Fine, summer morning in the Mushroom Kingdom. Mario stepped outside of his house and took a deep breath of the clean air.

Mario: *Sigh* What a beautiful day.

I went outside to check up on him.

Me: Hi, Mario. What's up?

We were greeted by a Yellow Toad afterwards.

Y. Toad: Hi, guys!

He handed Mario a letter.

Mario: What's this?

Y. Toad: It's for you! It's from Peach.

Mario suddenly blushed.

Me: Uh, Mario? Mario, are you okay?

Mario: *Sigh* Peach...*Sigh* Mama Mia.

I tried snapping, but it didn't work.

Me: MARIO!!!

Mario: Oh! Uh, sorry. Anyway, what's up?

Me: What does the letter say?

Mario opened the letter. It read:

Dear Mario,

Please come to the castle, I've prepared a little surprise for you. Bring your friends, too.

Yours truly, 

Princess Peach

Me: Wow, we should go, Mario. It'd be nice.

Mario: Yeah...it would...

Me: *Sigh*

We went to Peach's castle, we brought Luigi and Yoshi with us too. Peach greeted us when we got there.

Peach: Hi!

Mario: Hello!

Me: Great to see you, Peach.

Peach: Please come with me to the throne room.

Me: Sure.

As we were on our way to the throne room, the lights went out.

Luigi: AAH! IT'S DARK IN HERE!!!

Peach: Aah!

Mario: What's going on here?

Yoshi: Yoshi, Yoshi! (No idea!)

Pretty soon there was a rampage.

Me: Luigi, get your butt outta my face!

Peach: Aah, not the dress!

Yoshi: Yoshi! (That's my tail!)

Luigi: I lost my shoes!

I suddenly heard Mario screaming.

Mario: What? Whoa!

Me: Mario? Is everything alright?

In a few seconds, the lights were back on. We were all piled up.

Peach: What was that?

Me: I dunno, but it was not cool!

When I looked at Luigi, I was embarrassed.

Me: ...Luigi, where are your pants?

Luigi: Huh?

Luigi let out a shock and covered his legs.

Peach: ...Mario?

Me: Something wrong?

Peach: Mario's not here!

I looked around to notice that Mario was gone.

Me: *Gasp!* Mario?

Luigi: Mario?

Me: That's weird, where is he? *Gasp!* I think someone kidnapped him!

Everyone looked at me, stunned.

Luigi: You think so?

Yoshi: Yoshi Yoshi! (Mario, kidnapped? Impossible!)

Me: I have a feeling that the lights went out because someone turned them off. I also heard Mario screaming as if he needed help.

Peach: But why would someone turn off the lights?

Me: I think it's because that someone didn't want to get caught red-handed. Also, so we don't know who kidnapped Mario.

Luigi: Who would do something like that?

Me: I'm not sure.

We thought it over. Who would kidnap Mario?

Peach: *Gasp!* It could've been Bowser!

Me: Bowser? But he's never kidnapped Mario. Wait...you may have a point. We should go to his castle.

We went to Bowser's castle and encountered him.

Bowser: What the...? What're you guys doing here?

Me: Shut up, you idiot! We know you have Mario!

Luigi: Where is he?

Bowser looked at us, confused.

Bowser: What're you talking about, Green 'Stache?

Luigi: You know what we're talking about!

Me: Yeah, you do! You kidnapped Mario!

Bowser: ...I didn't kidnap Mario.

Me: Who else would other than you, slimy?

Yoshi: Yoshi! (That's right!)

Bowser: Look, I don't know what you guys are up to, but I'm telling you, I didn't take your precious plumber!...But, that's not a bad idea! Thanks for that!

We all sighed in frustration. 

Me: Are you kidding me? We came all this way for nothing?

Bowser: Pretty much, kid.

Afterwards, we left the castle and went back to Peach's.

Peach: On the bright side, we know it wasn't him.

Me: True.

Luigi: If it wasn't Bowser, then who? Wario?

Me: Why would Wario do that? I mean, sure he and Mario have been rivals since they were kids, but he just causes mischief. (Really annoying if you ask me.)

Luigi: But who did it then?

Me: I'm not sure, Luigi. But, we'll find your brother soon, don't worry.

The lights suddenly went out again.

Peach: Not again!

Me: Seriously? Who is this guy that loves the dark?

?: Me!

We all panicked!

Peach: Who-who's there?

There was a silhouette ahead of us. When it came closer, it was revealed to be a large Boo with a crown, carrying a passed out Mario.

Luigi: Who are you?

?: King Boo! I'm the king of all the Boos, and I've kidnapped this feller!

Me: Give back, Mario!

King Boo: Why should I?

Luigi: Because he's my bro!

Peach: He defends my kingdom!

Me: Here cares for us!

King Boo: Who cares?

King Boo took off.

Me and Luigi: No!

I did some quick thinking and grabbed a leaf blower.

Me: Luigi, use this!

Luigi: What? Why?

Me: To suck that moron in there!

Luigi: But what if I accidentally suck Mario in?

Me: You won't!

Luigi used the leaf blower to suck King Boo in. It worked just as I thought it would.

Luigi: Mario?

Luigi went to check on Mario.

Me: Do you have a 1up?

Luigi: I think I do.

Luigi pulled out a 1up mushroom and gave it to Mario. Few seconds later, he got up.

Mario: *Groan* Mama Mia...what just happened? The last thing I remember was someone kidnapping me.

Peach: We know who did it, Mario. It was King Boo.

Mario got to his feet.

Mario: Who?

Me: We're actually not fully sure who he is.

Peach: All we know is that he's king of all Boos.

Me: We don't know why he kidnapped you. But I reckon he'll be back for revenge.

Mario: You may be right.

A new enemy, this would be rough for us, but at least Mario was okay.
