It has been two days since Barry had left. All day she could only think about him. The one smiling same was often now faked with it for sake of her friends but Alex knew better. She discusses it with J'onn who agreed sending strange behaviour in Kara's.
Kara landed in DEO in her supergirl outfit.

"Any trouble I need to take care of? " She asked. Winn was quite surprised at her cold tone. Hank shook his head.
Alex suddenly said "Well you know we have bit intrigue about this flash. I mean what if he is evil and just hiding and.... ". She could finish. Kara tensed when she heard flash. All about Barry came back.

So she quickly replied " No, he is friend and great and may also never return. " She hoped last part wasn't true. She wanted just to held him close to her.

"What do you mean never return? " J'onn asked.

"Nothing... Please just forget it. " She said sadly and flew away.

"There is definitely something wrong with her. " Alex said.

'Did you guys notice that she was sad when we were discussing about him? Seems like she miss him' Winn said brooding.

"Wait. Yeah . Didn't a guy came in catco two days ago. Kara was so giddy about him. Do you think that he might be the flash. " Alex asked.

'Mr Schott, check if he is still there in Catco . If he has disappeared, then it is clear that he is the flash. " J'onn said.

'Right Sir! ' Winn said and then confirmed his absence.

'Well look like Kara need someone to confide in. Time for sister moment. " Alex said feeling worried for her sister.

Kara had explained to Miss grant that he had to go for a while. Miss Grant would have fired him but his article was already finished on her desk and seeing it so impressive she decided to let it go for once. But Kara couldn't keep it much longer. She wanted him to come back.

"Where are you, Barry' Kara mumbled while working.

Meanwhile Barry was in speedforce. Waves of energy and tremendous amount of shocks filled it. He missed Kara. So he began to run in endless void of SPEEDFORCE connecting different universe and timelines . All this while when he was running, he was actually feeling more energised. Usually after pushing himself he used to feel panting or tired. But it was his home.
He was soaking up its energy. As he continued to run, he began to feel more fast and fast. He finally felt that he was no longer on land. He was running so fast that he was creating deep pressure on land lifting him in air a little. The feeling of it was completely different. He just wanted to run forever but he also wanted to return home. There was no way so he began to just concertante on running only. His lighting had turned from orange to green then to blue and now it was purple. He finally pushed so far that he broke something fundamental again. He was now running with white lightning and then all of sudden he was spat out in a familiar place of Catco. But as he looked at his hand, they were still vibrating. He was now faster than speed of light and this new incredible speed was giving him same imbalance in controlling as it had been when he got his powers for first time.

His hands finally subsided and he walked in her office. She looked sad while working on her assignment. He would definitely surprise her now.

" Kara. " Barry said suddenly startling her and then she looked at him as she couldn't believe her eyes and rushed forward to hugh him with full force forgetting her strength. Barry was amazed he wasn't crushed. His speed healing was literally another level now. Kara then realized that she forgot light hugging and was about to say sorry when Barry interrupted 'I didn't feel a thing. I promise. '
Kara was surprised.

'I missed you. ' she said.

'I missed you too' He said.

'So it took two days for scarlet speedster to return. ' she said pretending to be annoyed.

'Might have taken longer if I wasn't thinking about you. He said making her blush and about scarlet speedster, well I am thinking of changing my color. '

"Wait what why? " She asked like child.

"Coz I am lot faster now and my lightning is white now. Doesn't quite suit my color. " He said.

'Ok mmm how fast are you now. ' she asked.

'Promise not to scream. ' he said.
'Will try but no promises. ' she said smiling.

"Well Mach 960 . Faster than speed of light. "

"Whatttttt" She screamed and was sushed suddenly by his hand. She was feeling fluttered as his hand rest on her lips.

"Yep. I know. I also can't control my speed for a while now. " As he said his hands began to tremble and lightning began to emit out of it. Kara looked worried at him.

"Kara. Quickly take me to anywhere but here. " Barry said . She picked him up after changing in Supergirl costume and giving him his ring. Kara sped them to DEO.

"J'onn do you mind if he stays here a bit. I mean he is the flash the hero I mean.... She rambled.

" Of course not. " He said smiling then looked up in wonder at his lightning hand.

"Hey my name is Barry Allen and I an the fastest man alive. Recently I was taken in speedforce, an entity responsible for giving powers to me. I soaked up its energy and now I am faster than speed of light . Finding troubling to control my increased speed and vibrations. " He said. J'onn was quick to understand and then tried to control him but to no avail.

Winn was like Cisco now. 'Dude, faster than light. I mean seriously oh my god. You could create infinte mass strike. You know. You could just reverse time itself and...'
Barry smiled.

Winn, not the time. ' Kara said . Alex was happy to see her happy. Perhaps she could give him death glare later.
