I think Doctor Fate would win. I understand that Doctor Strange is Sorcerer Supreme, but that's in his universe. This also depends on the situation. Doctor Strange is sometimes overpowered and he would win, however sometimes he would be so weak. If Doctor Strange was in his strong stage, than he would win, however it's unpredictable, so I gave Doctor Fate the benefit of the doubt and determined him victor.
