Honestly, I like Plastic Man a LOT more than Mr. Fantastic. Some reason I really despise Mr. Fantastic. However, I have to give the win to him. He has basically the same powers as Plastic Man. However he is a lot smarter, giving him the advantage. Sadly, the winner is Mr. Fantastic
