This one was a very tough one... Hulk and Wolverine are some of the strongest heroes in Marvel, with super strong healing factors... Also, Hulk has defeated Wolverine in battle (Ripped wolverine in half)... But also, in Old Man Logan, Wolverine defeats Hulk...  However, I came down to the conclusion that Hulk would win... For a few reason... Wolverine has strength, his claws, and his healing factor. However he can still drown to death, and be severely injured... Hulk has super strength, super jump, a healing factor, can see ghost, and breathe underwater... I think because he has more powers, he would win. However it would be really close.
