This is the guard. He guards basically everywhere including the bank and the museum.

Personality- He's quite a goofball but he always has a money making scheme. He's quick to betray whoever he needs to and he is a master in blackmail. Although he's a guard he's been in trouble with the law many many times but the mayor always bails him out. He is very untrustworthy and he usually has an ulterior motive for everything he does.

Powers- He can summon realistic holograms depending on his mood. If he's angry he can summon holograms like lions and stuff or if he's sad he can do rain clouds and stuff. You get the idea.

Backstory:
He grew up in a children's home until he was accepted into college. He joined the same college as James (The mayor) They were both afraid of trusting people and bad at making friends but dealt with it in different ways. Logan dealt with it by playing the class clown, James dealt with it by excluding himself from his classmates and devoting himself to studying. Logan was always getting into trouble and one day he had to move dorms, because he fell out with his dorm mate. He was moved into James' dorm and they became best friends. Logan was always doing stupid stuff and James was always trying to stop him. James eventually got a girlfriend and stopped spending as much time with Logan. But Logan waited for him. James' girlfriend broke up with him and he was absolutely devastated. James got drunk and drove his car into the side of the school. He would've been expelled, if Logan hadn't saved him. Logan pretended that he was the one who was driving. Logan was expelled and started pick-pocketing and robbing stores. He lost contact with James for a few years until James became mayor and Logan saw him outside the mayors office. James has been trying to repay Logan ever since but nobody knows about this. It would ruin James' career if people knew he covered this up.
