Although I love both characters so much, I think the winner will have to be Wolverine. He has a lot more experience and in my opinion is stronger. However, if the muramasa blade is involved (The blade that can kill, while negating the opponent's regeneration power), then it could be both ways. Both Wolverine and Deadpool are trained to use a sword, so it would be a 50, 50 chance for both of them.
