Lena Zor el/Danvers POV

I ran into Catco out of breath, I was almost late and Ms. Grant would have killed me, well she would have tried

"Leva get my coffee" Ms. Grant says getting my name wrong once again

"It's in your office"

She lifts her eyebrow

I get the message

"Coming" I walk into her office, I fix my glasses and fiddle with the hem of my sweater

"Do you know how to stand still, your fiddling is annoying, now I need you to go talk to Ms. Luthor again, you seem to be close" She sits down and starts reading her files

"What me and Ms. Luthor close, pff no way" I stutter helplessly, was it that obvious

Her eyes look up At me in defiance

"Fine, I like her, what off it, it's odd, how can I be crushing on someone I had never seen smile before" I rant on

"Just go ask her out, I'll give you the Friday off if you do"

"But that's not necessary, I don't think I should ask her out" to me honest with myself I'm to nervous

"Dive Lena dive" with a shake of her hand she dismisses me

I pick up my bag and pull my coat on, I don't need it but hey no one can know I'm an alien

I walk over to L-corp

Suddenly there is a huge explosion I look up and see L-corp starting to fall

I swiftly changed into my alter ego suit

I flew up and caught the building

I let out a groan because of the weigh of the building pushes me down

"Lena come on you can do this" I hear my sister over the com

"It's too heavy" I say

"No Lena, do it for Kara, I know you love her"

I feel a sudden burst of strength, I push the building to its former place and use my laser vision to hold it in place

I gently pull my hands away, the building stays in place

"Few that was a close one" I mumble

I fly up to the balcony to find a shocker Kara Luthor

As soon as she sees me she fixes herself up and walks over

"Your safe now Ms. Luthor, the building is secure" I place my hands on my hips

"Thank you Supergirl"

Kara POV

I look at the caped crusader, her cape flutter in the wind, wow she is hot, stop it Kara

I offer a fake smile, the ones I give to most people

"Ms. Luthor you can smile no one is here and I promise I won't tell anyone" Supergirl says, I could see a sparkle in her green eyes

I let out my normal smile, she was sweet

I could see a grin on her face

"It's Kara you know" I walk over to my desk and fix the messed up paper

A sudden gust fills the room

Supergirl stands in the middle with an even bigger grin on her face

My office was tidy

"I could have done it myself you know" I explain to her

"Yeah but I got it done faster"

"Sorry about this but I have a meeting with a good friend" I tell her

I could see her smile drop

"Thanks for saving the building"

She flies out the building, I put a strand of my golden hair behind my ear

Lena POV

So just a good friend, of course

I walk into L-corp in my work attire

"Hey Jess" I great Kara secretary

"Go ahead"

I walk in

"Oh my goodness Kara I'm so glad you ok, is everyone else in the building ok" I ask hugging my friend

"I let them go for the day, why do you want this interview again, ms Grant didn't explain to me" Kara says sitting down at her desk

"Oh it's not actually an interview, Ms. Grant let me go, and I wanted to see you, sorry if I'm disturbing you day" I sit down on her sofa

"That's very sweet of You Lena, my day is empty because of the Be with 
explosion, I'm sure supergirl is investigating the bombing " Kara stands up and sits beside me on the sofa

"Oh yeah I'm sure she is"

I mentally scold myself, I should be after the bomber

"So can I trust you with something" Kara let's out a sigh

"Yeah of course you can trust me with anything"

"I think I'm crushing on supergirl, it's stupid I barely know the woman, and I don't even know who she is"

I grab her shoulder gently

"Lena it isn't stupid, you should tell her, never hide your feelings" I try to explain to her

Wow it's hard not to squeal right now

"Thanks Lena your the best, you supergirl may save the day but you Lena are my hero"

"Oh would you look at the time, I need to go" I stand up

"Yeah I should probably get back to work"

We hug and I walk away

I quickly change into my alter ego and fly onto her balcony

"Supergirl I wasn't expecting you"

I didn't even say hi

I just kissed her, of course she kissed back

We pulled away

"No this is wrong" Kara says, she wipes her lips and sits down

"Why is this wrong, I love you" I throw my arms in the air

"I don't know you, I don't even know your real name" Kara says

"Oh ok, well I'll tell you who I am, but you need to promise not to be mad at me, the reason I haven't told you is to protect you" I slowly walk towards her

"Why would I be mad" she lifts a golden brow

"Because I'm a good friend" I tell her

Kara POV

I look at the hero, do I know her, those green eyes are so familiar, where have I seen those, a good friend....

"Lena"

"Surprise" Supergirl says, no Lena

"Wow I'm blind, how didn't I see that" I say, I let out a slight chuckle

"Did you just laugh, yes I got a laugh out of you" Lena let's out a little squeal of delight

"Your adorable" I tell her

"Your sexy" As soon as Lena says that she covers her mouth

"Well what a complement" I say looking at the flustered hero

"Shall we go for dinner" Lena says

"You took the words right out of my mouth"
