all icons are available no matter what. when the icon is taken from one user, it will still be available for another!

if you've known me since last year, you would probably be aware of the fact that i used to use an available/taken system in my old icons book, which was really time consuming for me to manage and unfair to many who didn't receive an icon. i've now started making icons again and hope that everyone has fun using them because i sure do enjoy making them for everybody!
