~Chapter 15~

"Did you hear about that new transfer student? I've heard that he's really rich and his family owns a chain of popular night clubs." Said Dena as we sat eating lunch in the school canteen.

"Yeah, well apparently he's been traveling from country to country looking for his one true love." Said Phoebe dreamily. "How romantic."

"Hey, I thought you liked that Jacob guy?" Said Amanda questionably, poking at her lasagne.

"Oh er yeah. He's pretty nice too." She said shyly.

"Pretty nice? I thought you two had been meeting secretly everyday round by the pond where no one can see you."

"What. Why would you say that?!" Said Phoebe flushed, looking down at her food.

I chewed my pizza slowly listening to every word silently. Guess I've been getting a little sloppy lately and things have gone slightly out of my control concerning relationships.

"Anyway dont we have science next? All of the classes are going to join together and watch a film or something. I'm kinda excited." Said Vivian.

"I wonder what were watching?" Said Nymph.

After lunch we all went to our science lesson together and sat next to each other while waiting for the teacher to set up the film.

"I can't wait." Said Nymph excitedly. Just then another teacher walked in and asked Miss Johnson to come out so she regrettably asked Amanda to set up the disc.

Amanda walked over to the laptop, rummaged around in the teachers desk draws and pulled out a DVD. She shrugged and rammed it into the laptop then pressed play and ran back to her seat. As soon as the movie started there was dead silence and I grabbed Nymphs head, shoving her under the desk. Amanda screamed and vanished in her seat. Vivian for some reason had pulled out a notepad as the movie progressed and kept muttering to herself as she scribbled things down.

"So THATS what it looks like." She would mutter every now and then. As for Phoebe she wasn't even affected by what we were watching and Dena was on her phone for the whole thing.

About half an hour into the movie Nymph had fallen asleep under the desk and my eyes were shut tight so the only thing I could hear were animal noises and the sound of jelly. The door opened and Miss Johnson walked in. She took one look at the movie and gasped. She then ran for the laptop and forced open the player, pulling out the disc and stopping the movie. Her face was bright red.

"Hey miss." Said Vivian waving her hand around. "How come that guy was doing it with that girl and how come she sounded like you?!" She said innocently.

"I feel sick." Said Amanda moaning as we made our way home.

"No kidding." I said. "What film did you put in there?!"

"Oh, well. There was this old disc that said it was from the 80's or something so I figured it would be educational and shoved it in."

"I don't get it! What's everyone so worked up about?! What was that movie about and why did I keep hearing animal noises?!" Demanded Nymph angrily.

"You don't need to know." I said ending the conversation.

"Hey Vivian. What were you writing down?" Asked Phoebe peering over Vivian's shoulder and looking at her notepad which was bulging with words.

"Oh, just helpful tips." She said happily and tucked it away in her bag.

"Whatever. Lets just get home and try to forget the whole ordeal." I said sternly.
