TommyInnit and Tubbo

Red stained silk. Blood trickling down from multiple wounds and onto the solid stone. Ragged breaths leaving cold pale lips. Explosions coming from every direction, white overcoming their sense of sight. A loud ringing filled everyone's ears as it all happened. Helplessly sprinting away to salvage themselves from the blasts.

In the middle of it laid a figure who fought to keep sentient, attempting to get their body up and running to be safe. However, it failed so miserably, every limb was sore, so numb it hurt to even move a finger.

Chest hastily going up and down, yearning air to seep in their lungs to even their breathing. A blonde screamed for their name, asking where they were, worried for the only adult figure he had left. Soft whimpers lead him to where they lie, finding them fading in and out of consciousness.

He slid down the rocky terrain to reach them, almost immediately going to their side. Frantically, he called out for his best friend who tried his best to follow behind. A brunette fell to his knees as he arrived at their other side, holding their hand to his cheek.

Small sobs were already leaving him, pleading to continue on fighting to stay. They couldn't lose them. The only adult figure left who showed them genuine love and one who stood beside them to fight until the end. They couldn't. They just couldn't. What would they do without them?

"You're gonna make it. You're gonna make it. You're gonna make it." The phrase flowed out of him repeatedly, praying to a god that they were gonna be safe.

It paused. Everything. The attention was drawn to the dying individual. Even he, who pressed the button, stopped to turn to the three. Guilt infiltrating his own body. This wasn't what was supposed to be the outcome. He only wished for it to be gone along with him. He didn't want them to also go.

A hoarse voice, one no one dared to ever admit they recognized it, broke the choking silence. "Never thought i'd be going down like this." they chuckled despite the painful sensation in their dry throat.

Tommy forced all the tears that threatened to fall into a stop. He only allowed hiccups to show how much he would grieve for them. Their beautiful eyes flutter to a close before shooting wide open once more.

A peaceful smile, some could say that it was too pleasantly delicate and tranquil for someone who in the middle of life or death, graced their face; tugging the corner of their lips upwards. Despite the serene image they wanted to perceive for everyone to be the last memory of them, the two teens only wailed that they don't give in as their eyelids slowly creeped to a shut.
