As the group had dinner, Mario, Peach and Toad shared their good fortune with the rest of the group.

"Tonight, as you may know, you will take your third quiz. The person who scores the lowest on the quiz will be executed from the competition. The pot now stands at 205,000 Coins, and that's how it's gonna end this episode. So whoever it is that's going tonight, we wish you farewell."

The group chatted, and Lakitu spoke again after a bit.

"Donkey Kong, tonight, you have a choice. In my hand is a briefcase with 200,000 Coins. If you leave the game right now, this money is yours."

"WHAT"

The group collapsed in awe.

"Well... this is tough. Is this coming out of the group pot?"

"No, it is not. Remember, you could be executed tonight... but the choice is yours." Laktiu said.

"Well, I know I always get voted out of your competitions and this time I really wanted to be in this. But that is a lot of money, and people voted me as least favorite." Donkey Kong said out loud.

"Oh no." Luigi said.

"So, I'm gonna take the money. Sorry guys." Donkey Kong said.

"This money is yours." Laktiu said as he walked Donkey Kong to the exit.

"That was the smartest move ever." Bowser said.
"I'm just... so amazed." Wario said.
"Just... what..." Mario was puzzled.

Lakitu came back to the group.
"Donkey Kong is gone. He was actually, safe."

"Of course." Luigi said.
"Here comes the plot twist..." Rosalina whispered.

"So now, we continue on with the execution."

"Are you kidding me..." Toad was never in such amazement before.

This was the groups craziest night of their lives! It was never so crazy! They were freaking out!

Lakitu sat down. "Tonight, you face your third execution. In a few moments I'll begin entering your names into the computer. If a green thumbprint appears after your name has been entered, you are safe. However if a red thumbprint appears, you are the mole's third victim."
