"YOU KNOW, YOU'RE going to have to talk to him soon." Johnny spoke as we walked to school together.

It's been a week since I've spoken to Ponyboy, and I've been miserable. The only people I've been talking to were Eagan, Johnny, Soda, and Steve. I always come to Darry for the chocolate cake and I never get to see Two-Bit since he's always out drunk. And Dally has been doing the same thing as Two, so those four were the only ones that kept me company.

Ponyboy's been walking with Cherry to school, so it's been me and Johnny, which I don't mind. I think I'd punch Pony if I saw him. I scoffed. "Johnny, just face the fact that I'm not going to talk to him."

Johnny huffed. "You two are my best friends and I'm stuck between the both of you. It's driving me nuts."

"I'm sorry, Jo. I really am, but you just don't know what it feels like for someone you love to chose someone else over you."

The whole walk to school was silent and as soon as we walked in the school, we saw Pony and Cherry kissing against the lockers.

"Wow, Cherry, I didn't know kissing was sucking the life out of Pony's lips." I sassed and Johnny started cracking up. Cherry shot me a glare, "and what would you know about kissing, Smith? You've never kissed a guy in your life."

"I haven't, but I know the definition of a kiss is putting your lips against someone elses. Not literally sucking their face off."

Johnny and even Soc's were laughing and Cherry's face got red. She got close up to my face and snarled, "you're going to regret this!"

Pony rolled his eyes at me and I chuckled. "Instead of rolling your eyes at me, you should be thanking me. I saved you from getting your lips took off your face."

Johnny started laughing even more and we walked away from Pony, leaving him standing there dumbfounded. I entered Mr. Stilinski's class and by the look on my face he could tell something was wrong. "What happened, Kieran?"

I swallowed back the lump in my throat and took a deep breath. "Pony chose Cherry."

He looked surprised and scoffed. "I thought Ponyboy was smarter than that. You know though, you still have a good chance."

I furrowed my eyebrows. "How?"

"I got the girl, remember?" He winked at me and then all of the students came in through the classroom door.

"I'M GOING TO beat the living hell out of him when I see him." Eagan spoke, highly pissed.

Johnny and I chuckled. "Trust me, the whole gang wanted to do worse than that."

Eagan had a evil smirk on her face and I instantly groaned. "Please, Eagan, don't say any one of your stupid ideas."

"Let's make Ponyboy jealous!" Eagan whisper-shouted and Johnny and I snapped our heads to look at her, immediately interested in the plan.

"Which would be more harsh? You getting with his best friend or you getting with his brother?"

Johnny and I's eyes went wide. Eagan cleared her throat, "So, I guess specifically what I'm asking is, what would hurt Ponyboy more? Johnny or Soda?"

"They both would." Johnny and I answered at the same time and Eagan sighed. "I need something evil. What would kill him?"

Johnny had an....... evil? Smirk?

"Dally."

I choked on my coke and Eagan had to slap my back repeatedly to get me to stop coughing. I started laughing. "Johnny, what has happened to you? That's so......."

"Evil?" Johnny asked.

"Amazing?" Eagan suggested.

"Ponyboy is close to Dally also, he's as close to him as he is me. Plus, you and Dal are pretty close, so it would be believable if you two started dating." Johnny explained and I sat there flabbergasted.

"I-I guess I'm going to ask Dally after school then." I stuttered and Eagan started putting her hands together menacingly. "This is going to be so much fun."

JOHNNY, EAGAN, AND I started walking towards Buck's and I started getting nervous. "Guys, what if Dally says no?"

Johnny scoffed, "Dally saying no to an evil plan? What has the world come to?"

Eagan and I busted out laughing all the way to Buck's. We walked upstairs and I knocked on Dally's door. He answered and when he saw us, he furrowed his eyebrows. "Is everything okay?"

We stepped inside and I sighed. "We need you to go along with a plan."

Dally nodded, "Continue."

"It's to make Pony jealous," Johnny butted in, "We need you and Kieran to pretend like you're dating so Pony will get jealous."

Dally started smirking and gave Johnny a high five, "I didn't know you had this side to you, Johnny. But of course I'll do it, there's nothing I like better than evil plans."

"See?" Johnny had his arms raised out and we all started laughing.

We went to the Curtis's and told everyone the plan, besides Pony of course. They all thought it was a perfect idea. We were all sitting on the couch watching Mickey Mouse when Pony entered. The awkward tension immediately began and I cleared my throat. Johnny looked at me and Dally and nodded.

Dal put his arm around my shoulder and kissed my cheek, "I know I never usually stay with a girl for awhile, but I think I'm going to be with you for a long time, Ki."

I smiled and laid my head on his shoulder. "I'm happy to hear that, Dal."

All of the guys said, 'awww' and Two-Bit of course went overboard and yelled, "Have kids!"

We all started laughing and Pony looked pissed. "You two are dating and you didn't even tell me? I thought y'all were my best friends!"

I scoffed. "Me? Your best friend? That's funny because last time I checked, best friends don't hurt each other."

Dally chuckled. "Ponyboy, but didn't you steal the broad that I wanted? I'm only doing the same thing. Except, I really like Kieran. She's not a broad, she's a tough girl and I like that about her."

Ponyboy shook his head and walked to his room while slamming the door. We all silently chuckled and gave each other high fives. The plan was going good so far, and Dally and I are doing pretty good at making Pony believe that we're dating.

Johnny motioned for us to lean in and whispered. "Tomorrow, Kieran, you have to tell Cherry you're dating Dally. That will totally piss her off."

I started laughing and clapped my hands together. "Perfect!"

All of the guys started laughing and we went back to watching Mickey Mouse as Two-Bit ate chocolate cake and drank beer.
