~Chapter 58~

"Guys honestly I'm fine!" I protested as I was forced back down onto my pillow by Phoebe.

"Of course you're not fine!" Said Phoebe sternly. "Dogs aren't meant to get ill unless it's serious."

"I'm a wolf not a dog!" I said angrily as an ice pack was thrown onto my head.

"Wow you're really into your supernatural studies." Said Vivian idly as she scrolled through all the files on my laptop.

"Hey!" I tried to sit up but Phoebe and Nymph both threw themselves on me.

"Astria you need your sleep. Stop being stubborn!" Yelled Nymph as I was wrestled back down.

"Fine...whatever." I muttered as I obediently did as Nymph said. She could be really intimidating even to me.

"Hey guys I got Astria a potion that'll make her feel better!" Said Amanda as she rushed in with a tray in her hands. On it was a small bottle overflowing with a rainbow foam.

"Wait Amanda that isn't safe!" We heard Dena yell as she ran into the room. Amanda startled stood on Death's tail as he let out a giant help. The tray went flying along with the bottle and crashed onto my bed sheets. The whole room was suddenly filled with a rainbow smoke.

"What the hell was that?!" Said Vivian coughing.

"Is everyone okay?" Came Dena's voice from somewhere near the doorway.

"Guys I can't feel my legs!" Said Phoebe alarmed as I felt her weight increase on my bed.

"Oh no! I burned off Phoebes legs!" Said Amanda hysterically.

"Fuck it's hot in here." I commented as I fanned my face with my hand.

"And now Astria's burning up!"

"Somebody slap her for me."

"Ouch!"

Vivian was eventually able to unlatch my window and all the smoke went gushing out slowly clearing the room again. The first thing I saw was a huge fiery orange fish tail draped across my bed.

"Oh crap." Dena said what we were all thinking as we stared at each other.

Her huge black wings dragged across the floor as she bent down and picked up the pieces of the broken vial. A petite white wolf sat next to me on my bed as she looked around in wonder. We had all swapped powers!

Phoebe sat on my bed as she flopped her bright orange tail around. Vivian panicked as she slowly floated upwards and through the ceiling. Dena was muttering to herself as she struggled to move her black wings. Amanda was no where to be seen and Nymph was scratching her ear.

Dreading what I'd see I slowly twisted my head around. My wings smoldered as they sat pressed against the wall. I wriggled uncomfortably as my tail also popped out.

"I feel so light." Said Vivian unsure as she hovered over my bed.

"Where's Amanda?!" Said Dena panic stricken. "She has my powers so there's no telling what she might do!"

"With a huge amount of effort we struggled out into the hallway. Me grabbing Vivian's ankles as Phoebe dragged herself along the floor. Nymph was casually past with her tail held high in the air and sniffing around with her new sharpened senses.

I felt like I'd lost my 6th sense.

"Amanda?" Me and Dena carefully poked our heads around the kitchen door as Vivian passed over head.

"Here!" Amanda said suddenly as she pulled out a long knife from one of the kitchen draw's.

Dena nearly fainted as Amanda raised the knife to her chest.

"I can't take living any more!" She said as she prepared to strike. Me and Dena quickly jumped her and knocked the knife from her hands. Much to her protests.

"Alright that should do it." I said as I dusted off my hands. Amanda struggling as she tried to free herself from the ropes binding her to the chair. "Now to figure out what to do."

I glanced over Phoebe and Nymph who were sat on the sofa and at Vivian as she did front strokes through the air. We were in real trouble right now.
