I think this would be a three way tie. It depends on the situation. I believe that Nightwing (Dick Grayson) is the best fighter. However, Red Hood (Jason Todd) is the most ruthless, and would do anything to win, giving him a slight advantage. Also Red Robin (Tim Drake) is the smartest (Batman himself said that Tim Drake was a better detective than Batman). So if he had time to plan, than he would probably win. It depends on the situation, so I thought that it would be a three way tie.
