Sand. The word repeated in his head. Sand, a substance made from grains and rocks. But then he realized he was over thinking it.
"Sandman!" He huffed "No, it can't be..."
He was interrupted by rapunzel's voice "Jack, I've been looking for you everywhere!" She trudged through the snow.
"I've been here the whole time...whats up?" Jack replied, turning his head the opposite direction.
"I told Merida! She didn't take it well." She said now a couple of feet away from him
"How so?" Jack asked, still avoiding eye contact.
"Well, she kinda-sorta-maybe..." Rapunzel trailed off
"What is it?" He said angrily.
"Geese. She had a sword fight with one of the wooden posts from her bed. The castle staff are replacing it with a new one now. So, did you find anything new?" She said
"Nope." He lied. Jack new it couldn't have been sandman, well he'll only tell someone when he has solid truth.
"Ok then." After that was and awkward silence.
They went back to Arendelle without talking, and moved on with life.
Jack brushed his teeth, then walked over to his window.
"Mańi, please show me the way. I love Elsa, and I've known her for her whole life, and I can't just lose her now. There's only so much time left, and I can't stand the thought of Elsa sitting in a cage, waiting for someone. Someone. Please, goodnight." He went to bed, worried what will happen in the morning.
