I'm going to have to choose Hawkeye aka Clint Barton. He has better reflexes (He's caught arrows). This one was a tough one because they both have trick arrows to help them. Also they are both experienced fighters. I've been watching the show Arrow and that was kinda pushing me towards Green Arrow. However, overall I think Hawkeye is better. Sorry Oliver
