining fireworks. I did the same. Making sure to keep a big gap between us though.
